Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
Fig. 1 is a sectional view showing an assembly structure of a video camera in one embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 is an exploded structural sectional view of the video camera shown in fig. 1. Referring to fig. 2 in conjunction with fig. 1, in an embodiment, a video camera may include a body assembly 1, a cover assembly 2, a movement assembly 3, and a fill-in light assembly 4.
The fuselage assembly 1 may have an open end face 10, for example, the fuselage assembly 1 may include a casing 10, the casing 10 including a rear end plate 11, and a cylindrical wall 12 surrounding a shell cavity on one side (front side) of the rear end plate 11, the front end opening of the cylindrical wall 12 forming an open end face 100 of the fuselage assembly 1.
The cover assembly 2 may cover the open end face 100 of the body assembly 1 to close the housing cavity of the enclosure 10 of the body assembly 1.
Both the movement assembly 3 and the light supplement assembly 4 may be located inside the body assembly 1, for example, in a case cavity of the case 10 of the body assembly 1, and the cover assembly 2 may provide an imaging view for the lens 30 of the movement assembly 3 and an illumination view for the light emitting element 40 of the light supplement assembly 4.
In addition, the camera in this embodiment may further include a power supply unit 5 for supplying power to the movement unit 3 and the fill-in unit 4 inside the body unit 1 (e.g., inside a housing cavity of the housing 10), and the camera may be further provided with a cable unit 6 for supplying power externally to the power supply unit 5, supplying control signals to the movement unit 3 and the fill-in unit 4, and transmitting images output from the movement unit 3. Wherein the cable assembly 6 may be mounted to the fuselage assembly 1 (e.g., the rear end plate 11) by a threaded arrangement.
Based on the above structure, the light supplement unit 4 can be built in the body unit 1 together with the movement unit 3, and thus, it is possible to contribute to downsizing of the external size of the video camera.
At this time, in order to avoid the interference of the reflection of the fill-in light beam on the imaging quality, the embodiment provides an optimized solution for the structure of the cover assembly 2.
Fig. 3 is a sectional view showing an assembled structure of a cover assembly of the video camera shown in fig. 1. Fig. 4a and 4b are schematic end views of the cover assembly of the camera shown in fig. 1. Fig. 5 is an exploded view of the cap assembly shown in fig. 3. Fig. 6 is a sectional view of a partially assembled structure of the cap assembly shown in fig. 3. Fig. 4a is a front view of the cover assembly 2 facing the outside, and fig. 4b is a view of the cover assembly 2 facing the inside and the rear of the fuselage assembly 1.
Referring to fig. 3 in conjunction with fig. 4a and 4b, fig. 5 and fig. 6, in this embodiment, the cover assembly 2 may include an end cap 20, a first protective lens 21a, a second protective lens 21b, and a gland 23.
The end cap 20 may be defined with a first external viewing window 20a and a second external viewing window 20b disposed around the first external viewing window 20 a.
The first protective lens 21a may cover the first exterior window 20a, and the second protective lens 21b may cover the second exterior window 20b.
The gland 23 limits the first protective lens 21a and the second protective lens 21b to the end cap 20 by pressing, and the gland 23 has a first inner window 23a aligned with the first outer window 20a and a second inner window 23b surrounding the first inner window 23a and aligned with the second outer window 20b.
The end cap 20 further has a light blocking annular wall 200 continuously protruding between the first external viewing window 20a and the second external viewing window 20b, the light blocking annular wall 200 may extend from between the first protective lens 21a and the second protective lens 21b around the first external viewing window 20a, and the light blocking annular wall 200 protrudes in a direction away from the first protective lens 21a and the second protective lens 21 b.
That is, the first protective lens 21a may be fixedly attached to the end cap 20 at the inner circumferential side of the light blocking annular wall 200, the second protective lens 21b may be fixedly attached to the end cap 20 at the outer circumferential side of the light blocking annular wall 200, and the height of the protrusion of the light blocking annular wall 200 may be greater than the thicknesses of the first protective lens 21a and the second protective lens 21 b.
Also, the pressing cover 23 may further have an annular cap groove 230 continuously extending around the first inner viewing window 23a between the first inner viewing window 23a and the second inner viewing window 23b, the annular cap groove 230 being arched in a direction away from the first protective lens 21a and the second protective lens 21 b.
Light blocking annular wall 200 of end cap 20 may mate with annular cap groove 230 of gland 23. That is, the portion of the light blocking annular wall 200 that exceeds the thickness of the first protective lens 21a and the second protective lens 21b may also be fitted with the annular cap groove 230 of the pressing cover 23 to form a light blocking flange, so that a light blocking barrier may be formed over the entire thickness space of the first protective lens 21a and the second protective lens 21b and the mirror surface side of the first protective lens 21a and the second protective lens 21b that faces the inside of the fuselage assembly 1.
Fig. 7 is a schematic view of the cover assembly, the movement assembly and the light supplementing assembly shown in fig. 3. Fig. 8 is a partially enlarged view of fig. 7. Please refer to fig. 7 and 8:
the movement assembly 3 is positioned inside the body assembly 1, and the lens 30 of the movement assembly 3 can be positioned at the first inner window 23 a;
the light supplementing assembly 4 is also located inside the body assembly 1, and the light emitting element 40 of the light supplementing assembly 4 is located at the second internal viewing window 23 b;
at this time, the light blocking annular wall 200 is inserted and matched with the annular cap groove 230, so that a preset axial dimension L0 can be maintained between the arched cap top of the annular cap groove 230 and the inner mirror surface (the side facing away from the end cover 20) of the second protective lens 21b, and the axial dimension L0 can be greater than a first axial interval L2 between the light emitting lamp surface (the light emitting surface of the light source 40) of the light supplement component 4 installed in the same cavity as the movement component 3 and the inner mirror surface of the second protective lens 21 b.
Based on the above embodiment, the lens 30 of the movement assembly 3 may be located at the first inner viewing window 23a, and the light emitting element 40 of the light supplement assembly 4 may be located at the second inner viewing window 23b, so that the cover assembly 2 may provide an imaging field of view for the lens 30 of the movement assembly 3 by using the first protective lens 21a exposed in the first outer viewing window 20a and the first inner viewing window 23a in a two-way manner, and may also provide an illumination field of view for the light emitting element 40 of the light supplement assembly 4 by using the second protective lens 21b exposed in the second outer viewing window 20b and the second inner viewing window 23a in a two-way manner, thereby supporting the arrangement of the light supplement assembly 4 and the movement assembly 3 in the same cavity of the body assembly 1, and contributing to the miniaturization of the external size of the camera.
Moreover, the light blocking annular wall 200 is disposed between the first protective lens 21a and the second protective lens 21b, and the light blocking annular wall 200 can cooperate with the annular cap groove 230 of the pressing cover 23 to form a light blocking barrier, because an axial dimension L0 of the light blocking barrier is greater than a first axial interval L2 between a light emitting lamp surface of the light supplement component 4 installed in the same cavity as the movement component 3 and an inner lens surface of the second protective lens 21b, a light beam generated by the light emitting element 40 of the light supplement component 4 can be prevented from being reflected by the second protective lens 21b to an imaging field of view provided by the first protective lens 21a for the lens 30 of the movement component 3, and thus, while the external dimension of the camera is miniaturized, reflection interference of the light supplement light beam on imaging quality can be prevented.
Preferably, the light emitting lamp surface of the light supplement assembly 4 may be closer to the end cap 20 than the end surface of the lens 30 of the movement assembly 3 in the axial direction, and at this time, the first axial interval L2 between the end surface of the lens 30 of the movement assembly 3 relative to the inner lens surface of the second protective lens 21b may be greater than the first axial interval L1. At this time, the axial dimension L0 between the domed cap top of the annular cap groove 230 and the inner mirror surface of the second protective lens 21b may be further greater than the second axial interval L2. Thus, it is possible to provide a full-range protection to the imaging field of view provided by the first protective lens 21a for the lens 30 of the deck assembly 3.
Even, the axial dimension L0 between the arched crown of the annular cap groove 230 and the inner mirror surface of the second protective lens 21b may be greater than a third axial interval L3 between the back surface of the light supplement assembly 40 opposite to the end cover 20 and the inner mirror surface of the second protective lens 21b, that is, the light supplement assembly 4 integrally falls within a shielding range of the light blocking barrier formed by the light blocking annular wall 200 and the annular cap groove 230 in the inserting and matching manner in the axial direction. Accordingly, the shielding reliability against the reflected light can be further enhanced.
In addition, the pressure limit of the pressure cover 23 to the first protective lens 21a and the second protective lens 21b can improve the assembling strength of the cover assembly 2, and is helpful for providing the cover assembly 2 with an explosion-proof characteristic. Moreover, the gland 23 and the end cover 20 adopt the insertion fit of the annular cap groove 230 and the light blocking annular wall 200, and the following beneficial effects can be produced:
the insertion fit of the annular cap groove 230 and the light blocking annular wall 200 can also prevent the protruding portion of the light blocking annular wall 200 beyond the thickness range of the first protective lens 20a and the second protective lens 20b from interfering with the gland 23, so as to ensure that the gland 23 can crimp and limit the first protective lens 21a and the second protective lens 21b to the end cap 20;
the insertion fit of the annular cap groove 230 and the light blocking annular wall 200 can also be used for realizing the assembly positioning between the gland 23 and the end cover 20 so as to ensure the alignment of the first inner window 23a and the first outer window 20a and the alignment of the second inner window 23b and the second outer window 20 b; and
In order to better understand the above effects, the structure of the cap assembly 2 will be described in further detail below.
Fig. 9 is a sectional view of an end cap of the cap assembly shown in fig. 3. Fig. 10 is a schematic end view of an end cap of the cap assembly shown in fig. 3. Therein, fig. 10 is a schematic view of the inner rear face of the end cap 20 facing the interior of the fuselage assembly 1.
Referring first to fig. 9, and referring back to fig. 3, 4b, 5 and 6, in this embodiment, the end cap 20 may have a front end plate 201 and a peripheral wall 202 surrounding the front end plate 201 on one side (e.g., the back side) to form a cap cavity.
Referring back to fig. 10, and referring back to fig. 4a and 4b, the first external viewing window 20a and the second external viewing window 20b may be opened in the front plate 201. Here, the first external viewing window 20a may be used to provide a perspective area for a lens view of the engine assembly 3, and thus, the first external viewing window 20a may be configured to have a circular shape matching the lens view of the engine assembly 3. Accordingly, as shown in fig. 5, the first protective lens 21a may be circular.
The first external viewing window 20a may be disposed in a central region of the end surface of the end cap 20, that is, the first external viewing window 20a may be disposed in a central region of the front end plate 201. The second external window 20b may be used for illumination transmission of the light supplement component 4, and therefore, the shape of the second external window 20b may be arbitrarily set according to the arrangement of the light emitting elements 40 of the light supplement component 4.
As can be seen in fig. 10, the second external viewing window 20b may be disposed around the first external viewing window 20a over an angular range of 360 °. The second external window 20b is arranged to surround the first external window 20a within an angle range of 360 degrees, and the discretization layout of the light-emitting elements 40 of the light supplement assembly 4 can be supported, so that the miniaturization design and the light supplement intensity homogenization layout of the light supplement assembly 4 are facilitated, and the reduction of the volume and the light supplement effect of the camera are facilitated.
The second external viewing windows 20b may be one or at least two (only four are illustrated in fig. 10). Regardless of the number of the second windows 20b, the second protective lens 20b may be a single integral lens, for example, the second protective lens 21b may be ring-shaped.
When the number of the second external viewing windows 20b is at least two, the at least two second external viewing windows 20b may be spaced around the first external viewing window 20a (on the outer circumferential side of the light blocking wall 200). For example, when the first external viewing window 20a is provided in a circular shape, at least two second external viewing windows 20b may be provided in at least two fan shapes arranged in segments.
At least two second external viewing windows 20b may be spaced apart in a direction surrounding the first external viewing windows 20a (e.g., a space w1 formed between adjacent second external viewing windows 20 b), and a reinforcing rib may be formed between adjacent second external viewing windows 20b to compensate for strength deterioration of the end cap 20 due to the hollowing of the windows.
The at least two second external windows 20b may be sized to be identical to each other. The at least two second external viewing windows 20b may be arranged in an equiangular distribution, i.e. each second external viewing window 20b has an equal angular span in the surround direction and the angular spacing between each second external viewing window 20b is also equal.
For example, the first external viewing windows 20a may be configured as a circle having a radius R1 of 27mm ± 2mm, at least two second external viewing windows 20b may each be a sector having an inner arc radius R2 of 52mm ± 2mm and an outer arc radius R3 of 74mm ± 2mm, and a space w1 between adjacent second external viewing windows 20b in the sector may be greater than or equal to 12mm.
As can also be seen from fig. 10, the light blocking annular wall 200 may continuously extend between the first external viewing window 20a and the second external viewing window 20b, i.e., the light blocking annular wall 200 may be a reinforcing rib continuously extending in a ring shape between the first external viewing window 20a and the second external viewing window 20b. Further, the light blocking annular wall 200 may partition a cover cavity, which is formed by surrounding the peripheral wall 202 at the rear end surface of the front end plate 201, into a center sub-cavity (the inner peripheral side of the light blocking annular wall 200) and a rim sub-cavity (the outer peripheral side of the light blocking annular wall 200) surrounding the center sub-cavity.
Accordingly, both the first protective lens 21a and the second protective lens 21b can be accommodated in the cover cavity, i.e., the first protective lens 21a can be accommodated in the central sub-cavity of the inner side of the light blocking annular wall 200, and the second protective lens 21b can be accommodated in the outer side sub-cavity of the light blocking annular wall 200.
Referring back to fig. 9, and focusing particularly on fig. 6, the thickness t1 of the first protective lens 21a and the thickness t2 of the second protective lens 21b may be the same, or the thickness t1 of the first protective lens 21a and the thickness t2 of the second protective lens 21b may be different. Moreover, the thickness t1 of the first protective lens 21a and the thickness t2 of the second protective lens 21b may be smaller than the protruding length h0 of the light-blocking annular wall 200, so as to allow the light-blocking annular wall 200 to extend from between the first protective lens 21a and the second protective lens 21b to the pressing cover 23, so that the light-blocking annular wall 200 and the pressing cover 23 can cooperate to form a light-blocking flange between the first internal viewing window 23a and the second internal viewing window 23b.
If the thickness t1 of the first protective lens 21a and the thickness t2 of the second protective lens 21b are both smaller than the axial length h1 of the peripheral wall 202, the gland 23 can be located in the gland cavity. Moreover, the axial length of the peripheral wall 202 may be set to be large enough to allow the cover cavity to further accommodate the fill light assembly 4 in addition to the first protective lens 21a, the second protective lens 21b and the pressing cover 23.
To the condition that there is explosion-proof demand in the camera, rigid metal material such as stainless steel can be chooseed for use to end cover 20, and explosion-proof printing opacity material such as toughened glass can be chooseed for use to first protective glass 21a and second protective glass 21b to, rigid metal material such as stainless steel can be chooseed for use to gland 23.
At this time, the thickness t1 of the first protective lens 21a and the thickness t2 of the second protective lens 21b may be set to satisfy a preset explosion-proof level. The explosion-proof grade can be calibrated by the test results of reference pressure test, overpressure test, internal ignition without explosion propagation and the like.
Further, the plate thickness of the contact area between the front end plate 201 and the first protective lens 21a and the second protective lens 21b also needs to satisfy a predetermined dimension. For example, the plate thickness t3 of the contact area between the front plate 201 and the first protective lens 21a and the plate thickness t4 of the contact area between the front plate and the second protective lens 21b may be set to 7.5mm or more. The thickness t0 of the light blocking annular wall 200 may be set to 3.5mm or more.
The plate thickness t5 of the gland 23 may be smaller than the plate thickness t3 of the contact area between the front end plate 201 and the first protective lens 21a and the plate thickness t4 of the contact area between the front end plate 201 and the second protective lens 21 b. Also, the plate thickness t5 of the gland 23 may be set to be larger than 2mm.
In addition, the first protective lens 21a and the second protective lens 21b may be adhered to the end cap 20. For example, the first protective lens 21a and the second protective lens 21b may be adhesively attached to the end cap 20 by glue (e.g., epoxy AB glue) applied to the front plate 201 and/or the light blocking annular wall 200 of the end cap 20.
Referring to fig. 9 in conjunction with fig. 10, when the first protective lens 21a and the second protective lens 21b are bonded to the front plate 201, the front plate 201 may have a first dispensing groove 204a disposed around the outer circumferential side of the first external viewing window 20a, a second dispensing groove 204b disposed around between the light blocking ring wall 200 and the second external viewing window 20b, and a third dispensing groove 204c disposed around the outer circumferential side of the second external viewing window 20b.
Here, the first dispensing groove 204a may be disposed in a contact area (an area having a plate thickness t 3) of the front end plate 201 and the first protective lens 21a, and similarly, the second dispensing groove 204b and the third dispensing groove 204c may be disposed in a contact area (an area having a plate thickness t 4) of the front end plate 201 and the second protective lens 21b, and may be respectively located on one side (an inner circumferential side) of the second external window 20b close to the light blocking annular wall 200 and on the other side (an outer circumferential side) away from the light blocking annular wall 200.
Thus, the first protective lens 21a can be bonded to the front plate 201 by the glue filled in the first glue dispensing groove 204 a; the second protective lens 20b can be bonded to the end plate 201 by the glue filled in the second glue dispensing groove 204b and the third glue dispensing groove 204c.
If the first protective lens 21a and the second protective lens 21b are adhesively attached to the end cap 20, the adhesive may overflow from the first dispensing slot 204a due to being pressed by the first protective lens 21a, and/or the adhesive may overflow from the second dispensing slot 204b and/or the third dispensing slot 204c due to being pressed by the second protective lens 21 b.
The adhesive force is easily lost due to the overflow of the adhesive, and if the overflow adhesive flows into the window range of the first external window 20a and/or the second external window 20b, the mirror surface contamination of the first protective lens 21a and/or the second protective lens 21b may be caused.
To avoid this, the front plate 201 may further arrange a first glue overflow groove 205a between the first glue dispensing groove 204a and the edge of the first external window 20a, a second glue overflow groove 205b between the second glue dispensing groove 204b and the edge of the second external window 20b, and a third glue overflow groove 205c between the third glue dispensing groove 204c and the edge of the second external window 20b. The first glue-overflowing grooves 205a, the second glue-overflowing grooves 205b and the third glue-overflowing grooves 205c can absorb the overflowing glue and help to diffuse the glue in the front board 201.
With continued reference to fig. 9 and with reference to fig. 10, when the first protective lens 21a and the second protective lens 21b are bonded to the light-blocking annular wall 200, a first radial gap g1 for gluing may be reserved between the first protective lens 21a and the light-blocking annular wall 200, and a second radial gap g2 for gluing may be reserved between the second protective lens 21b and the light-blocking annular wall 200.
For the case that at least two second external viewing windows 20b are arranged at intervals, the front end plate 201 may also form a fourth glue overflow groove 205d between the adjacent second external viewing windows 20b, and the fourth glue overflow groove 205d may be communicated with the second glue overflow groove 205b and the third glue overflow groove 205c.
In the case where the end cap 20 has a peripheral wall 202 forming a cap cavity, the second protective lens 21b may be adhered to the end cap 20 by a glue applied to the peripheral wall 202 of the end cap 20. At this time, a third radial gap g3 may be reserved between the second protective lens 21b and the peripheral wall 202, and the colloid of the second protective lens 21b and the peripheral wall 202 may be accommodated in the third radial gap g 3.
The end cap 20 may also support the cover assembly 2 in fixed connection with the body assembly 1 using the assembly connection 7.
Referring back to fig. 1 and 2 while referring to fig. 9, the end cap 20 may further have a mounting flange 203, i.e., the end cap 20 may also have a mounting flange rim 203 protruding in a radial direction from the outside of the peripheral wall 202, e.g., the mounting flange rim 203 may protrude in a radial direction from the outside of the peripheral wall 202 at a position aligned with the front end plate 201.
The mounting flange edge 203 of the cover assembly 2 may be fixedly connected with the mounting flange edge 13 of the fuselage assembly 1 for fixedly mounting the cover assembly 2 with the fuselage assembly 1, and the fixed connection between the mounting flange edge 203 of the cover assembly 2 and the mounting flange edge 13 of the fuselage assembly 1 may be designed to meet explosion-proof requirements, for example, the mounting flange edge 203 of the cover assembly 2 is fixedly connected with the mounting flange edge 13 of the fuselage assembly 1 by the mounting connector 7 such as a screw, so as to realize explosion-proof butt-joint mounting of the cover assembly 2 and the fuselage assembly 1. That is, the mounting flange 203 may be provided with a mounting connection 7 for connection to the fuselage assembly 1.
Fig. 11 is a sectional view of a gland of the cap assembly shown in fig. 3. Fig. 12 is a schematic end view of a gland of the cap assembly shown in fig. 3. Fig. 12 is a schematic view of the inner rear surface of the gland 23 facing the interior of the body assembly 1.
Referring to fig. 11 and 12 in conjunction with fig. 10, the first inner window 23a of the pressing cover 23 may be disposed at a position overlapping the first outer window 20a and may have substantially the same shape as the first outer window 20a, and the first inner window 23a of the pressing cover 23 may be sized to be the same as the first outer window 20a or may be sized to be slightly smaller than the first outer window 20 a. For example, when the first external window 20a is provided in a circular shape, the first internal window 23a may be provided in a circular shape concentric with the first external window 20a, and a radius R4 of the first internal window 23a may be smaller than a radius R1 of the first external window 20 a.
The second internal viewing window 23b of the pressing cover 23 may be disposed at a position overlapping the second external viewing window 20b and may have substantially the same shape as the second external viewing window 20b, and thus, the second internal viewing window 23b of the pressing cover 23 may be disposed around the first internal viewing window 23 a.
The second inner windows 23b of the pressing cover 23 may be provided in one or at least two, and the number of the second inner windows 23b of the pressing cover 23 may be the same as that of the second outer windows 20b.
The second inner window 23b of the cover 23 may be provided in the same size as the second outer window 20b, or may be provided in a size slightly larger than the second outer window 20b.
For example, when at least two of the second external windows 20b are provided in a fan shape, the second internal windows 23b may also be provided in a fan shape and have an outer arc and an inner arc concentric with the second external windows 20b, wherein an inner arc radius R5 of the second internal windows 23b may be smaller than an inner arc radius R2 of the second external windows 20b, and an outer arc radius R6 of the second internal windows 23b may be larger than an outer arc radius R3 of the second external windows 20b.
A space w2 greater than or equal to 12mm may be left between the adjacent second inner windows 23b, and the space w2 may be greater than a space w1 between the adjacent second outer windows 20b. And, a reinforcing rib may be formed between the adjacent second internal viewing windows 23b to compensate for the strength deterioration of the pressing cover 23 due to the hollowing of the window.
Referring to fig. 11 and 12 and back to fig. 3 and 6, a gland 23 may be fixedly attached to the end cap 20 by fasteners (e.g., screws) 24.
For a camera with explosion-proof requirement, it is necessary to avoid that the assembling strength of the cover assembly 2 is completely dependent on the bonding strength, and based on the fixed connection of the fastener 24, the crimping limit of the gland 23 on the first protective lens 21a and the second protective lens 21b can meet the strength requirement of the cover assembly 2 for explosion-proof.
The pressing cover 23 may be provided with a component mounting hole 231 between the first and second inner viewing windows 23a and 23b. And/or, the edge of the pressing cover 23 protruding at the radial outer circumferential side of the second external view window 20b, and the edge of the pressing cover 23 protruding at the radial outer circumferential side of the second external view window 20b may have a plurality of component mounting holes 231.
Accordingly, the end cap 20 may be provided with a mounting hole 207 in the light blocking annular wall 200, i.e., the thickness t0 of the light blocking annular wall 200 may be set to be sufficient to provide a mounting hole 207 for the fastener (e.g., screw) 24. And/or, the end cap 20 may have a mounting boss 206 for fixing the fastener 24 inside the peripheral wall 202, and a height h2 of the mounting boss 206 may be greater than the thickness t1 of the first protective lens 21a and the thickness t2 of the second protective lens 21 b.
A fastener (e.g., a screw) 24 may be inserted through the module mounting hole 231, wherein the fastener 24 may be fixed to the light blocking ring wall 200 through the module mounting hole 231 between the first inner window 23a and the second inner window 23b, and/or the fastener 24 may be mounted to an edge of the cover 23 at a radially outer circumferential side of the second outer window 20b and fixed to the mounting boss 206 inside the circumferential wall 202 of the end cap 20.
That is, the fastener 24 may be attached to the gland 23 between the first external window 20a and the second external window 20b and may be fixed to the end cap 20 (the light blocking annular wall 200), and/or the fastener 24 may be attached to the edge of the gland 23 at the radially outer peripheral side of the second external window 20b and fixed to the end cap 20 (the mounting boss 206), so that the gland 23 may be fixed to the end cap 20 using the fastener 24.
In the case where the end cap 20 has a peripheral wall 202 forming a cap cavity, a third radial gap g3 that may be reserved between the second protective lens 21b and the peripheral wall 202 may be provided enough for a fastener (e.g., a screw) 24 to pass through. That is, the third radial gap g3 may be used for caulking and providing a connector mounting space, and accordingly, the radial dimension of the third radial gap g3 may be larger than those of the first and second radial gaps g1 and g2.
Preferably, the light blocking annular wall 200 may form an axial support for the annular cap groove 230 in a direction away from the end cap 20, and the plug-fit of the annular cap groove 230 with the light blocking annular wall 200 may be a clearance fit in a radial direction. That is, the groove width w0 of the annular cap groove 230 may be greater than the thickness t0 of the light blocking annular wall 200.
In the case where the end cap 20 has the peripheral wall 202 forming the cap cavity, even if the protruding length of the light blocking annular wall 200 is greater than the thickness t1 of the first protective lens 21a and the thickness t2 of the second protective lens 21b, the protruding length h0 of the light blocking annular wall 200 may be smaller than the axial length h1 of the peripheral wall 202, so that the annular cap groove 230 may be located in the cap cavity surrounded by the peripheral wall 202.

The first cushion pad 22a also has a first catching edge 222a protruding from the first gasket 221a at an edge of the first escape window 220 a. The first clamping edge 222a is clamped with the edge of the first internal window 23a, so that the edge of the first internal window 23a can be coated.
Similarly, the second cushion pad 22b may have a second washer 221ba, the second washer 221b is in a ring shape surrounding the first washer 221a, and the second washer 221b is located between the first protective lens 21a and the pressing cover 23 and defines a second avoiding window 220b. The second cushion pad 221b also has a second catching edge 222b protruding from the second gasket 221b at an edge of the first escape window 220b. The second clamping edge 222b is clamped with the edge of the second inner window 23b, so that the edge of the second inner window 23b can be coated.
