Abstract

The invention relates to a household reaction kettle and an additional structure, a heating device and a heating kit thereof, wherein the household reaction kettle comprises a main structure and the additional structure, the main structure is provided with an opening at the top, the additional structure is configured to be capable of being connected with the main structure to form a reaction cavity, and when the additional structure is connected with the main structure, the additional structure does not close the opening so that part or all of a heated container can be arranged in the reaction cavity through the opening.

Technical Field

Background
Currently, electric energy, combustion heat energy (alcohol, liquefied gas, natural gas), solar energy, etc. are generally used to provide heat energy for heating food and drinks. However, these energy sources are not available or have limited use in many environments, such as: lack of a power supply with sufficient power, lack of a sufficient light source, use of open fire in a field prohibition, outdoor wind, rain and thunderstorm, post-disaster environment and the like. Methods for providing thermal energy using alternative energy sources (chemical energy) and home reaction kettles, home heating devices, and home heating kits used in conjunction therewith are lacking in the art.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a household reaction kettle, which comprises a main body structure, wherein the main body structure is provided with an opening at the top; and an attachment structure, wherein the attachment structure is configured to couple to the body structure to form a reaction vessel, wherein when the attachment structure couples to the body structure, the attachment structure does not close the opening such that a portion or all of a heated vessel can be positioned within the reaction vessel through the opening.
In one embodiment of the invention, the main body structure and the additional structure have a connecting structure and a butting structure, respectively, which mate with each other to fixedly connect the main body structure and the additional structure.

The household heating device provided by the invention utilizes chemical energy (particularly chemical energy released by reaction of quicklime (the main component is calcium oxide) and water) and has the advantages of rapid heating, simple and convenient operation, controllable reaction, environmental protection and harmlessness of heating by-products and residues, safe and convenient energy storage and the like.

Detailed Description
The content of the invention will now be described with reference to a number of exemplary embodiments. It is to be understood that these examples are set forth merely to enable those of ordinary skill in the art to better understand and thereby implement the teachings of the present invention, and are not intended to suggest any limitation as to the scope of the invention.
As used herein, the term "include" and its variants should be read as open-ended terms meaning "including, but not limited to. The term "based on" should be read as "based, at least in part, on. The terms "one embodiment" and "an embodiment" should be read as "at least one embodiment". The term "another embodiment" should be read as "at least one other embodiment".
Fig. 1 and fig. 2A to 2C show a home heating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, which includes a home reaction tank 14, a heated container 2, and a heat source material 3. In embodiments of the present invention, "in-home" should be understood as all non-industrial applications, including but not limited to in-home use, in-vehicle use, travel or outdoor use, small-scale use in an office or other commercial environment, and the like. In an embodiment of the invention, the heat source material is quicklime, but other materials capable of providing heat in a similar manner may be used. In an embodiment of the invention, the domestic heating apparatus itself does not include a heat source material, which is placed in use. In an embodiment of the invention, the domestic heating device further comprises a reaction solvent 17, which is reactive with the heat source material. In an embodiment of the invention, the domestic heating device itself does not comprise a reaction solvent, which is placed in use. In the embodiment of the present invention, the reaction solvent is water, but may be other materials capable of reacting with the heat source material in a similar manner.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when quicklime is used as the heat source material, calcium oxide therein may have any purity as long as the purity can satisfy the exothermic requirement of the reaction. The quicklime is a preferable heat source material, and has the advantages of low cost, high unit heat, relative safety, small environmental pollution and the like. In embodiments of the present invention, the heat source material may be provided in a variety of forms, exemplary forms including, but not limited to, powders, granules, chunks, and the like. In embodiments of the invention, a quantity of heat source material may be individually packaged. In an embodiment of the present invention, one unit of heat source material containing a certain amount of heat source material can provide a plurality of different amounts of heat. For example, one heat source material unit or a combination of heat source material units may provide low heat, medium heat, and high heat, where low heat refers to heating a certain amount of heated matter (e.g., water, milk, wine, etc.) to, for example, 30 to 40 degrees celsius; moderate heat refers to heating a quantity of a heated substance (e.g., water, coffee, etc.) to, for example, 60 to 70 degrees celsius; hyperthermia refers to heating a quantity of a heated substance (e.g., water, tea, etc.) to, for example, 85 to 95 degrees celsius. In embodiments of the invention, the heat may be raised by one level, for example from low heat to medium heat, per unit of added heat source material.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the "home reaction vessel" refers to a vessel for containing a heat source material, a reaction solvent, and a heated vessel. In the embodiment of the present invention, the home reaction kettle may be made of any material, and is preferably made of a heat insulation material. In embodiments of the present invention, the home reaction kettle may have any shape, such as a cylinder or a cube. In an embodiment of the present invention, the heated vessel is disposed such that a part or the whole of the heated vessel is contained in the home reaction tank. In an embodiment of the present invention, the heat source material and/or the reaction solvent is disposed in a space between the bottom of the home reaction vessel and the bottom of the heated container. In the embodiment of the present invention, the heat source material and the reaction solvent are reacted in the space between the bottom of the home reaction vessel and the bottom of the heated container. In an embodiment of the present invention, the top of the heated vessel extends horizontally so that the heated vessel hangs on the top of the home reaction tank. In an embodiment of the invention, the heated vessel is suspended in a domestic reaction vessel, for example by a rack 12. In the embodiment of the present invention, a liquid level scale 6 is marked in the sidewall of the home reaction tank to indicate the amount of the reaction solvent required corresponding to the total amount of the heat source material placed. In embodiments of the present invention, there may be multiple liquid level scales (e.g., 3) to indicate the amount of reaction solvent needed corresponding to different amounts of heat source material placed. In the embodiment of the present invention, the home reaction tank has a main structure 1 and an additional structure 5 (see fig. 2A to 2C and 6A) or 11 (see fig. 1). In an embodiment of the invention, the main structure and the additional structure are detachably or non-detachably connected. In the embodiment of the invention, the main structure and the additional structure of the household reaction kettle jointly form a reaction cavity, wherein the reaction cavity is used for containing a heat source material, a reaction solvent and a heated container.
Fig. 3A-3C show a home reaction kettle according to one embodiment of the invention, wherein an additional structure 11 is arranged at the top of the main structure to increase the space between the bottom of the home reaction kettle and the bottom of the heated container. In embodiments of the invention, the additional structure may also be arranged at the bottom of the main structure. In the embodiment of the invention, the additional structure is connected with the main structure through threads, or can be connected through hinges, buckles and the like, and only the additional structure can be firmly connected with the main structure. In the embodiment of the present invention, the additional structure may be a single structure, or may include a plurality of members detachably connected to each other in a stacked manner. The arrangement of a plurality of components enables a user to flexibly determine the number of the components when in use, thereby controlling the size of the total space in the household reaction kettle and further determining the number of heat source materials which can be placed and the corresponding amount of reaction solvent required by full reaction. For example, as shown in fig. 5D-5F, one unit of heat source material may be placed without a member, two units of heat source material may be placed with one member, and three units of heat source material may be placed with two members. The amount of the member and the heat source material and reaction solvent placed can be adjusted by one skilled in the art.
Fig. 4A to 4C show a home reaction tank according to another embodiment of the present invention, in which the bottom of the home reaction tank has a stepped structure as an additional structure, such as the additional structure 5 shown in fig. 6A. In the home reactor of FIG. 6A, there are a total of 3 steps 5-1, 5-2 and 5-3, but other numbers of steps (e.g., two 5-1 and 5-2 in FIGS. 4A-4C) may be provided as desired. The arrangement of the plurality of steps enables flexible placement of one or more units of heat source material (heat source material 3-1 may be placed only in the lowermost step, heat source materials 3-1 and 3-2 may be placed only in the lower two steps (see fig. 4B), and heat source materials 3-1, 3-2 and 3-3 may be placed in all three layers (see fig. 6A)), and the total amount of heat source material placed corresponds to the amount of reaction solvent required and the temperature to be heated (the more reaction solvent, the higher the temperature required, the more heat source material required).
In an embodiment of the invention, see for example fig. 1 and fig. 2A-2C, the domestic heating apparatus further comprises a lid 4 to close the opening of the heated vessel and/or the domestic reaction vessel. In an embodiment of the invention, the lid has a locking structure (e.g. a rotary locking structure in a pressure cooker) to increase the tightness of the heated container. In an embodiment of the invention, the lid also has a pressure relief valve 7 (e.g. a pressure relief valve in a pressure cooker). The locking structure and safety valve together provide a higher temperature than open heating, for example hot water at temperatures close to 100 degrees celsius can still be heated in a plateau.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the "heated container" refers to a container for containing an object to be heated (e.g., water, milk, porridge, etc.). In the embodiment of the present invention, the heated container may be made of any material, preferably a heat transfer material, such as stainless steel, glass, copper, silver, purple sand, ceramic, etc. In embodiments of the invention, the heated vessel may have any shape, such as a cylinder or a cube. Fig. 7A-7C illustrate sidewalls 8-10 of a heated vessel according to an embodiment of the invention. In an embodiment of the present invention, the heated vessel has a specific heat exchange structure so as to increase a heat exchange area. The heat exchange structure is, for example, a corrugated side wall 10 or a fin 9 on the side wall. In embodiments of the invention, the heated vessel may also have a corrugated bottom wall or fins on the bottom wall. In embodiments of the invention, the heated vessel may have any suitable volume, for example, about 150 to 250 milliliters.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the home heating apparatus may further include an electric heating apparatus. Fig. 8A and 8B show a home heating apparatus having an electric heating apparatus 15 according to an embodiment of the present invention. In an embodiment of the invention, the electrical heating means are arranged at the bottom and/or the side walls of the domestic reaction vessel and/or the heated vessel. In an embodiment of the invention, the electrical energy of the electrical heating means is provided by a power source 16. In an embodiment of the present invention, an exemplary method of using the home heating apparatus of fig. 8A and 8B includes: after the exothermic reaction of the heat source material and the reaction solvent has slowed, if the temperature has not reached the desired temperature, for example, the maximum temperature can only reach 95 degrees centigrade, the electric heating device is turned on until the temperature reaches 100 degrees centigrade. Evaluation by the inventors' tests: a18650 lithium cell of 2600mAh can only heat half a kettle of water to 80 ℃ under ideal conditions, and the same lithium cell heats water of more than 90 ℃ to a boiling point of 100 ℃ in a relay manner through the relay heating described above.
In an embodiment of the invention, the home reaction vessel or home heating device is assembled in a kit with another household appliance 13, such as a wine warming set, a coffee set, a tea set, a baby's milk set, etc., in order to provide the user with a convenient operation when the user needs heating using the household appliance. In an embodiment of the invention, the heated container in the domestic heating device may be replaced by the above-mentioned domestic appliance, for example, a baby's milk appliance may be heated directly in a domestic reaction vessel. Fig. 9A and 9B show a home heating apparatus using a home appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention, in which an infant milk set is placed as a heated container in a home reaction tank for heating.

Claims (22)

1. A domestic reaction kettle, comprising:
a body structure, wherein the body structure has an opening at a top; and
an additional structure, wherein the additional structure is configured to connect to the main structure to form a reaction chamber,
wherein when the additional structure is connected to the main structure, the additional structure does not close the opening so that a part or all of the heated vessel can be placed in the reaction chamber through the opening.
2. The home reactor of claim 1, wherein the main body structure and the additional structure have a coupling structure and a docking structure, respectively, that mate with each other to fixedly couple the main body structure and the additional structure.
3. The home reaction kettle of claim 1, wherein the additional structure comprises one or more members detachably connected to each other in an overlying manner and detachably connected to the top of the main structure.
4. The home reaction kettle according to claim 3, wherein the plurality of members have the same structure.
5. The home reaction kettle of claim 3, wherein at least one of the plurality of members has the same attachment structure as the main body structure.
6. The home reactor of claim 5, wherein each of the plurality of members has a docking structure that mates with the connection structure of the body structure.
7. The home reaction kettle of claim 3, wherein each of the plurality of members has the same attachment structure as the main body structure.
8. The home reaction kettle of claim 1, wherein the additional structure is a one-stage or multi-stage stair structure and is non-detachably connected to the bottom of the main structure.
9. The home reaction kettle of claim 1, wherein a sidewall of the home reaction kettle is marked with a liquid level scale.
10. The home reaction kettle according to any one of claims 1 to 9, further comprising an electric heating device.
11. The home reaction kettle of claim 10, wherein the electric heating device is located within the home reaction kettle.
12. The home reaction kettle of claim 10, wherein the electric heating device is powered by a mobile power source.
13. A domestic heating apparatus, comprising:
the domestic reactor of any one of claims 1-12; and
a heated vessel, wherein a portion or all of the heated vessel is adapted to be positioned within a reaction chamber of the domestic reaction vessel.
14. The home heating appliance of claim 13, wherein the heated container is locked within the home reaction kettle and does not seal an opening of the home reaction kettle.
15. The home heating appliance of claim 13, further comprising at least one of a heat source material and a reaction solvent.
16. The domestic heating apparatus of claim 15, wherein the amount of heat source material cooperates with additional structure of the domestic autoclave to provide different supplies of thermal energy.
17. The home heating appliance of claim 13, wherein the heated container has a heat exchange structure that increases a heat exchange area.
18. The domestic heating apparatus of claim 17, wherein the heat exchange structure is a corrugated side wall or fins on the side wall.
19. The home heating appliance of claim 13, further comprising a cover for the home heating appliance, wherein the cover is configured with at least one of a locking structure or a pressure relief valve.
20. The home heating appliance of claim 15, wherein the heat source material comprises quicklime and the reaction solvent is water.
21. A domestic heating kit, comprising:
a domestic heating apparatus according to any of claims 13 to 20; wherein the heated container is at least one household appliance.
22. An attachment structure for a domestic reaction vessel, comprising one or more members which are detachably connected to each other in an overlying relationship and which are arranged to form a stack
The additional structure is used for detachably connecting the top of the main structure of the household reaction kettle and forming a part of the household reaction kettle, wherein the additional structure does not close the opening of the main structure after being connected.
