i. after the resident identification card is picked up and issued, the provincial resident identification card management system of the residence calls a picking-up and issuing information recording service interface through the business collaborative service platform to upload picking-up and issuing information to the provincial resident identification card management system;
j. The ministry-level resident identity card management system pushes the quality control feedback information, the certificate making feedback information and the certificate acquisition and distribution information to the provincial-level resident identity card management system of the household place through the business collaborative service platform.
2) Identity card reporting loss reporting business collaboration process
When a certain provincial resident identity card management system carries out loss reporting or loss reporting service acceptance cancellation, a service collaborative service platform is used for calling a provincial loss reporting and loss reporting service interface to acquire resident identity card acceptance information, loss reporting information and picking up information, and after the loss reporting or loss reporting operation is completed, loss reporting or loss reporting result cancellation information is uploaded to the provincial resident identity card management system through the provincial resident identity card loss reporting and loss reporting information recording service interface, wherein the loss reporting or loss reporting result cancellation information comprises loss reporting service acceptance information, loss reporting certificate information or loss reporting cancellation information.

After a certain provincial resident identity card management system registers the pickup information, calling the reporting loss reporting and missing information recording service of the provincial resident identity card through a business collaborative service platform to record the pickup certificate information to the provincial resident identity card management system, wherein the pickup certificate information comprises pickup certificates and pickup information.
And the resident identification card management system at the tribal level checks the record information. And calling corresponding provincial loss reporting and loss acquisition and distribution information receiving service for the successfully recorded certificate information through the business collaborative service platform, and respectively pushing the loss canceling certificate information to a provincial resident identity card management system of the acceptance place and a provincial resident identity card management system of the household place.
4) Pick-up and send-back business cooperation process
When receiving a pick-up and return service, a provincial resident identity card management system calls a provincial loss reporting and missing collecting service interface through a service cooperative service platform to acquire resident identity card pick-up and return certificate information, and after the pick-up and return service is processed locally, calls a provincial resident identity card loss reporting and missing collecting and returning result information record service to the provincial resident identity card management system through the service cooperative service platform, wherein the pick-up and returning result information comprises pick-up and return acceptance information and return certificate information.
And the resident identification card management system at the tribal level checks the record information. And calling corresponding provincial reporting loss reporting and losing acquisition and distribution information receiving service for the certificate information successfully recorded through the business collaborative service platform, and respectively pushing the certificate information picked up and returned to a provincial resident identity card management system of the acceptance place and a provincial resident identity card management system of the household place.
The invention enables the basic household registration police to use the local resident identity card system to handle the local and the cross-province resident identity card service at the same time by realizing the cross-province resident identity card management service collaborative service, improves the working efficiency of the police and reduces the occurrence rate of misoperation. Because the invention only needs to carry out data interaction with other provincial resident identification card management systems and ministerial resident identification card management systems, different business rules can be formulated in each place according to the actual situation of the local area, and the personalized demands of the places can be satisfied.

Each provincial resident identification card management system comprises: the system comprises a service information receiving interface, a service handling interface and a service information uploading interface, wherein the service information receiving interface is used for receiving service information from other provincial transacted household registration population pushed by the ministry-resident identity card management system, the service handling interface is used for handling the acceptance, reporting loss and losing and calling the service information registering interface of the ministry-resident identity card management system, and the service information uploading interface is used for uploading the service information generated after the service transaction is completed to the ministry-resident identity card management system;

The asynchronous queue adopts a Send-Recv message receiving and transmitting mechanism and is used for connecting the business information record interface of the tribal resident identity card management system with the business information uploading interface of each provincial resident identity card management system, and the business information pushing interface of the tribal resident identity card management system with the business information receiving interface of each provincial resident identity card management system, and receiving or sending messages from the message queue by calling the relevant interfaces.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the message queue supports JMS standard interfaces and TCP protocols.

A method for realizing the cooperation of resident identification card management business in across provinces, which is realized by the system of any one of claims 1-2, and is characterized by comprising the cooperation method of resident identification card off-site acceptance business, and specifically comprising the following steps:

step 16: the provincial resident identification card management system of the residential area packages and sends the checked and issued remote certificate handling information to a certificate making center for certificate making, and the certificate making center feeds back the quality feedback information and the certificate making feedback information to the provincial resident identification card management system of the residential area after the certificate making is completed;
Step 17: the business handling interface of the provincial resident identification card management system of the residence uploads the quality feedback information and the certificate making feedback information to the business information recording interface of the provincial resident identification card management system through an asynchronous queue of a business collaborative service platform;
