Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the invention further provides an issuing device of the electronic handover work order, the issuing device of the electronic handover work order can realize the automatic issuing of the electronic handover work order, the issuing device of the electronic handover work order can be used for executing the issuing method of the electronic handover work order provided by the embodiment of the invention, and the issuing device of the electronic handover work order is realized by software and/or hardware.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of an apparatus for issuing an electronic handover work order according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 4, the apparatus for issuing an electronic handover work order includes: an electronic transfer work order issuing module 100, configured to, when the power distribution operation management system and the asset management system are both in an operating state, sequentially acquire electronic transfer data of each electronic transfer work order in the power distribution operation management system, and sequentially issue each electronic transfer work order in the asset management system; the release state acquiring module 200 is configured to acquire a release state of each electronic handover work order in the asset management system after the electronic handover work order is released; an issue result output module 300, configured to derive an issue result according to an issue state of each electronic handover work order; the release result includes the release status of all the electronic hand-over work orders released in the asset management system. Illustratively, the distribution result sequentially presents the electronic handover data and the distribution status of each electronic handover work order in the form of a table.
According to the electronic hand-over work order issuing device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the electronic hand-over data of each electronic hand-over work order in the power distribution operation management system is acquired through the electronic hand-over turn-off issuing module, the corresponding electronic hand-over work order is issued in the asset system according to the electronic hand-over data, the issuing state of the electronic hand-over work order is acquired through the issuing state acquiring module, and finally the issuing result of each electronic hand-over work order is exported through the issuing result output module, so that the work flow of manually issuing the electronic hand-over work orders is replaced, the automatic mode of the issuing work of the electronic hand-over work orders is realized, and the workload of workers is greatly reduced.
Optionally, the electronic handover work order includes a power outage repair order, fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of another issue apparatus for an electronic handover work order according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 5, the electronic handover work order issue module 100 includes: the first export submodule 110 is configured to export all terminated power outage overhaul lists in a power outage overhaul module of the power distribution operation management system, and generate a power outage overhaul file; the power failure maintenance file comprises a plurality of power failure maintenance lists which are sequentially arranged; and the first issuing sub-module 120 is configured to sequentially acquire the power outage overhaul lists in the power outage overhaul file in a preset sequence, and issue the power outage overhaul lists acquired at each time in the asset management system.
Optionally, each blackout repair order comprises at least one of a repair order number, repair content and a repair ID; referring to fig. 5, the first publishing sub-module 120 further includes: the maintenance order number identification unit 121 is used for identifying the maintenance order number in the currently acquired power failure maintenance order; the identification result judging unit 122 is used for judging whether the identification of the maintenance order number in the currently acquired power failure maintenance order is successful, and if so, issuing the currently acquired power failure maintenance order in the asset management system; the power outage overhaul list acquisition ending judgment unit 123 is configured to judge whether the currently acquired power outage overhaul list has overhaul content and/or overhaul ID when the overhaul list number in the currently acquired power outage overhaul list fails to be identified, and if yes, continue to acquire the next power outage overhaul list in a preset sequence; if not, the acquisition of the power failure maintenance list is finished.
The electronic issuing device for handing over the work orders can automatically issue the power failure maintenance orders, replaces the operation flow of manually issuing the power failure maintenance orders, and greatly reduces the workload of workers.
Optionally, the electronic handover work order includes an electronic handover work order to be issued; fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of another apparatus for issuing an electronic handover work order according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 6, the electronic handover work order issuing module 100 further includes: the second identification submodule 130 is configured to identify a work order number of an electronic transfer work order to be issued, which is located in the first sequence number in the electronic transfer work order issuance management module of the power distribution operation management system; the electronic transfer work order release management module comprises a plurality of electronic transfer work orders to be released which are sequentially arranged; the second searching submodule 140 is configured to search in the asset management system by using the work order number as the target order number when the work order number of the to-be-issued electronic handover work order with the first sequence number is successfully identified; the second issuing sub-module 150 is configured to, when the to-be-issued electronic handover work order with the target order number as the work order number is searched in the asset management system, issue the to-be-issued electronic handover work order in the asset management system.
Optionally, referring to fig. 6, the electronic handover work order issuing apparatus further includes a state value modification module 400, configured to return to the power distribution operation management system after obtaining an issue state of the electronic handover work order to be issued in the asset management system, and modify a state value of the electronic handover work order to be issued in the power distribution operation management system according to the issue state in the asset management system, so as to clear the electronic handover work order to be issued with the current first sequence number; and the electronic transfer work order moving module 500 to be issued is used for moving the electronic transfer work orders to be issued with the second sequence number to the first sequence number, sequentially moving the electronic transfer work orders to be issued with other sequence numbers, and returning the work order numbers of the electronic transfer work orders to be issued, which are identified to be located in the first sequence number, in the electronic transfer work order issuing management module of the identified power distribution operation management system until the work order numbers of the electronic transfer work orders to be issued with the first sequence number are identified to fail.
Optionally, referring to fig. 5 or fig. 6, the release status obtaining module 200 includes: a picture acquiring unit 210, configured to acquire a picture of a popup window for issuing an electronic handover work order after each electronic handover work order is issued; a state value identification unit 220 for identifying a publication state value in the publication popup; the issuing state value comprises successful issuing, failed issuing or merging; and an issuing state determining unit 230, configured to determine, according to the issuing state value, an issuing state of the electronic handover work order in the asset management system.
The device for issuing the electronic transfer work order provided by the embodiment of the invention can realize the automatic issuing of the electronic transfer work order to be issued, replaces the operation flow of manually issuing the electronic transfer work order, and greatly reduces the workload of workers.
It is to be noted that the foregoing is only illustrative of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and the technical principles employed. Claims (10)

1. A method for issuing an electronic handover work order is characterized by comprising the following steps:
when a power distribution operation management system and an asset management system are both in an operation state, sequentially acquiring electronic handover data of each electronic handover work order in the power distribution operation management system, and sequentially issuing each electronic handover work order in the asset management system;
after each electronic transfer work order is issued, acquiring the issuing state of the electronic transfer work order in the asset management system;
exporting a release result according to the release state of each electronic handover work order; the release result includes the release status of all the electronic hand-over work orders released in the asset management system.
2. The method of issuing an electronic hand-over work order of claim 1, wherein the electronic hand-over work order includes a power outage repair order;
the method includes the steps of sequentially acquiring electronized handover data of each electronized handover work order in the power distribution operation management system, and sequentially issuing each electronized handover work order in the asset management system, and includes the following steps:
exporting all terminated power failure maintenance lists in a power failure maintenance module of the power distribution operation management system, and generating a power failure maintenance file; the power failure overhaul file comprises a plurality of power failure overhaul lists which are sequentially arranged;
and sequentially acquiring the power failure overhaul lists in the power failure overhaul file in a preset sequence, and issuing the power failure overhaul lists acquired at each time in the asset management system.
3. The method of issuing an electronic hand-over work order of claim 2, wherein each of the blackout service orders includes at least one of a service order number, service contents, and a service ID;
issuing the power failure repair list acquired each time in the asset management system, wherein the issuing comprises the following steps:
identifying the service list number in the currently acquired power failure service list;
if the repair order number in the currently acquired power failure repair order is successfully identified, the currently acquired power failure repair order is issued in the asset management system;
if the identification of the maintenance order number in the currently acquired power failure maintenance order fails, judging whether the maintenance content and/or the maintenance ID exist in the currently acquired power failure maintenance order;
if yes, continuously obtaining the next power failure maintenance list in the preset sequence;
and if not, finishing the acquisition of the power failure maintenance list.
4. The method of issuing an electronic hand-over work order according to claim 1, wherein the electronic hand-over work order includes an electronic hand-over work order to be issued; the electronic transfer work order to be issued comprises a work order number and work order contents;
the method includes the steps of sequentially acquiring electronized handover data of each electronized handover work order in the power distribution operation management system, and sequentially issuing each electronized handover work order in the asset management system, and includes the following steps:
identifying the work order number of the electronic transfer work order to be issued, which is positioned at a first sequence number in an electronic transfer work order issuing management module of the power distribution operation management system; the electronic transfer work order release management module comprises a plurality of electronic transfer work orders to be released which are sequentially arranged;
if the work order number of the to-be-issued electronic handover work order with the first sequence number is successfully identified, searching in the asset management system by taking the work order number as a target order number;
and if the to-be-issued electronic transfer work order taking the target order number as the work order number is searched in the asset management system, issuing the to-be-issued electronic transfer work order in the asset management system.
5. The method of issuing an electronic hand-over work order of claim 4, further comprising:
after the release state of the to-be-released electronic transfer work order in the asset management system is obtained, returning to the power distribution operation management system, and modifying the state value of the to-be-released electronic transfer work order in the power distribution operation management system according to the release state in the asset management system so as to remove the to-be-released electronic transfer work order with the current first sequence number;
and moving the to-be-issued electronic handover work order with the second sequence number to the first sequence number, sequentially moving other sequence numbers of the to-be-issued electronic handover work order, and returning to execute the step of identifying the work order number of the to-be-issued electronic handover work order positioned at the first sequence number in an electronic handover work order issuing management module of the power distribution operation management system until the work order number identification of the to-be-issued electronic handover work order of the first sequence number fails.
6. The method for issuing an electronic transfer work order according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein acquiring the issuing status of each electronic transfer work order in the asset management system after the issue of the electronic transfer work order includes:
after each electronic handover work order is issued, acquiring a picture of a popup window for issuing the electronic handover work order;
identifying a publication status value in the publication popup; the issuing state value comprises issuing success, issuing failure or merging;
and determining the release state of the electronic transfer work order in the asset management system according to the release state value.
7. The method for issuing an electronic hand-over work order according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the issue result sequentially presents the electronic hand-over data and the issue status of each electronic hand-over work order in a table form.
8. An apparatus for distributing an electronic handover work order, comprising:
the electronic transfer work order issuing module is used for sequentially acquiring electronic transfer data of each electronic transfer work order in the power distribution operation management system when the power distribution operation management system and the asset management system are both in an operation state, and sequentially issuing each electronic transfer work order in the asset management system;
the release state acquisition module is used for acquiring the release state of each electronic transfer work order in the asset management system after the electronic transfer work order is released;
the release result output module is used for exporting the release result according to the release state of each electronic handover work order; the release result includes the release status of all the electronic hand-over work orders released in the asset management system.
9. The apparatus as claimed in claim 8, wherein the electronic handover work order comprises a power failure repair order, and the electronic handover work order distribution module comprises:
the first export submodule is used for exporting all the terminated power failure overhaul lists in a power failure overhaul module of the power distribution operation management system and generating a power failure overhaul file; the power failure overhaul file comprises a plurality of power failure overhaul lists which are sequentially arranged;
and the first issuing submodule is used for sequentially acquiring the power failure overhaul lists in the power failure overhaul file in a preset sequence and issuing the power failure overhaul lists acquired at each time in the asset management system.

The apparatus for issuing an electronic hand-over work order according to claim 8, wherein the electronic hand-over work order includes an electronic hand-over work order to be issued; the electronic transfer work order to be issued comprises a work order number and work order contents; the electronic handover work order issuing module comprises:
the second identification submodule is used for identifying the work order number of the electronic handover work order to be issued, which is positioned in the first sequence number in the electronic handover work order issuing management module of the power distribution operation management system; the electronic transfer work order release management module comprises a plurality of electronic transfer work orders to be released which are sequentially arranged;
the second searching submodule is used for searching in the asset management system by taking the work order number as a target order number when the work order number of the to-be-issued electronic handover work order with the first sequence number is successfully identified;
and the second issuing submodule is used for issuing the electronic transfer work order to be issued in the asset management system when the electronic transfer work order to be issued with the target work order number as the work order number is searched in the asset management system.
