Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of battery processing, in particular to a secondary packaging device and a secondary packaging method for a soft package battery.
Background
The soft package battery generally comprises an aluminum-plastic film, a battery cell coated in the aluminum-plastic film and an electrolyte arranged in the aluminum-plastic film. In the process of forming the soft package battery, a positive plate, a negative plate and a diaphragm need to be wound/stacked to form a battery cell, and pit punching operation is carried out on an aluminum plastic film; then, placing the battery cell into the punched hole of the aluminum-plastic film, and folding the aluminum-plastic film punched with the hole in half to coat the battery cell; in order to prevent water vapor from entering the inside of the aluminum-plastic film, a heated seal head is required to perform heat sealing on the aluminum-plastic film, in general, as shown in fig. 1, the sealing includes a top seal 103, a side seal 102, a primary sealing and a secondary sealing, the top and one side of the aluminum-plastic film after being folded in half are sealed (i.e., the top seal 103 and the side seal 102) so that only one side of the aluminum-plastic film is left with an opening, then, electrolyte is injected into the aluminum-plastic film from the opening, and a sealing area 104 at the opening is pre-sealed (i.e., the primary sealing), and then, the sealing is performed and formed; an air bag 106 is left between the sealing area 104 and the battery core 101; finally, the second sealing area 105 on the side of the air bag 106 close to the battery cell 101 is subjected to hot-pressing packaging, i.e. secondary packaging, so that the battery cell 101 is completely sealed in the aluminum plastic film.
However, in the battery formation process, gas is generated in the aluminum plastic film, and the gas needs to be extracted to perform secondary packaging of the battery. When the gas is exhausted, the air bag is punctured and the vacuum pumping is carried out simultaneously, so that the gas in the aluminum plastic film can be exhausted. However, in the process of secondary packaging of the battery by the conventional secondary packaging device, because the electrolyte in the aluminum-plastic film is in a vacuum environment, the electrolyte is easy to splash to pollute a cavity of the secondary packaging, the quality of the battery is not guaranteed, and even the external package of the battery is polluted.

The technical scheme of the invention is further explained by the specific implementation mode in combination with the attached drawings of fig. 1-7.
The embodiment provides a laminate polymer battery's secondary packaging device, as shown in fig. 1 to 7, laminate polymer battery's secondary packaging device includes casing 1 and tray 2, and tray 2 sets up in casing 1, and tray 2 is used for supporting battery 100, is provided with cavity 21 in the tray 2, and the vacuum hole 22 with cavity 21 intercommunication is seted up at tray 2 top, and cavity 21 communicates in outside evacuating device (not shown). In detail, the chamber 21 communicates with the evacuation means through the duct 6.
The secondary packaging process refers to a process of packaging the battery 100 at the edge of the finished battery 100 after the formation process and cutting off the air bag 106 in the subsequent process, and is also called secondary packaging because the battery 100 has been subjected to top-side packaging and primary packaging before the formation.
In the actual operation process, when the external vacuum-pumping device starts to operate, the gas in the shell 1 is taken out of the shell 1 through the vacuum holes 22; thus, the airflow in the upper portion of the tray 2 passes through the vacuum holes 22 to form a directional, top-down, directional airflow. The electrolyte flowing out of the air pocket 106 of the battery 100 on the tray 2 can only move on the tray 2 without splashing under the guiding action of the directional flowing air flow, so that the battery 100 and the inside of the housing 1 can be prevented from being polluted, and the processing quality of the battery 100 can be ensured.
Preferably, in order to avoid the electrolyte in the battery 100 from being carried out by the air flow as much as possible, the height of the tray 100 at one side of the duct 6 is higher than that at the side far from the duct 6, so that the tray 2 forms an angle of 5-30 degrees with the horizontal plane; preferably, it is 5-15 °. If the angle is too large, the packaging strength and flatness during secondary packaging are affected, and the quality of the battery 100 is affected.
As shown in fig. 7, during the vacuum process, the gas on the upper portion of the tray 2 enters the vacuum holes 22 from the top down; the gas in the lower part of the tray 2 enters the vacuum holes 22 from the side. Therefore, in the entire case 1, neither the electrolyte in the battery 100 nor the electrolyte carried out by the gas is subjected to the upward gas force.
Preferably, the cross-sectional area of the tray 2 is more than 75%, preferably more than 85% of the cross-sectional area of the housing 1 in the plane of the tray 2.
The sectional area occupied by the tray 2 is large, and the backflow formed at the gap between the tray 2 and the housing 1 can be effectively prevented. Especially when the vacuum degree is not large, the gas flow distribution is affected.
In one embodiment, the duct 6 includes a plurality of ducts and the tray 2 is not provided with the duct 6 above.
It is understood that the area of the battery 100 where the aluminum-plastic film is punctured is located in the air pocket area of the battery 100, and after the air pocket 106 is punctured, the gas generated in the formation stage of the battery 100 is discharged from the battery 100 under the negative pressure.
In one embodiment, the vacuum holes 22 are provided in plural, the vacuum holes 22 are waist-shaped holes, and the plural vacuum holes 22 are arranged at intervals in a direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the vacuum holes 22.

In detail, the vacuum hole 22 is provided on the cover plate, so that communication of the vacuum hole 22 and the cavity 21 can be facilitated.
Furthermore, at least one side wall of the groove is obliquely arranged, and at least one end of the vacuum hole 22 is positioned above the obliquely arranged side wall of the groove, so that the electrolyte flowing into the vacuum hole 22 can conveniently flow into the cavity 21, and the electrolyte is prevented from flowing out along the bottom surface of the cover plate.
As shown in fig. 4 to 6, the top edge of the tray 2 is provided with a baffle 23, so that the electrolyte can only flow on the tray 2, and the electrolyte is prevented from flowing into other positions in the housing 1 to pollute the whole chamber.
The battery 100 is provided with one side thickness of electric core 101 thick, and the thickness of the one side that forms air pocket 106 is thinner, and air pocket 106 one side is unsettled, is unfavorable for the puncture to air pocket 106, and in order to make the electrolyte that is taken out by the gas can flow out smoothly, the top of tray 2 sets up to the stairstepping, and vacuum hole 22 sets up in the higher one side of tray 2 to can form the support to air pocket 106.
In order to facilitate puncturing the air bag 106, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the secondary packaging device for a pouch battery in this embodiment further includes a bayonet 3 and a first lifting driving member (not shown), wherein the bayonet 3 is disposed in the housing 1 and located above the tray 2, the bayonet 3 is connected to an execution end of the first lifting driving member, and the first lifting driving member can drive the bayonet 3 to lift. In some optional embodiments, the first lifting driving member is disposed on the outer wall of the housing 1, the bayonet 3 is connected to the actuating end of the first lifting driving member through a connecting member, the connecting member penetrates through the top wall of the housing 1, the bayonet 3 is preferably disposed in a plurality, and each bayonet 3 is connected to the connecting member, so that the electrolyte in the air bag 106 can be rapidly discharged, and the efficiency of secondary packaging is improved. In some alternative embodiments, the first lift drive is a pneumatic cylinder. Of course, the first lifting driving member may be provided in other forms in other embodiments, and is not limited herein.
A clearance groove is formed in the position, corresponding to the bayonet knife 3, of the tray 2, and in the process of puncturing the air bag 106, the bayonet knife 3 moves downwards under the action of the first lifting driving piece, and the bayonet knife 3 extends into the clearance groove to puncture the air bag 106.
As an implementation mode, the clearance groove is a blind hole; it does not extend through the tray 2, but merely provides a receiving area for the bayonet 3.
In one embodiment, the number m of the vacuum holes 22 is not less than the number n of the bayonet knives 3 and at least (m-l) of the vacuum holes 22 are positioned corresponding to the bayonet knives 3, wherein l is the number of the clearance grooves.
It will be understood that positional correspondence means that the bayonet 3 can extend into the vacuum hole 22 during the process of puncturing the air pocket 106.
In order to facilitate secondary packaging of the battery 100, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, the secondary packaging device for a pouch battery in this embodiment further includes a packaging mechanism 5, where the packaging mechanism 5 includes an upper sealing head 51, a lower sealing head 52, a second lifting driving member (not shown) and a third lifting driving member (not shown), and the upper sealing head 51 is disposed in the housing 1 and above the tray 2. The second lifting driving member and the third lifting driving member can drive the upper seal head 51 and the lower seal head 52 to approach or separate from each other. In detail, the upper head 51 and the lower head 52 are respectively connected with a heating element, the upper head 51 and the lower head 52 can be heated, and the second lifting driving member is disposed outside the housing 1. The third lifting drive is arranged outside the housing 1. The upper head 51 and the lower head 52 are driven by the second lifting driving member and the third lifting driving member to heat-seal the battery 100. In some alternative embodiments, the second and third lift drives are both air cylinders. Of course, the second lifting driving element and the third lifting driving element may be provided in other forms in other embodiments, and are not limited herein.
When the secondary packaging device for the soft package battery in the embodiment is used, a closed cavity is formed in the shell 1, the vacuumizing device is opened, the air bag 106 is punctured by the aid of the first lifting driving piece driving the bayonet 3, airflow in the shell 1 can be enabled to flow directionally through the vacuum holes 22, electrolyte brought out by the gas can flow to the vacuum holes 22 through the tray 2 under the diversion effect of the airflow flowing directionally, the electrolyte can be prevented from splashing to pollute the inside of the battery 100 and the shell 1, the quality of the battery 100 is guaranteed, and finally the second lifting driving piece and the third lifting driving piece respectively drive the upper end socket 51 and the lower end socket 52 to be close to each other to carry out heat sealing on the battery 100.
