The VR glasses according to claim 1, wherein connecting blocks (11) are fixed to ends of the two supporting plates (3), voice microphones (12) are fixed to ends of the two connecting blocks (11), the connecting blocks (11) are made of rubber materials, and nose pad glue (32) is fixed to inner walls of the nose pads (7).
