Abstract

An elastic contact device and a switch device, wherein the elastic contact device comprises a first wire bending elastic conductive contact seat, a conductive rod with a spherical contact, a second wire bending elastic conductive contact seat, a connecting rod, a crank arm and an operation driving shaft; the spherical contacts at two ends of the conductive rod with the spherical contacts are respectively connected with the first wire bending elastic conductive contact seat and the second wire bending elastic conductive contact seat; one end of the connecting rod is connected with the conductive rod with the spherical contact through a conductive rod rotating shaft, and the other end of the connecting rod is connected with the crank arm through a rotating shaft; the crank arm is connected with an operation driving shaft, and the operation driving shaft is operated to drive the conducting rod to be disconnected and contacted with the second wire bending elastic conducting contact seat. The elastic contact device and the switch device have the characteristics of low cost, large contact surface and strong deflection-accommodating capacity.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of small current on-off, in particular to an elastic contact device and a switch device.
Background
The common isolating switch of the power equipment is mostly of a disconnecting link type, and the switch has the characteristics of complex structure, higher cost and poor deviation tolerance capability. When the disconnecting link is installed, the blade clamping force is adjusted more complicatedly, the process requirement is higher, the contact area of the disconnecting link is contacted by a contact on the disconnecting link, the contact area is small, and certain requirements are met for the contact pressure. Therefore, a switch device with low cost, large contact area and strong bias-holding capacity is needed urgently.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems of high cost, small contact surface and poor deviation-tolerance capability of the disconnecting link type isolating switch.
In order to achieve the above object, a first aspect of the present invention provides an elastic contact device comprising a first wire bending elastic conductive contact base 1, a conductive rod 5 with a ball contact, a second wire bending elastic conductive contact base 7, a link 9, a crank arm 10 and an operation driving shaft 11;
the spherical contacts at two ends of the conductive rod 5 with the spherical contacts are respectively connected with the first wire bending elastic conductive contact seat 1 and the second wire bending elastic conductive contact seat 7;
one end of the connecting rod 9 is connected to the conductive rod 5 with the spherical contact through a conductive rod rotating shaft 4, and the other end of the connecting rod is connected to the crank arm 10 through a rotating shaft; the crank arm 10 is connected with the operation driving shaft 11, and the operation driving shaft 11 is operated to drive the conductive rod 5 to be disconnected and contacted with the second wire bending elastic conductive contact seat 7.
Furthermore, the spherical contacts at two ends of the conductive rod 5 with the spherical contacts are respectively a static end spherical contact 3 and a movable end spherical contact 6, the static end spherical contact 3 is connected with the first wire bending elastic conductive contact seat 1 through a static end fixing bolt 2, and the static end spherical contact 3 can rotate around the static end fixing bolt 2; the movable end ball contact 6 can be disconnected and contacted with the second wire bending elastic conductive contact seat 7 when the conductive rod 5 rotates.
Furthermore, a round hole which is through from front to back is formed in the center of the conducting rod 5 and used for installing the conducting rod rotating shaft 4; the center of the conducting rod 5 is provided with a long hole which is through from left to right and is used for accommodating one end of the connecting rod 9, and the connecting rod 9 is connected through the conducting rod rotating shaft.
Further, the static end spherical contact 3 is in a shape of a table, and fixing holes are formed in planes penetrating through two ends of the table and used for accommodating the static end fixing bolts 2; the fixed end fixing bolt 2 is tightly connected with the fixed end spherical contact 3 and the first wire bending elastic conductive contact seat 1, so that the fixed end spherical contact 3 can rotate around the first wire bending elastic conductive contact seat 1.

Further, the second wire bending elastic conductive contact seat 7 comprises an arc-shaped base 12, a connecting part 13 and two contact parts 14, wherein the connecting part 13 extends from two ends of the arc-shaped base 12 in an inclined and upward manner; the arc-shaped base 12 is connected with a conductive piece which needs to be conductively connected; the two contact portions 14 are connected to the connecting portion 13, respectively, for contacting with or disconnecting from the movable end ball contact 6.
Further, the two contact portions 14 are circular rings, and the distance between the two contact portions is smaller than the diameter of the moving-end ball contact 6, so that the moving-end ball contact 6 is tightly contacted with the moving-end ball contact 6 when being embedded between the contact portions 14.
Furthermore, the first wire bending elastic conductive contact seat and the second wire bending elastic conductive contact seat are the same in shape and are formed by bending elastic bronze wires.
Furthermore, the wire bending elastic conductive contact device further comprises a conductive limiting part 8 which is arranged at one end of the second wire bending elastic conductive contact seat 7 and used for limiting the rotating range of the conductive rod 5.

The schematic diagram of the small-current elastic contact device provided by the invention is shown in fig. 1-3, and the connection mode comprises a wire bending elastic conductive contact seat 1, a fixed end fixing bolt 2, a fixed end spherical contact 3, a conductive rod rotating shaft 4, a conductive rod 5 with a spherical contact, a movable end spherical contact 6, a wire bending elastic conductive contact seat 7, a conductive limiting part 8, a connecting rod 9, a crank arm 10 and an operation driving shaft 11. The wire bending elastic conductive contact seat 1, the static end fixing bolt 2 and the static end spherical contact 3 are fixed on a conductive piece at one end, and a rotating shaft on a conductive rod 5 with the spherical contact is connected with a connecting rod 9 and a crank arm 10 in a certain connection mode. The movable end spherical contact 6 on the conductive rod 5 with the spherical contact can be disconnected and contacted with the wire bending elastic conductive contact seat 7 through the operation driving shaft 11 on the operation crank arm 10, and the static end spherical contact 3 rotates around the wire bending elastic conductive contact seat 1 and the static end fixing bolt 2, so that the on-off of current is realized. The contact surface of the spherical contact and the wire bending elastic conductive contact seat is large in contact, and the through-flow performance is reliable.

Furthermore, the spherical contacts at two ends of the conductive rod 5 with the spherical contacts are respectively a static end spherical contact 3 and a movable end spherical contact 6, the static end spherical contact 3 is connected with the first wire bending elastic conductive contact seat 1 through a static end fixing bolt 2, and the static end spherical contact 3 can rotate around the static end fixing bolt 2; the movable end ball contact 6 can be disconnected and contacted with the second wire bending elastic conductive contact seat 7 when the conductive rod 5 rotates. The two ends of the conductive rod with the spherical contacts are both spherical contacts, and the conductive rod can be reliably contacted with the wire bending elastic conductive contact seat in a matching way, so that the contact surface is large in contact.
Furthermore, a round hole which is through from front to back is formed in the center of the conducting rod 5 and used for installing the conducting rod rotating shaft 4; the center of the conducting rod 5 is provided with a long hole which is through from left to right and is used for accommodating one end of the connecting rod 9, and the connecting rod 9 is connected through the conducting rod rotating shaft.
Further, the static end spherical contact 3 is in a shape of a table, and fixing holes are formed in planes penetrating through two ends of the table and used for accommodating the static end fixing bolts 2; the fixed end fixing bolt 2 is tightly connected with the fixed end spherical contact 3 and the first wire bending elastic conductive contact seat 1, so that the fixed end spherical contact 3 can rotate around the first wire bending elastic conductive contact seat 1.
Further, the movable end ball-shaped contact 6 is spherical.
Further, the second wire bending elastic conductive contact seat 7 comprises an arc-shaped base 12, a connecting part 13 and two contact parts 14, wherein the connecting part 13 extends from two ends of the arc-shaped base 12 in an inclined and upward manner; the arc-shaped base 12 is connected with a conductive piece which needs to be conductively connected; the two contact portions 14 are connected to the connecting portion 13, respectively, for contacting with or disconnecting from the movable end ball contact 6.
Further, the two contact portions 14 are circular rings, and the distance between the two contact portions is smaller than the diameter of the moving-end ball contact 6, so that the moving-end ball contact 6 is tightly contacted with the moving-end ball contact 6 when being embedded between the contact portions 14.
Furthermore, the first wire bending elastic conductive contact seat and the second wire bending elastic conductive contact seat are the same in shape and are formed by bending elastic bronze wires. The wire bending elastic conductive contact seat is formed by bending an elastic bronze wire with higher conductivity, and has a simple structure and material saving; the conductive contact area is large when the spherical contact is matched with the spherical contact, and the capacity of partial deviation is strong.
Furthermore, the wire bending elastic conductive contact device further comprises a conductive limiting part 8 which is arranged at one end of the second wire bending elastic conductive contact seat 7 and used for limiting the rotating range of the conductive rod 5.

The elastic contact device and the switch device have the characteristics of low cost, large contact surface and strong deflection-accommodating capacity.

one end of the connecting rod (9) is connected to the conductive rod (5) with the spherical contact through a conductive rod rotating shaft (4), and the other end of the connecting rod is connected to the crank arm (10) through a rotating shaft; the crank arm (10) is connected with the operation driving shaft (11), and the operation driving shaft (11) is operated to drive the conducting rod (5) and the second wire bending elastic conducting contact seat (7) to be disconnected and contacted.
