Description

Electric curtain device and using method thereof
Technical Field
The invention mainly relates to the technical field of curtains, in particular to an electric curtain device and a using method thereof.
Background
The curtain is made of cloth, hemp, sand, aluminum sheets, wood sheets and the like, has the functions of shading, insulating heat and adjusting indoor light, and is popular with consumers along with the improvement of living standard of people.
According to the electric curtain host and the electric curtain traction device provided by the patent document with the application number of CN202020010236.4, the electric curtain traction device comprises a housing, a first end cover and a power assembly, wherein the housing is provided with a first opening, the first end cover is installed in the first opening, the first end cover is completely contained in the housing, and the first end cover is provided with a transmission piece installation cavity penetrating through the first end cover; the power assembly is accommodated in the shell, and at least part of the power assembly is exposed out of the transmission piece mounting cavity. The electric curtain traction device comprises the electric curtain host and a transmission component. The electric curtain host and the electric traction device completely accommodate the first end cover in the shell, can enhance the stability and position accuracy of the first end cover, avoid influencing the transmission efficiency of the electric curtain host, and simultaneously contribute to improving the appearance consistency of the electric curtain host.
However, the motorized window shades still have drawbacks, for example, although the motorized window shades can enhance the stability and position accuracy of the first end cap and help to improve the appearance consistency of the motorized window shade host, the conventional motorized window shades are often easily blown up by external wind during the use process, thereby affecting the shading efficiency of the window shades.
Disclosure of Invention

the solar cell module comprises a plurality of solar cell panels which are fixed at the executing ends of the folding connecting rod mechanisms and hinged with each other, and a second neodymium magnet which is fixed on the surface of one side, close to the curtain cloth, of each solar cell panel.
Further, the draw hook mechanism include with curtain guide rail bottom sliding connection's initiative draw hook seat, and with curtain guide rail bottom sliding connection, and a plurality of driven draw hook seats that set up according to the preface, the curtain draw hook that is used for fixing is all worn to be equipped with by the bottom of initiative draw hook seat and driven draw hook seat to the curtain cloth that the drive initiative draw hook seat and driven draw hook seat bottom hung through the curtain draw hook removes.
Further, folding link mechanism is including being fixed in the articulated seat of driven drag hook seat side surface, and through the rotation axis with articulated seat rotates the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod that connect, and set gradually from top to bottom for when two adjacent driven drag hook seats keep away from each other, contained angle between first connecting rod and the second connecting rod crescent, until second connecting rod and first connecting rod are parallel gradually, thereby drive the flat exhibition of solar cell panel.
Furthermore, the bottom joint of rotation axis has first snak link, first snak link is fixed in solar cell panel's top surface because solar cell panel passes through the installation of first snak link to make things convenient for solar cell panel's dismantlement.
Furthermore, the inside of (window) curtain guide rail be equipped with the power unit that the drag hook mechanism drive end is connected, power unit include through the pivot with the first pulley of (window) curtain guide rail inner wall one end rotation connection to and through the pivot with the second pulley of (window) curtain guide rail inner wall one end rotation connection, first pulley with be connected through the stay cord between the second pulley to utilize the stay cord to drive initiative drag hook seat and carry out the translation, and follow the drag hook seat in addition and carry out linear displacement along the stay cord.
Furthermore, a windproof fixing assembly is arranged on the surface of one side, close to the curtain cloth, of the solar cell panel, and comprises a plurality of guide rings and tightening ropes, wherein the guide rings are fixed on the surface of one side, close to the curtain cloth, of the solar cell panel, and the tightening ropes penetrate through the guide rings, and the tightening ropes after being tightened are used for limiting the movement of the curtain cloth so as to prevent the curtain cloth from being interfered by external force factors and generating displacement.
Furthermore, both ends of the tightening rope are respectively fixed with a second spring fastener, and the second spring fasteners are connected with the guide rings in a clamped mode, so that the tightening rope is convenient to disassemble through installation of the second spring fasteners.
Furthermore, the bottom end of the curtain cloth is provided with a plurality of guide holes for the tightening ropes to penetrate through, and the metal rings are arranged in the guide holes, so that abrasion caused by friction between the tightening ropes and the guide holes when the tightening ropes are tightened is reduced.
Furthermore, the length of the solar cell panel is smaller than that of the curtain cloth, so that when a user manually pushes the curtain cloth to drive the driven draw hook seat to move, the angular displacement sensor in the driven draw hook seat can sense displacement change.
According to the above technical solution of the motorized window treatment, there is also provided a method for using the motorized window treatment, comprising the steps of:
firstly, driving a drag hook mechanism to slide at the bottom end of a curtain guide rail through a power mechanism so as to unfold a curtain fabric for shading;
secondly, the drag hook mechanism drives the folding connecting rod mechanism to synchronously slide at the bottom end of the curtain guide rail so as to unfold the solar cell panel to absorb solar energy;
and thirdly, the unfolded solar cell panel and the unfolded curtain cloth are attracted through the magnetism of the first neodymium magnet and the second neodymium magnet, so that the solar cell panel and the curtain cloth are attached to each other.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
firstly, the invention can automatically unfold the curtain cloth and the solar cell panel at the same time, thereby absorbing solar energy while shading light, and specifically comprises the following steps: because the folding connecting rod mechanism for fixing the solar cell panel is fixed on one side of the draw hook mechanism, the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod which are parallel to the solar cell panel hinged with each other in the folding connecting rod mechanism are unfolded, so that the solar cell panel hinged with each other is automatically unfolded into a plane, and the shading is carried out while the solar energy is absorbed.
Secondly, the invention can stick the flexible curtain cloth and the rigid solar cell panel together, and the stability of the curtain cloth is as follows: after casement and solar cell panel expand, through the inter attraction between first neodymium magnet and the second neodymium magnet to make casement and solar cell panel laminating be in the same place, thereby utilize the solar cell panel of difficult crooked, improve casement's stability, improve casement's the effect of preventing wind.
