As used herein, the term "and/or" includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
The existing tab welding mode mostly adopts the action of laser welding, a laser is aligned to the center position of the battery cover or the battery case, and the tab and the battery cover or the battery case are welded together at the moment when the laser emits laser. Although the welding of the tab by laser welding can be performed quickly and efficiently, there are some drawbacks. Firstly, a single-point welding mode is utilized in a laser welding mode, the position of a lug of a battery roll core needs to be positioned before formal laser welding, if the position of the lug is not accurately positioned, the lug can generate a 'welding explosion' phenomenon, namely the lug is not welded with a battery cover or a battery case in a true sense, and the connection stability is poor; secondly, the mode of laser welding, because the mode of laser welding is from outside to inside welding mode, if when welding utmost point ear, the location to utmost point ear is inaccurate, and laser is in the one-time that sends laser, and the battery cover or battery case direct breakdown are easily penetrated to laser, and inside the battery roll core, there is considerable potential safety hazard in laser direct injection.
Therefore, in view of the above problems, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2 together, the present application discloses a method for manufacturing a button cell, comprising the following steps:
step S01, providing a packaging assembly 100 and a battery core 200 for manufacturing the button cell 10, wherein the packaging assembly 100 comprises a battery cup 110, a sealing rubber ring 120 and a battery cover 130.
As such, it should be noted that the packaging assembly 100 functions to package and protect the battery roll core 200; the battery roll core 200 functions to supply voltage, outputting the voltage to an external power consumption device.
Step S02, the sealing rubber ring 120 is sleeved in the battery cup 110, the battery roll core 200 is placed in the battery cup 110, the battery cover 130 is clamped in the sealing rubber ring 120, the battery cover 130 supports the sealing rubber ring 120, so that the sealing rubber ring 120 is tightly contacted with the inner side wall of the battery cup 110, at this time, the battery cup 110 and the battery cover 130 jointly enclose a battery cavity, and the battery roll core 200 is located in the battery cavity.
Thus, it should be noted that, when the button-type battery 10 is assembled, the sealing rubber ring 120 is sleeved in the battery cup 110, the battery winding core 200 is placed in the battery cup 110, and the battery cover 130 is clamped in the sealing rubber ring 120, under this condition, the battery cover 130 will support the sealing rubber ring 120, and under the supporting force of the battery cover 130, the sealing rubber ring 120 will be in tight contact with the inner side wall of the battery cup 110, that is, the sealing rubber ring 120 is tightly attached to the battery cup 110 and the battery cover 130, so that the sealing waterproof performance of the sealing rubber ring 120 is greatly improved; meanwhile, the sealing rubber ring 120 can provide a proper friction force to the cell cover 130, so that the cell cover 130 is prevented from being separated from the cell cup 110 under a certain external force, and the electrolyte of the cell winding core 200 is prevented from leaking.
Step S03, positioning the tab 210 position of the battery winding core 200, and performing resistance welding operation on the battery cup 110 and/or the battery cover 130 by using the double-needle welding head 20;
wherein, the contact part of the tab 210 of the battery winding core 200 and the battery cup 110 and/or the battery cover 130 is resistance-welded to form a welding layer;
specifically, the welding layers include a central welding layer 140 formed by resistance welding of a tab of the cell core at a central position to the cell cup and/or a contact portion of the cell cover, and an edge welding layer 150 formed by resistance welding of a tab of the cell core at an edge position to the cell cup and/or the contact portion of the cell cover.
As described above, in the conventional tab welding method, a laser welding method is often used, and after the tab position of the battery winding core is confirmed, a laser is aligned with the center position of the battery cover or the battery case, and the tab and the battery cover or the battery case are welded together at the moment when the laser emits laser light. The method has certain defects, firstly, the position of the lug of the battery roll core needs to be positioned, and if the position of the lug is not accurately positioned, the lug can generate a 'welding-explosion' phenomenon, namely the lug is not welded with the battery cover or the battery case in the true sense, and the connection stability is poor; secondly, if when welding the tab, the positioning of the tab is inaccurate, the laser can easily directly break down the battery cover or the battery case at the moment when the laser emits the laser, and the laser is directly emitted into the battery roll core, so that a great potential safety hazard exists.
Therefore, in view of the above problems, the present application adopts a resistance welding method, specifically, after the package assembly 100 and the battery core 200 are assembled, the position of the tab 210 of the battery core 200 is located, and the dual-pin welding head 20 is used to perform a resistance welding operation on the battery cup 110 and/or the battery cover 130, please refer to fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 4 together, the dual-pin welding head 20 includes a positive welding head 21 and a negative welding head 22, after the position of the tab 210 of the battery core 200 is located, the positive welding head 21 is aligned with the tab at the central position of the battery cup 110 and/or the battery cover 130, the negative welding head 22 is aligned with the tab at the edge position of the battery cup 110 and/or the battery cover 130, of course, the positive welding head 21 and the negative welding head 22 can be interchanged with the actual assembly condition, that is, the negative welding head 22 is aligned with the tab at the central position of the battery cup 110 and/or the battery cover 130, the positive welding head 21 is aligned with the tab at the edge position of the battery cup 110 and/or the battery cover 130, at the moment when the two-pin welding head 20 is electrified, a conductive path is formed among the positive welding head 21, the battery cup 110 and the negative welding head 22 or among the positive welding head 21, the battery cover 130 and the negative welding head 22, the tab 210 is subjected to resistance welding operation, so that the central welding layer 140 is formed by resistance welding of the contact part of the tab 210 at the central position of the battery winding core 200 and the battery cup 110 and/or the battery cover 130, and the edge welding layer 150 is formed by resistance welding of the contact part of the tab 210 at the edge position of the battery winding core 200 and the battery cup 110 and/or the battery cover 130. It should be emphasized that the formation of the central welding layer 140 and the edge welding layer 150 can make the connection stability between the tab 210 of the battery roll core 200 and the battery cup 110 and/or the battery cover 130 stronger, and compared with the conventional laser single-point welding, the present application can make the tab 210 welded more stably, and can well prevent the tab 210 from being welded by explosion when the position of the tab 210 is not accurately positioned, that is, the tab 210 cannot be successfully welded with the battery cup 110 and/or the battery cover 130; in addition, due to the formation of the central welding layer 140 and the edge welding layer 150, when the position of the tab 210 is positioned, compared with the traditional laser single-point welding, the position of the tab 210 does not need to be accurately positioned, and the welding operation of the tab 210 is completed by covering a large area of the central welding layer 140 and the edge welding layer 150 on the battery cup 110 and/or the battery cover 130; in addition, in the conventional laser welding, the laser welding is an external-to-internal welding operation, that is, at a moment when the laser emits the laser, the laser slowly penetrates through the cell cup 110 and/or the cell cover 130 to the tab 210 to form a welding bead, the welding bead slowly transits from the cell cup 110 and/or the cell cover 130 to the tab 210 to join with the tab 210, that is, the laser welds the tab 210 from the outside to the inside, if the positioning of the tab is not accurate, the laser easily breaks down the cell cover 130 or the cell cup 110 directly at a moment when the laser emits the laser, the laser directly injects into the interior of the cell 200, there is a considerable safety hazard, and in the present application, a conductive path is formed between the positive welding head 21, the cell cup 110 and the negative welding head 22 or between the positive welding head 21, the cell cover 130 and the negative welding head 22, and at a moment when the double-needle welding head 20 is energized, the tab 210 located at the center position is welded with the cell cup 110 and/or the cell cover 130, compared with a welding bead formed by traditional laser welding, the central welding layer 140 and the edge welding layer 150 are welded together at the contact part of the lug and the battery cup 110 and/or the battery cover 130 at the moment of electrification, the welding layers gradually diffuse to the periphery along with the length of the electrification time, namely the area of the welding layers gradually increases along with the extension of the electrification time, and the welding stability between the welding layers and the lug 210 is enhanced by increasing the welding area of the welding layers and the lug 210; simultaneously, because the change of welding layer is by the center to diffusing all around, compare in traditional laser welding by outer and in, this application can be fine prevent when utmost point ear 210's position location is inaccurate, laser direct puncture battery cup 110 and/or battery cover 130 jet into inside the battery rolls up core 200, lead to battery to roll up core 200 and explode, arouse corresponding incident, and this application can finely stop the emergence of above-mentioned condition, utilize the welding layer of diffusion all around, accomplish the welding operation to utmost point ear 210, need not laser and pierce through battery cup 110 and/or battery cover 130 and can accomplish the welding operation to utmost point ear 210, this application is not by outer and interior welding process, but welding process from interior to exterior, factor of safety improves greatly.
According to the above method for manufacturing a button cell, a button cell 10 as shown in fig. 2 can be manufactured, and the button cell 10 includes a package assembly 100 and a cell roll core 200.
As such, it should be noted that the packaging assembly 100 functions to package and protect the battery roll core 200; the battery roll core 200 functions to supply voltage, outputting the voltage to an external power consumption device.
Referring to fig. 2 again, the package assembly 100 includes a battery cup 110, a sealing rubber ring 120 and a battery cover 130, the sealing rubber ring 120 is sleeved in the battery cup 110, the battery cover 130 is clamped in the sealing rubber ring 120, the battery cover 130 is used for supporting the sealing rubber ring 120, so that the sealing rubber ring 120 is tightly contacted with the inner side wall of the battery cup 110, the battery cup 110 and the battery cover 120 together enclose a battery cavity, and a solder layer is disposed on the battery cup 110 and/or the battery cover 130.
Specifically, the welding layers include a center welding layer 140 formed by resistance welding of a contact portion of a tab of the battery core at a center position with the battery cup and/or the battery cover, and an edge welding layer 150 formed by resistance welding of a contact portion of a tab of the battery core at an edge position with the battery cup and/or the battery cover.
Therefore, it should be noted that the battery cup 110 and the battery cover 130 both play a role in packaging protection, the battery cup 110 and the battery cover 130 jointly enclose a battery inner cavity, the battery inner cavity is used for placing the battery roll core 200, and the battery cup 110 and the battery cover 130 can prevent an external object from directly making too large physical contact with the battery roll core 200, so as to damage the battery roll core 200; the sealing rubber ring 120 plays a role in sealing and waterproofing, and can prevent conductive media in a liquid state such as external water drops from permeating into the battery cup 110, so that the battery winding core 200 is short-circuited.
Referring to fig. 2 again, the battery roll core 200 is disposed in the battery cavity, and the tab 210 is disposed on the battery roll core 200; wherein: the center weld layer 140 is formed by resistance welding the tab 210 of the cell core 200 at the center position to the contact portion of the cell cup 110 and/or the cell cover 130, and the edge weld layer 150 is formed by resistance welding the tab 210 of the cell core 200 at the edge position to the contact portion of the cell cup 110 and/or the cell cover 130.
In this way, it should be noted that the battery winding core 200 provides a voltage function to output the voltage to the external electric device, and the voltage of the battery winding core 200 is output to the external electric device through the tab 210; when the button type battery 10 is subjected to a welding operation, the position of the tab 210 of the battery roll core 200 is located, the welding operation is carried out on the tab 210, so that the contact part of the tab 210 at the central position of the battery roll core 200 and the battery cup 110 and/or the battery cover 130 is subjected to resistance welding to form a central welding layer 140, the contact part of the tab 210 at the edge position of the battery roll core 200 and the battery cup 110 and/or the battery cover 130 is subjected to resistance welding to form an edge welding layer 150, the central welding layer 140 and the edge welding layer 150 are formed, the connection stability of the tab 210 of the battery roll core 200 and the battery cup 110 and/or the battery cover 130 is stronger, compared with the traditional laser single-point welding, the laser single-point welding method can enable the tab 210 to be welded more stably, and can well prevent the tab 210 from being subjected to 'explosive welding' when the position of the tab 210 is not accurately positioned, that is, the tab 210 is not successfully welded to the cell cup 110 and/or the cell cover 130; in addition, due to the formation of the central welding layer 140 and the edge welding layer 150, when the position of the tab 210 is positioned, compared with the traditional laser single-point welding, the position of the tab 210 does not need to be accurately positioned, and the welding operation of the tab 210 is completed by covering a large area of the central welding layer 140 and the edge welding layer 150 on the battery cup 110 and/or the battery cover 130; in addition, in the conventional laser welding, the laser welding is an external-to-internal welding operation, that is, at a moment when the laser emits the laser, the laser slowly penetrates through the cell cup 110 and/or the cell cover 130 to the tab 210 to form a welding bead, the welding bead slowly transits from the cell cup 110 and/or the cell cover 130 to the tab 210 to join with the tab 210, that is, the laser welds the tab 210 from the outside to the inside, if the positioning of the tab is not accurate, the laser easily breaks down the cell cover 130 or the cell cup 110 directly at a moment when the laser emits the laser, the laser directly injects into the interior of the cell 200, there is a considerable safety hazard, and in the present application, a conductive path is formed between the positive welding head 21, the cell cup 110 and the negative welding head 22 or between the positive welding head 21, the cell cover 130 and the negative welding head 22, and at a moment when the double-needle welding head 20 is energized, the tab 210 located at the center position is welded with the cell cup 110 and/or the cell cover 130, compared with a welding bead formed by traditional laser welding, the central welding layer 140 and the edge welding layer 150 are welded together at the contact part of the lug and the battery cup 110 and/or the battery cover 130 at the moment of electrification, the welding layers gradually diffuse to the periphery along with the length of the electrification time, namely the area of the welding layers gradually increases along with the extension of the electrification time, and the welding stability between the welding layers and the lug 210 is enhanced by increasing the welding area of the welding layers and the lug 210; simultaneously, because the change of welding layer is by the center to diffusing all around, compare in traditional laser welding by outer and in, this application can be fine prevent when utmost point ear 210's position location is inaccurate, laser direct puncture battery cup 110 and/or battery cover 130 jet into inside the battery rolls up core 200, lead to battery to roll up core 200 and explode, arouse corresponding incident, and this application can finely stop the emergence of above-mentioned condition, utilize the welding layer of diffusion all around, accomplish the welding operation to utmost point ear 210, need not laser and pierce through battery cup 110 and/or battery cover 130 and can accomplish the welding operation to utmost point ear 210, this application is not by outer and interior welding process, but welding process from interior to exterior, factor of safety improves greatly.
Further, in one embodiment, the cell cup 110 has a center solder layer 140 and an edge solder layer 150 disposed thereon;
wherein: the center welding layer 140 is formed by resistance welding the tab 210 of the battery jelly roll 200 at the center position to the contact portion of the battery cup 110, and the edge welding layer 150 is formed by resistance welding the tab 210 of the battery jelly roll 200 at the edge position to the contact portion of the battery cup 110.
As such, it should be noted that, in an embodiment, only the center layer 140 and the edge layer 150 may be disposed on the cell cup 110, and the center layer 140 and the edge layer 150 are not disposed on the cell cover 130, and the functions and the forming manners of the center layer 140 and the edge layer 150 are not described in detail, please refer to the functions and the forming manners of the center layer 140 and the edge layer 150.
Further, referring to fig. 2 again, in one embodiment, the battery cover 130 is provided with a center solder layer 140 and an edge solder layer 150;
wherein: the center welding layer 140 is formed by resistance welding of the tab 210 of the battery core 200 at the center position to the contact portion of the battery cover 130, and the edge welding layer 150 is formed by resistance welding of the tab 210 of the battery core 200 at the edge position to the contact portion of the battery cover 130.
Thus, it should be noted that, in an embodiment, only the center layer 140 and the edge layer 150 may be disposed on the cell cover 130, and the center layer 140 and the edge layer 150 are not disposed on the cell cup 110, and the functions and the forming manners of the center layer 140 and the edge layer 150 are not described in detail, please refer to the functions and the forming manners of the center layer 140 and the edge layer 150.
Further, in one embodiment, the cell cup 110 and the cell cover 130 are provided with a center solder layer 140 and an edge solder layer 150;
wherein: the center welding layer 140 is formed by resistance welding the tab 210 of the battery core 200 at the center position to the contact portions of the battery cup 110 and the battery cover 130, and the edge welding layer 150 is formed by resistance welding the tab 210 of the battery core 200 at the edge position to the contact portions of the battery cup 110 and the battery cover 130.
As such, it should be noted that in one embodiment, the center solder layer 140 and the edge solder layer 150 may be disposed on both the cell cup 110 and the cell cover 130, and the functions and the forming manners of the center solder layer 140 and the edge solder layer 150 are not described in detail, please refer to the functions and the forming manners of the center solder layer 140 and the edge solder layer 150.
It should be noted that, when the central solder layer 140 and the edge solder layer 150 are disposed on the cell cup 110 and the cell cover 130, the user can directly draw the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the button cell 10 from the cell cup 110 and the cell cover 130, for example, when the cell cup 110 is connected to the positive electrode tab of the cell winding core 210, the cell cup 110 serves as the total positive electrode of the button cell 10, and when the cell cover 130 is connected to the negative electrode tab of the cell winding core 210, the cell cover 130 serves as the total negative electrode of the button cell 10; for another example, when the cell cup 110 is connected to the negative electrode tab of the cell core 210, the cell cup 110 serves as the total negative electrode of the button cell 10, and when the cell cover 130 is connected to the positive electrode tab of the cell core 210, the cell cover 130 serves as the total positive electrode of the button cell 10. In the actual manufacturing process, it is possible to flexibly set whether the cell cup 110 is the total positive electrode or the cell cover 130 is the total positive electrode in accordance with the actual manufacturing requirements.
It should be noted that, no matter the center solder layer 140 and the edge solder layer 150 are disposed on the cell cup 110 or the cell cover 130, or the center solder layer 140 and the edge solder layer 150 are disposed on the cell cup 110 and the cell cover 130, the center solder layer 140 and the edge solder layer 150 both have the same function, and both prevent the tab 210 of the cell core 200 from being "welded by explosion" and prevent the cell cup 110 and/or the cell cover 130 from being broken down.
Referring to fig. 2, 5, 6 and 7, since the double pin welding head 20 is required to perform resistance welding on the tab 210 of the battery jelly roll 200, correspondingly, when the tab 210 is subjected to resistance welding, the shape formed by welding the center welding layer 140 and the edge welding layer 150 is influenced by the double pin welding head 20 to a certain extent. For example, when the center welding layer 140 and the edge welding layer are both in a dot shape, the corresponding positive welding head 21 or negative welding head 22 in the two-pin welding head 20 corresponding to the welding center welding layer 140 is also in a dot shape; for another example, when the edge weld layer 150 is annular, the corresponding positive bonding tool 21 or negative bonding tool 22 of the two-pin bonding tool 20 corresponding to the welding center weld layer 140 is also annular; for another example, when the edge welding layer 150 is disc-shaped, correspondingly, the positive welding head 21 or the negative welding head 22 of the two-pin welding head 20 corresponding to the welding center welding layer 140 is also disc-shaped; for another example, referring to fig. 6 again, when the edge welding layer 150 includes a plurality of fan-shaped welding layers 151, each fan-shaped welding layer 151 is in a fan shape, each fan-shaped welding layer is radially distributed around the center of the battery cover, and correspondingly, the positive welding head 21 or the negative welding head 22 of the two-pin welding head 20 corresponding to the welding center welding layer 140 includes a plurality of fan-shaped welding pieces, which are radially distributed around the center of the positive welding head 21 or the negative welding head 22. It is emphasized that the shape of the double-needle welding head 20 can be flexibly set in connection with the actual production situation.
It should be noted that, in order to increase the assembly speed of the button cell 10, in an embodiment, a rolling groove is formed on the cell cup 110, the rolling groove allows the inner sidewall of the cell cup 110 to be recessed inwards to form a clamping step, the sealing rubber ring 120 is sleeved on the clamping step, the cell cover 130 is clamped in the sealing rubber ring 120, and the cell cover 130 is used for supporting the sealing rubber ring 120, so that the sealing rubber ring 120 is tightly contacted with the clamping step.
Therefore, it should be noted that the inside wall of the battery cup 110 is recessed inwards to form a clamping step by the opening of the rolling groove, when the battery cover 130 is assembled, the battery cover 130 can be assembled on the battery cup 110 only by providing an external force pressing downwards for the battery cover 130, and the battery cover 130 is stably fixed in the battery cup 110 by the mutual matching force among the clamping step, the battery cover 130 and the sealing rubber ring 120, so as to realize quick assembly, meanwhile, due to the arrangement of the clamping step, the clamping step can also prevent the battery cover 130 from pressing downwards too severely, so that the battery roll core 200 arranged in the inner cavity of the battery is damaged by extrusion; in addition, when the air pressure in the battery cavity is too high, the battery cover 130 can be separated from the connection with the battery cup 110 under the action of the air pressure, so that the pressure relief operation is completed, and the button-type battery 10 is prevented from being too high in air pressure.
It should be noted that, in order to prevent the battery cover 130 from pressing the battery core 200 and to prevent the battery core 200 from swelling. In an embodiment, the button cell 10 further includes a central pillar, a through hole is formed in the cell roll core 200, the central pillar is located in the through hole, and an end of the central pillar abuts against the tab 210 of the cell roll core 200.
Therefore, it should be noted that when the assembly of the battery cover 130 is pressed down too much, the central column can be limited to the battery cover 130, so as to prevent the battery cover 130 from being pressed down and damaged by the battery winding core 200; in addition, the center post also serves to prevent the battery roll core 200 from expanding with an unexpected factor, damaging the battery roll core 200.
The button cell and the manufacturing method thereof of the invention are provided with a packaging assembly and a cell winding core. In the practical application process, the battery cup and the battery cover both play a role in protection, and the sealing rubber ring plays a role in sealing and waterproofing; in addition, when the pole lug needs to be welded, the position of the pole lug is positioned, and resistance welding operation is carried out on the battery cup and/or the battery cover, so that the pole lug of the battery roll core at the central position and the battery cup and/or the contact part of the battery cover are subjected to resistance welding to form a central welding layer, the pole lug of the battery roll core at the edge position and the contact part of the battery cup and/or the battery cover are subjected to resistance welding to form an edge welding layer, the phenomenon of 'explosive welding' of the pole lug can be prevented due to the existence of the central welding layer and the edge welding layer, the welding stability of the pole lug is greatly improved, compared with the traditional laser welding mode, the welding safety coefficient is higher, and the risk that the battery cup or the battery cover is directly punctured by laser is avoided.
The above embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.
