Claims (10)
1. A vehicle height limiting detection portal comprises a vertical beam (1), a U-shaped cross beam (2) and distance sensors (3), wherein the U-shaped cross beam (2) is arranged on the top surface of the vertical beam (1), and the distance sensors (3) are symmetrically arranged on the inner sides of the vertical beam (1) and the U-shaped cross beam (2); the method is characterized in that: the device also comprises an input module (4), an operation processing module (5) and an output module (6); the input module (4) is used for acquiring information of the vehicle to be detected and sending the information to the operation processing module (5); the operation processing module (5) is used for comparing the information of the vehicle to be detected with prestored threshold information and judging whether the vehicle to be detected can pass through the door frame; and is used for controlling the height adjustment of the door frame; and the output module (6) is used for outputting judgment result information to the door frame and the vehicle to be detected according to the judgment result made by the operation processing module (5).

The vehicle height limiting detection portal frame according to claim 1, wherein the input module (4) comprises a wireless receiving module and an image acquisition module, the wireless receiving module is used for receiving detection data of the distance sensor (3), and the image acquisition module is used for acquiring image information of a vehicle to be detected.

10. The detection method of the vehicle height limit detection portal frame according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1: presetting the height H and the width W of the gantry and an allowable measurement error allowable value E in a storage module in the operation processing module (5);
s2: when the vehicle to be tested runs along the direction of the portal frame, the input module (4) collects the data of the vehicle to be tested and transmits the data to the operation processing module (5);
s3: the operation processing module (5) performs the following processing on the received information:

s5: if both the delta h and the delta w are smaller than the measurement error allowable value E, the license plate information of the vehicle to be measured is stored, if one or two of the delta h and the delta w are larger than the measurement error allowable value E, the operation processing module (5) outputs a warning symbol to a display module in the output module (6), outputs warning voice to a voice module in the output module (6), and outputs a judgment result to a vehicle-mounted terminal in the output module (6).
