The user may have multiple accounts bound in the same platform, and when the user needs to exchange the resource and the target object and check account information, the user is required to select an account providing the resource exchanged by the target object or an account to be checked from the multiple accounts. For example, in a security trading platform, there is an account system with multiple securities traders and multiple services, under which the target object may be stocks, options, etc., and the account information may be transaction records, order records, trade statistics, etc. in the account. At present, a proper account cannot be intelligently selected for a user, so that the problems of low data processing efficiency and poor display effect are caused.
In order to solve the technical problem, the inventive concept of the present application is: and intelligently selecting a proper account for the user according to the identification of the user and/or the information of the target object to be redeemed.
The technical solution of the embodiment of the present application is applicable to the following scenarios, but is not limited thereto:
scene one: a transaction operational scenario. For example, the user may enter the trading page 02 of stock A by clicking the trading control 11 on the individual stock page 01 of stock A as shown in FIG. 1a, or search the search bar 31 of the trading page 03 of FIG. 1b for the trading page 02 of stock A, both of which are trading operational scenarios.
Scene two: and (5) a transaction information query scene. For example, after the user clicks the deal log control 41 in the trade note editing page 04 shown in fig. 2a, the user enters the deal log page 05 shown in fig. 2b, for example, the deal log page 05 includes the stocks that are successfully bought or sold and the corresponding account; after the user clicks the order record control 42 in the user information interface shown in fig. 2a, the user enters an order record page 06 shown in fig. 2c, for example, the order record page 06 includes the purchased order information and the corresponding account; after the user clicks the transaction statistics control 43 in the user information interface shown in fig. 2a, the transaction statistics page 07 shown in fig. 2d is entered, for example, the transaction statistics page 07 includes the transaction statistics result, which are all transaction information query scenarios.
The execution subject of the application is an electronic device, and the electronic device may be any terminal device, for example, but not limited to, a smart phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a desktop computer, a smart speaker, a smart watch, and the like. The electronic device may also be a server, which may be an independent physical server, a server cluster or a distributed system formed by a plurality of physical servers, or a cloud server providing cloud computing services. The terminal and the server may be directly or indirectly connected through a wired or wireless communication manner, and when the electronic device is a server, the electronic device may receive an operation of a user through the connected terminal and generate an instruction, and then the server performs data processing according to the instruction of the terminal, which is not limited herein.
The technical solution of the embodiment of the present application will be described in detail below:
fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating an account selection method 300 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The execution subject of this embodiment may be the electronic device, as shown in fig. 3, the method includes:
s301: responding to the triggering operation of a user, and generating an account acquisition instruction, wherein the account acquisition instruction carries information of a user identifier and/or a target object;
s302: determining preference information according to the account acquisition instruction, wherein the preference information comprises a preferred market and/or a preferred exchange category;
s303: determining at least one screening condition based on the preference information;
s304: and determining a target account from a plurality of accounts of the user according to the at least one screening condition.
In this embodiment of the application, the triggering operation of the user may be an operation for switching from a currently displayed page to a redeeming page of the target object, and the operation is applied to the scenario one. The current display page may be a stock page in the first scenario, or a trading page with a search bar in the first scenario, and the conversion page of the target object may be a trading page of the target stock selected in the first scenario. Or, the user's triggering operation may be an operation for switching from the current display page to the redemption information display page, and the operation is applied to the above scenario two. The current display page may be any page of the security platform, and the exchange information display page may be a transaction record page, an order record page, a transaction statistics page, and the like in the above scenario two.
For example, before the user performs the trigger operation, the user may log in the platform first, and the electronic device acquires the user identifier of the user after logging in. When the electronic equipment generates an account acquisition instruction according to the triggering operation of the user, the identification of the user is carried in the account acquisition instruction so as to recommend a current appropriate account according to the characteristics of the user.
For example, the information of the target object may be a code of the target object or a name of the target object.
For example, when a user enters a conversion page of a target object through a trigger operation, the electronic device obtains information of the target object and carries the information of the target object in an account obtaining instruction.
In some embodiments, the S304 may include: the electronic equipment determines a first account from a plurality of accounts of a user according to at least one screening condition, wherein the first account meets the screening condition with the highest priority in the at least one screening condition; further, the electronic device determines the target account according to the first account, and for this, this embodiment provides two possible implementation manners, that is, a manner i determines the first account as the target account, and a manner ii determines the target account according to the usage prediction values respectively corresponding to the first account and the multiple accounts of the user.
The present embodiment gives the following exemplary description of mode two:
in this embodiment, the electronic device may determine a usage prediction value for each of a plurality of accounts of the user, and for example, the electronic device may determine a usage evaluation value for each account according to historical usage data of the account, and determine a service weight for the account according to whether the current time is in a service period of a market corresponding to the account. Finally, a usage prediction value of the account is determined based on the service weight and the usage evaluation value.
It should be noted that the historical usage data may include the frequency of usage and the duration of usage within a preset time period.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the process of determining the usage evaluation value of the account based on the historical usage data of each of the multiple accounts of the user may perform linear summation on the usage frequency and the usage duration to obtain a first parameter, and then perform logarithm-based operation on the first parameter to obtain the usage evaluation value of the account:
Ass=log(i*fre+j*long+…+k*time)
the method includes the steps that i, j. Besides, the historical usage data in this embodiment may also include other data, such as the time of use, etc., which may be used in the formula of the above formula.
In the second manner, the electronic device may determine the service weight of the account according to whether the current time is in the service time period of the market corresponding to the account, and it should be understood that the weight value of the account corresponding to the market which is in the service time period at the current time is greater than the weight value of the account corresponding to the market which is not in the service time period at the current time. For example, assuming that the current time is the opening time period of the port stock market, the weight value of the port stock account corresponding to the port stock market is set to q, the weight value of the house stock account corresponding to the house stock market is set to p, and q > p. For example, in this embodiment, the service weight is set to 0.8 at the transaction time corresponding to each account of the transaction, and the service weight is set to 0.2 at the non-transaction time. This is by way of example only and not meant to be exhaustive.
In this embodiment, account ids of the respective accounts are represented by a, b, c, and d … …. Obtaining the service weight H corresponding to the account a at the current momentaAnd use evaluation value AssaAnd then, weighting the use evaluation value of the account by the service weight to obtain a use predicted value of the account:
Preda=Ha*Assa
similarly, the usage prediction values Pred corresponding to the accounts b, c, d … … are obtained in the above mannerb、Predc、Predd… … are provided. And comparing the usage predicted values corresponding to the accounts to determine a third account from the plurality of accounts of the user, for example, taking the account with the highest usage predicted value as the third account.
In some embodiments, the electronic device may have the third account as the target account.
In the second mode, as to how the electronic device determines the target account according to the usage prediction values corresponding to the first account and the multiple accounts of the user, the following exemplary descriptions are given:
the electronic equipment firstly determines whether the usage predicted value of the first account meets a preset condition, determines the first account as a target account under the condition that the usage predicted value of the first account meets the preset condition, and determines the third account as the target account under the condition that the usage predicted value of the first account does not meet the preset condition.
Alternatively, the third account may be an account with the highest usage prediction value among the plurality of accounts of the user.
Optionally, the electronic device may determine whether the usage predicted value of the first account meets a preset condition according to whether the usage predicted value of the first account is greater than a preset value, for example, when the usage predicted value of the first account is greater than the preset value, it is determined that the usage predicted value of the first account meets the preset condition, otherwise, the usage predicted value of the first account does not meet the preset condition.
Optionally, the preset value may be an average value of usage prediction values corresponding to a plurality of accounts of the user, respectively.
For clearly explaining the embodiments of the present application, how to determine the first account from the multiple accounts of the user according to at least one filtering condition is described below through two embodiments on the basis of the above-mentioned first mode or the second mode, and it should be understood that, if the embodiments are implemented on the basis of the first mode, the first account determined from the multiple accounts of the user according to at least one filtering condition in embodiments 1 and 2 is the target account, in embodiments 1 and 2, respectively, based on two different trigger operations.
Embodiment 1, the triggering operation is for switching from the currently displayed page to the redeemed page of the target item.
In some implementations, this embodiment 1, after receiving a trigger operation of a user, switches from a currently displayed page to a redemption page of a target object in response to the trigger operation.
As shown in connection with fig. 4, in some implementations, the redemption page 400 for the target item may include at least one of an identification 410 of the target account, a redemption information entry box 420, and a redemption control 430.
Optionally, the target account is an account selected from a plurality of accounts of the user to provide redemption resources for redeeming the target item, and the identification 410 of the target account of the redemption page for the target item is used to display the selected target account to the user.
Alternatively, the user may enter redemption information, such as a redemption amount and/or a redemption bid for the target item, etc., in the redemption information entry box 420. Optionally, the redemption information input box 420 may include a selection control for increasing or decreasing, such as by clicking on the selection control, selecting a bid to increase or decrease the redemption amount already targeted, and the like.
Optionally, redemption controls 430 may include, for example, buy controls 431 and/or sell controls 432.
Illustratively, after the user selects the exchange control 430 of the target object, the electronic device responds to the selection operation of the user on the exchange control 430, acquires the exchange information input by the user in the exchange information input box, and acquires the exchange resource from the resource pool of the target account according to the exchange information to exchange the target object.
Alternatively, the redemption resource obtained from the resource pool of the target account may be determined based on the redemption information, such as calculating the redemption resource required for redemption based on the redemption amount indicated by the redemption information and the bid for the target item.
It should be understood that in response to the operation of switching from the currently displayed page to the target object conversion page, the electronic device generates an account acquisition instruction for acquiring an account suitable for converting the target object. Further, the at least one screening condition determined in example 1 according to the account acquisition instruction should also be capable of selecting an account most suitable for performing the target item redemption from among the plurality of accounts of the user.
In embodiment 1, the electronic device may determine, according to the information of the target object carried in the account acquisition instruction, a preferred market and/or a preferred redemption category corresponding to the target object. For example, the electronic device may determine, according to the information of the target object, preferred information corresponding to the target object in a first corresponding relationship, where the first corresponding relationship is used to represent a corresponding relationship between the information of the target object and the preferred information, and optionally, the first corresponding relationship may be stored in a storage medium of the electronic device in advance. It should be understood that the electronic device may determine the market corresponding to the target object as a preferred market and determine the transaction category corresponding to the target object as a preferred redemption category according to the first corresponding relationship.
As shown in fig. 5, for example, the market may be divided into areas, such as an area 1 market, an area 2 market, and an area 3 market, and when the target object belongs to the area 1 market, the area 1 market is a preferred market. For another example, the transaction categories may be divided into option transactions and non-option transactions, or the non-option transactions may be divided more finely, and then when the target object is an option, the preferred redemption category is an option transaction (as in the first category below), and when the target object is not an option, the preferred redemption category is a non-option transaction (as in the second category below).
In example 1, the electronic device may determine at least one filtering condition according to the preferred market and the preferred redemption category, and determine a priority order of the at least one filtering condition.
As a possible implementation manner one of embodiment 1, when the preferred redemption category is the first category, the at least one filtering condition sequentially comprises at least one of the following items from high to low in the priority order:
the preset account in the preferred market is the account corresponding to the first category;
the last exchange account in the preferred market is an account corresponding to the first category, and the last exchange account is an account used by the user for exchanging the target object last time;
accounts corresponding to a first category in the preferred market;
an asset account in a preferred market;
accounts in the preferred market.
In some implementations, the at least one filtering condition in this embodiment 1 includes at least the last redeemed account in the preferred market and is an account corresponding to the first category. Then, determining the first account from the plurality of accounts through the at least one screening condition may include: determining whether a last exchange account in the preferred market exists in the multiple accounts of the user according to the exchange records corresponding to the multiple accounts of the user, and if so, determining the first account from the multiple accounts of the user according to whether the last exchange account is an account corresponding to the first category.
It should be understood that, by querying the exchange records corresponding to the plurality of accounts of the user, whether each account has performed target object exchange and the time when the exchange occurs can be known, and accordingly, the account used for performing target object exchange last time can be determined.
For example, when the last redemption account is an account corresponding to the first category, the last redemption account is determined as the first account.
For example, when the last redemption account is not an account corresponding to the first category, the first account may continue to be determined from the plurality of accounts of the user according to at least one screening condition having a lower priority than the current screening condition. For example, the at least one filtering condition having a lower priority than the current filtering condition may include: accounts corresponding to a first category in the preferred market; an asset account in a preferred market; accounts in the preferred market.
For example, when the last redemption account is not an account corresponding to the first category, determining whether at least one second account exists in the plurality of accounts of the user, where the second account is an account corresponding to the first category in the preferred market; if at least one second account exists, determining one of the at least one second account as the first account; if there is not at least one second account, determining if there is at least one owned account in the user's plurality of accounts in the preferred market; determining one of the at least one proprietary account as a first account if there is at least one proprietary account in the preferred market; if at least one of the property accounts in the preferred market does not exist, any account of the user in the preferred market is determined as the first account.
In other implementations, the at least one filtering condition in this embodiment 1 includes, in addition to the last redeemed account in the preferred market and being an account corresponding to the first category, a preset account in the preferred market and being an account corresponding to the first category. Then, before determining whether the last redemption account in the preferred market exists in the multiple accounts of the user according to the redemption records respectively corresponding to the multiple accounts of the user, it is required to determine whether a preset account in the preferred market exists in the multiple accounts of the user. Further, under the condition that a preset account in the preferred market does not exist, determining whether a last exchange account in the preferred market exists in a plurality of accounts of the user according to exchange records corresponding to the plurality of accounts of the user respectively; and if the preset account is not the account corresponding to the preferred exchange type, determining whether the last exchange account in the preferred market exists in the multiple accounts of the user according to exchange records respectively corresponding to the multiple accounts of the user.
In the first possible implementation manner, the determining the first account from the plurality of accounts through the at least one filtering condition may include an exemplary implementation manner as shown in fig. 5: determining whether an account more meeting the requirements of the user exists in a preferred market corresponding to the target object; referring to fig. 5, in a preferred market corresponding to a target object, determining whether a preset account exists in a plurality of accounts of a user, and if the preset account exists and is an account corresponding to a first category (e.g., a financing account), determining the account as a first account; if the preset account does not exist or is not the account corresponding to the first type, determining whether a last redeeming account exists in a plurality of accounts of the user, and if the last redeeming account exists and the last redeeming account is the account corresponding to the first type, determining the account as the first account; if the last exchange account does not exist or the last exchange account is not the account corresponding to the first category, determining whether an account corresponding to the first category exists in a plurality of accounts of the user, and if the account corresponding to the first category exists, determining the account as the first account; if the account corresponding to the first category does not exist, determining whether an asset account exists in a plurality of accounts of the user, and if the asset account exists, determining the account as the first account; if the asset account does not exist, determining whether an account in the preferred market exists in the plurality of accounts of the user, and determining the account in the preferred market as a first account.
As a second possible implementation manner of the embodiment 1, if the preferred redemption category is the second category, the at least one filtering condition sequentially includes at least one of the following items from high to low in the priority order:
a preset account in a preferred market;
a position-taking account in a preferred market;
last redemption account in the preferred market;
an asset account in a preferred market;
accounts in the preferred market.
In the second implementation manner, the at least one filtering condition includes at least a last redeemed account under the preferred market. Then, determining the first account from the plurality of accounts through the at least one screening condition may include: and determining whether a last exchange account in the preferred market exists in the plurality of accounts of the user according to the exchange records corresponding to the plurality of accounts of the user, and if so, determining the first account from the plurality of accounts of the user according to whether the last exchange account is an account corresponding to the second category.
It should be understood that, by querying the exchange records corresponding to the plurality of accounts of the user, whether each account has performed target object exchange and the time when the exchange occurs can be known, and accordingly, the account used for performing target object exchange last time can be determined.
For example, when the last redemption account is an account corresponding to the second category, the last redemption account is determined as the first account.
For example, when the last redemption account is not an account corresponding to the second category, the first account may continue to be determined from the plurality of accounts of the user according to at least one screening condition having a lower priority than the current screening condition. For example, the at least one filtering condition having a lower priority than the current filtering condition may include: an asset account in a preferred market; accounts in the preferred market.
For example, when the last redemption account is not an account corresponding to the second category, it is determined whether at least one asset account in the preferred market exists in the multiple accounts of the user, further, if there is at least one asset account in the preferred market, one asset account in the at least one asset account is determined as the first account, and if there is no at least one asset account in the preferred market, any account of the user in the preferred market is determined as the first account.
In other implementations, the at least one filtering condition in the second implementation further includes a position taken account in the preferred market in addition to the last redeemed account in the preferred market. Then, before determining whether there is a last redemption account in the preferred market among the multiple accounts of the user according to the redemption records respectively corresponding to the multiple accounts of the user, it is necessary to determine whether there is a position holding account in the preferred market among the multiple accounts of the user. Further, if there is a position-taking account in the preferred market, determining the position-taking account as the first account, or if there is at least one position-taking account in the preferred market, determining whether at least one position-taking account contains a last-time redemption account, if there is a last-time redemption account, determining the last-time redemption account as the first account, and if there is no last-time redemption account, determining one of the at least one position-taking account as the first account; and if the position taking account in the preferred market does not exist, determining whether the last exchange account in the preferred market exists in the plurality of accounts of the user according to the exchange records corresponding to the plurality of accounts of the user.
On the basis of the above implementation, the at least one screening condition further includes a preset account under the preferred market. Then, the electronic device needs to determine whether a preset account in the preferred market exists in the plurality of accounts of the user before determining whether a position taken account in the preferred market exists in the plurality of accounts of the user. Further, in the case that there is no preset account in the preferred market, determining whether there is a position-taking account in the preferred market among the plurality of accounts of the user; in the case where there is a preset account in the preferred market, the preset account is determined as the first account.
In the second possible implementation manner, the determining, by the embodiment, the first account from the multiple accounts through the at least one filtering condition may include an implementation manner as shown in fig. 5: determining whether an account more meeting the requirements of the user exists in a preferred market corresponding to the target object; referring to fig. 5, in a preferred market corresponding to a target object, determining whether a preset account exists in a plurality of accounts of a user, and if the preset account exists, determining the account as a first account; if the preset account does not exist, determining whether a position-taking account exists in a plurality of accounts of the user, if so, determining the position-taking account as a first account, and if the last converted account exists in the plurality of position-taking accounts, determining the last converted account in the position-taking accounts as the first account; if the position taking account does not exist, determining whether a last exchange account exists in a plurality of accounts of the user, and if the last exchange account exists, determining the account as a first account; if the last exchange account does not exist, determining whether an asset account exists in a plurality of accounts of the user, and if the asset account exists, determining the account as a first account; if the asset account does not exist, determining whether an account in the preferred market exists in the plurality of accounts of the user, and determining the account in the preferred market as a first account.
It should be noted that, if more than one account is obtained after any screening condition is screened, one of the accounts may be randomly selected as the first account, or the account created first may be selected as the first account, or the account screened first may be selected as the first account, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Optionally, in embodiment 1, if at least one of the plurality of accounts of the user does not satisfy the at least one filtering condition, the account in the other market among the plurality of accounts is used as the first account.
Fig. 6 is an interaction flow diagram of an account selection method according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 6, an electronic device receives an operation triggered by a user on a stock page for trading a stock, opens a corresponding trading page according to the operation, receives an account acquisition instruction through an account selection module, further determines a target account according to the account acquisition instruction through the account selection module, sends the target account to the trading page through the account selection module, and fills data of the target account in the trading page. Furthermore, after the user sets order information on the transaction page and performs the transaction ordering operation, the electronic device initiates a transaction request to the transaction background, and the electronic device receives the transaction result returned by the background and displays the transaction result in the transaction page.
Embodiment 2, the triggering operation is for switching from the current display page to the redemption information display page.
It should be understood that in response to the operation of switching from the current display page to the redemption information display page, the electronic device generates the account acquisition instruction for acquiring the account suitable for presenting the required redemption information to the user. It should be understood that each account corresponds to different exchange information, optionally, the exchange information display page includes an identifier of a target account and/or account information, optionally, the account information may include a transaction record, an order record, transaction statistics, and the like in the account, and in this embodiment 2, the account information displayed on the exchange information display page is the account information corresponding to the target account.
The target account determined in this embodiment 2 should be an account that the user needs to view. Further, the at least one filtering condition determined in embodiment 2 according to the account acquisition instruction should also be capable of selecting an account closest to the user's desire from among the plurality of accounts of the user.
In embodiment 2, the electronic device may determine, according to the user identifier carried in the account acquisition instruction, a preferred market corresponding to the user identifier. For example, the electronic device may determine, according to the user identifier, a main service party corresponding to the user, where the main service party is a predetermined most important service party providing the redemption service for the user, and may be, for example, a main dealer of the plurality of dealers, and further, the electronic device determines the preferred market according to a service time period of a market associated with the main service party.
For example, the electronic device may determine that the market corresponding to the primary service party is a preferred market if the current time is in the service time period of the market associated with the primary service party, and determine that the first market is a preferred market if the current time is not in the service time period of the market associated with the primary service party, the service time period of the first market including the current time.
For example, as shown in fig. 7, the dealer may be divided into regions, such as a region a dealer, a region c dealer 1, a region c dealer 2, and the like, if the lead dealer of the user is the region a dealer, the electronic device determines whether the current time is in the service time of the region a market associated with the region a dealer, if so, the region a market is the preferred market, otherwise, the region b market currently in the service time period is used as the preferred market; similarly, if the main dealer of the user is the regional c dealer 1 or the regional c dealer 2, the electronic device determines whether the current time is in the service time of the regional c market associated with the regional c dealer 1 or the regional c dealer 2, if so, the regional c market is the preferred market, otherwise, the regional b market currently in the service time period is taken as the preferred market. Alternatively, the service time of the regional a market and the regional c market shown in fig. 7 are the same.
In embodiment 2, the electronic device may determine at least one filtering condition according to the preferred market and determine a priority order of the at least one filtering condition.
As a possible implementation manner of embodiment 2, the at least one filtering condition comprises at least one of the following items in order from high to low in priority order:
