In this embodiment, after determining the application scenario information of the order according to the category information and/or the receiving information, the accurate search for the order may be implemented according to the application scenario information. Specifically, an order query instruction input by a target user may be obtained, where the order query instruction includes application scenario information corresponding to an order to be queried. And inquiring all target historical orders corresponding to the application scene information corresponding to the order to be inquired according to the order inquiry instruction, and sending the target historical orders to the terminal equipment for displaying.
Fig. 6 is a schematic view of another display interface provided by an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, for taking the above example, if the target user is an administrator of a company, and needs to check which orders are not reimbursed currently, at this time, application scenario information corresponding to the order to be queried may be input in the search box, that is, the orders are not reimbursed. Correspondingly, after the order query instruction is received, all the target historical orders which are not reimbursed in the application scene can be obtained according to the order query instruction, and the target historical orders which are not reimbursed are sent to the terminal for displaying. Therefore, the target user can quickly carry out reimbursement processing on the target historical order.
According to the order processing method provided by the embodiment, all target historical orders corresponding to the application scene information corresponding to the order to be inquired are inquired according to the order inquiry instruction input by the user, so that the order in the same application scene can be accurately inquired, the order processing efficiency of the user is improved, and the user experience can be improved.
Fig. 7 is a flowchart of an order processing method according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention, and based on any of the above embodiments, as shown in fig. 7, after step 103, the method further includes:
step 401, determining a user portrait corresponding to the target user according to application scene information corresponding to the historical order;
step 402, pushing information corresponding to the user image for the target user according to the user image.
In this embodiment, after determining the application scenario information of the order according to the category information and/or the receiving information, the target user may be user-portrayed according to the application scenario information. For example, if an order common to the application scenarios in the historical orders of the target user exceeds a preset threshold, it may be roughly determined that the target user may be an administrative person of the company; if the order of the application scene in the historical order of the target user exceeds the preset threshold, the target user can be roughly judged to be a housewife and the like. After the user portrait of the target user is realized, information corresponding to the user portrait can be pushed to the target user according to the user portrait. For example, if the target user is determined to be an administrative staff of a company, more office supplies can be pushed for the target user.
According to the order processing method provided by the embodiment, the user portrait is carried out on the target user through the application scene information, and the information is pushed to the user according to the user portrait, so that the accurate pushing of the information can be realized, the personalized push information is provided for the user, and the user experience is improved.
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of an order processing apparatus according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 8, the apparatus includes: the system comprises an acquisition module 51, a determination module 52, a processing module 53 and a sending module 54, wherein the acquisition module 51 is configured to acquire to-be-processed order information of a target user from a preset data server, and the to-be-processed order information includes a plurality of historical orders of the target user; a determining module 52, configured to determine category information and receiving information of purchased articles corresponding to each historical order; the processing module 53 is configured to determine application scenario information corresponding to each historical order according to the category information and/or the receiving information; and a sending module 54, configured to send the application scenario information corresponding to the to-be-processed order information to a terminal device for displaying, so that the target user performs a correction operation on the application scenario information according to the content displayed by the terminal device.
Further, on the basis of any of the above embodiments, the application scenario includes any one of public use, self-use, and purchase.
Further, on the basis of any of the above embodiments, the processing module is configured to:
determining first application scene information corresponding to the historical order according to the category information;
determining second application scene information corresponding to the historical order according to the receiving information;
and determining the application scene information corresponding to each historical order according to the first application scene information, the second scene information, the category information and the weight value corresponding to the receiving information.
Further, on the basis of any one of the above embodiments, the apparatus further includes:
a newly-built order information acquisition module for acquiring newly-built order information input by the target user;
and the scene information determining module is used for determining the application scene information corresponding to the newly-built order information according to the category information and/or the receiving information of the purchased articles in the newly-built order information.
The order processing apparatus provided in this embodiment determines, by obtaining to-be-processed order information of a target user, category information and receiving information of purchased articles corresponding to each historical order in the to-be-processed order information, and may determine, according to the category information and/or the receiving information, an application scenario corresponding to each historical order, and in order to further improve accuracy of the application scenario, may send the generated application scenario to a terminal device for a user to check and correct. By analyzing and processing the information of the order to be processed, the application scene of the historical order of the target user can be accurately determined, attributes such as shopping habits of the target user can be summarized according to the application scene, personalized services are provided for the user according to the shopping habits, and user experience is improved.
Fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of an order processing apparatus according to a sixth embodiment of the present invention, and based on the fifth embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, the apparatus further includes: the system comprises an instruction acquisition module 61 and a correction module 62, wherein the instruction acquisition module 61 is used for acquiring a correction instruction input by the target user, and the correction instruction comprises an order identifier to be corrected and application scene information to be corrected; and the correcting module 62 is configured to perform a correcting operation on the application scene information according to the correcting instruction.
Further, on the basis of any of the above embodiments, the correction instruction is generated after the target user clicks a preset correction icon on the display interface.
Further, on the basis of any of the above embodiments, the application scenario information to be modified includes any one of public use, self-use, purchase, reimbursement waiting for reimbursement, and reimbursement.
According to the order processing device provided by the embodiment, the correction instruction sent by the user is obtained, and the application scene information of the order to be corrected is corrected according to the correction instruction, so that the accuracy of the application scene of the order can be further improved, and the shopping habit of the target user can be accurately determined.
Fig. 10 is a schematic structural diagram of an order processing apparatus according to a seventh embodiment of the present invention, and based on any of the above embodiments, as shown in fig. 10, the apparatus further includes: the query module 71, the query module 72, and the order sending module 73, where the query module 71 is configured to obtain an order query instruction input by the target user, where the order query instruction includes application scenario information corresponding to an order to be queried; the query module 72 is configured to obtain a target historical order corresponding to the application scenario information corresponding to the order to be queried according to the order query instruction; and the order sending module 73 is configured to send the target history order to the terminal device for displaying.
According to the order processing device provided by the embodiment, all target historical orders corresponding to the application scene information corresponding to the order to be inquired are inquired according to the order inquiry instruction input by the user, so that the order in the same application scene can be accurately inquired, the order processing efficiency of the user is improved, and the user experience can be improved.
Fig. 11 is a schematic structural diagram of an order processing apparatus according to an eighth embodiment of the present invention, where on the basis of any of the foregoing embodiments, as shown in fig. 11, the apparatus further includes: the system comprises an analysis module 81 and a pushing module 82, wherein the analysis module 81 is used for determining a user portrait corresponding to the target user according to application scene information corresponding to the historical order; and the pushing module 82 is used for pushing information corresponding to the user image for the target user according to the user image.
The order processing device provided by the embodiment performs user portrait on a target user through application scene information, and performs information push on the user according to the user portrait, so that accurate information push can be realized, personalized push information is provided for the user, and user experience is improved.
Fig. 12 is a schematic structural diagram of an order processing apparatus according to a ninth embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 12, the order processing apparatus includes: a memory 91, a processor 92;
a memory 91; a memory 91 for storing instructions executable by the processor 92;
wherein the processor 92 is configured to execute the order processing method according to any of the above embodiments by the processor 92.
The memory 91 stores programs. In particular, the program may include program code comprising computer operating instructions. The memory 91 may comprise a high-speed RAM memory, and may also include a non-volatile memory (non-volatile memory), such as at least one disk memory.
The processor 92 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), or one or more Integrated circuits configured to implement embodiments of the present invention.
Alternatively, in a specific implementation, if the memory 91 and the processor 92 are implemented independently, the memory 91 and the processor 92 may be connected to each other through a bus and perform communication with each other. The bus may be an Industry Standard Architecture (ISA) bus, a Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus, an Extended ISA (EISA) bus, or the like. The bus may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, etc. For ease of illustration, only one thick line is shown in FIG. 12, but this is not intended to represent only one bus or type of bus.
Alternatively, in a specific implementation, if the memory 91 and the processor 92 are integrated on a chip, the memory 91 and the processor 92 may complete the same communication through an internal interface.
Still another embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, in which computer-executable instructions are stored, and when the computer-executable instructions are executed by a processor, the computer-readable storage medium is used for implementing the order processing method according to any of the above embodiments.
It is clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working process of the apparatus described above may refer to the corresponding process in the foregoing method embodiment, and is not described herein again.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or a portion of the steps of implementing the above-described method embodiments may be performed by hardware associated with program instructions. The program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium. When executed, the program performs steps comprising the method embodiments described above; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks.

Claims (16)

1. An order processing method, comprising:
acquiring to-be-processed order information of a target user from a preset data server, wherein the to-be-processed order information comprises a plurality of historical orders of the target user;
determining the category information and the receiving information of the purchased articles corresponding to each historical order;
determining application scene information corresponding to each historical order according to the category information and/or the receiving information;
and sending the application scene information corresponding to the order information to be processed to terminal equipment for displaying so that the target user can correct the application scene information according to the content displayed by the terminal equipment.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the determining application scenario information corresponding to each historical order according to the category information and/or the receiving information comprises:
determining first application scene information corresponding to the historical order according to the category information;
determining second application scene information corresponding to the historical order according to the receiving information;
and determining the application scene information corresponding to each historical order according to the first application scene information, the second scene information, the category information and the weight value corresponding to the receiving information.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein after sending the application scenario information corresponding to the to-be-processed order information to a terminal device for display, the method further comprises:
acquiring a correction instruction input by the target user, wherein the correction instruction comprises an order identification to be corrected and application scene information to be corrected;
and carrying out correction operation on the application scene information according to the correction instruction.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein the correction instruction is generated after the target user clicks a preset correction icon on the display interface.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein after determining the application scenario information corresponding to each historical order according to the category information and/or the receiving information, the method further comprises:
acquiring an order query instruction input by the target user, wherein the order query instruction comprises application scene information corresponding to an order to be queried;
acquiring a target historical order corresponding to the application scene information corresponding to the order to be inquired according to the order inquiry instruction;
and sending the target historical order to the terminal equipment for displaying.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein after determining the application scenario information corresponding to each historical order according to the category information and/or the receiving information, the method further comprises:
determining a user portrait corresponding to the target user according to application scene information corresponding to the historical order;
and pushing information corresponding to the user image for the target user according to the user image.
7. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein after determining the application scenario information corresponding to each historical order according to the category information and/or the receiving information, the method further comprises:
acquiring newly-built order information input by the target user;
and determining application scene information corresponding to the newly-built order information according to the category information of the purchased articles and the receiving information in the newly-built order information.
8. An order processing apparatus, comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a processing module and a processing module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring to-be-processed order information of a target user from a preset data server, and the to-be-processed order information comprises a plurality of historical orders of the target user;
the determining module is used for determining the category information and the receiving information of the purchased articles corresponding to the historical orders;
the processing module is used for determining application scene information corresponding to each historical order according to the category information and/or the receiving information;
and the sending module is used for sending the application scene information corresponding to the to-be-processed order information to a terminal device for displaying so that the target user can perform correction operation on the application scene information according to the content displayed by the terminal device.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the processing module is configured to:
determining first application scene information corresponding to the historical order according to the category information;
determining second application scene information corresponding to the historical order according to the receiving information;
and determining the application scene information corresponding to each historical order according to the first application scene information, the second scene information, the category information and the weight value corresponding to the receiving information.
10. The apparatus of claim 8, further comprising:
the instruction acquisition module is used for acquiring a correction instruction input by the target user, wherein the correction instruction comprises an order mark to be corrected and application scene information to be corrected;
and the correction module is used for carrying out correction operation on the application scene information according to the correction instruction.
11. The apparatus according to claim 10, wherein the correction instruction is generated by the target user clicking a preset correction icon on the display interface.
12. The apparatus according to any one of claims 8-11, further comprising:
the query instruction acquisition module is used for acquiring an order query instruction input by the target user, wherein the order query instruction comprises application scene information corresponding to an order to be queried;
the query module is used for acquiring a target historical order corresponding to the application scene information corresponding to the order to be queried according to the order query instruction;
and the order sending module is used for sending the target historical order to the terminal equipment for displaying.
13. The apparatus according to any one of claims 8-11, further comprising:
the analysis module is used for determining a user portrait corresponding to the target user according to the application scene information corresponding to the historical order;
and the pushing module is used for pushing information corresponding to the user image for the target user according to the user image.
14. The apparatus according to any one of claims 8-11, further comprising:
a newly-built order information acquisition module for acquiring newly-built order information input by the target user;
and the scene information determining module is used for determining the application scene information corresponding to the newly-built order information according to the category information of the purchased articles and the receiving information in the newly-built order information.
15. An order processing apparatus, comprising: a memory, a processor;
a memory; a memory for storing the processor-executable instructions;
wherein the processor is configured to perform the order processing method of any of claims 1-7 by the processor.
16. A computer-readable storage medium having computer-executable instructions stored thereon for performing the order processing method of any one of claims 1-7 when executed by a processor.
