Background
In the power engineering, cables are commonly used for electrical interconnection, in order to ensure electrical conductivity and reliability, the end of the cable needs to be stripped with an insulating skin and stripped, generally, when the cable is stripped, a hot stripping mode and a cold stripping mode are adopted, and cold stripping is to perform physical cutting by using tools such as wire strippers and the like, but the wires inside are easy to be damaged, so that the overcurrent capacity and the strength of the wires are influenced; the hot stripping is to fuse the insulating sheath by heating the insulating sheath by using a hot stripping pliers and other tools, so that the conducting wire cannot be damaged.
In practical application, most of power lines and signal lines are multi-core wires and large-diameter cables with insulating sheaths, and no hot stripping tool adaptive to large outer diameter exists in the market at present, so that the technical problem to be solved in the field is to provide a device capable of stripping the insulating sheaths of the large-outer-diameter multi-core cables.

Further, the connecting rods are divided into transverse rods and longitudinal rods; the pressure sensor and the heating head are both arranged on the cross rod; the longitudinal rod is used for connecting the stepping motor and the cross rod and providing a path for adjusting the position of the cross rod.

The second side 13 is provided with a cable inlet 10, the size of the cable inlet 10 is matched with the size of a cable, and the height of the cable inlet is matched with the fixed height of the cable.
The guide rail passes through the bolt-up on the base, installs two supporting seats on the guide rail, and supporting seat and two supporting cable clamps realize that the cable supports and fixes. The base is provided with a tightening bolt to fix the supporting seat on the guide rail, and the peeling length of the cable is changed by adjusting the distance between the two supporting seats.
In one embodiment, a rubber pad may also be provided inside the cable clamp for increasing the friction between the cable and the cable clamp for better clamping of the cable.
When the device is used for stripping the outer insulating skin of the cable, firstly, empirical values of the pressure sensors corresponding to various cable stripping depths are obtained through a preliminary test, when a certain cable insulating skin is stripped, corresponding numerical values of the pressure sensors are obtained through preliminary inquiry, then, the positions of the pressure sensors are adjusted, actual values of the pressure sensors meet requirements of the empirical values, and then, the control unit controls the stepping motor to enable the heating head to rotate in a positive and negative 180-degree mode, so that the stripping of the insulating skin is realized. At the moment, the cable supporting seat moves towards the cable outlet direction, so that the insulating sheath is separated from the cable. The device is suitable for stripping the outer insulating skins of cables with different specifications and diameters (30-50 mm).

The apparatus of claim 3, wherein the connecting rods are divided into cross rods and longitudinal rods; the pressure sensor and the heating head are both arranged on the cross rod; the longitudinal rod is used for connecting the stepping motor and the cross rod and providing a path for adjusting the position of the cross rod.
5. The device of claim 3 or 4, wherein the heating tip is selected from a resistance wire or a blade.
