Abstract
The invention discloses a sealing performance test bed of a main transformer oil pump, which comprises: the device comprises a test bench, an oil storage tank, an oil pump mounting seat, an oil pump, a heater, an oiling device, a reflux device and a control device; the oil storage tank is arranged on a first installation layer of the test bench, the oil pump installation seat is arranged on a second installation layer of the test bench, the oil injection device is arranged on a third installation layer of the test bench, the backflow device is communicated with the first installation layer and the second installation layer, and an output port of the backflow device is communicated with the oil storage tank; the input port of the oil pump is communicated with the oil storage tank, one end of the heater is communicated with the output port of the oil pump, and at least one oil injection device is communicated with the other end of the heater. The sealing performance test bed controls the oil temperature and the oil pressure of the transformer oil through the control device, and performs oil injection and test on an oil pump to be detected through the oil injection device, so that the automation of the main transformer oil pump sealing performance test is realized.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of oil pump testing, in particular to a sealing performance test bed of a main transformer oil pump.
Background
The oil-immersed transformer is the most widely used transformer in domestic electric power systems at present, is a core device of a traction power supply system of an electric locomotive, and is also a key device for ensuring the safe and stable operation of the traction power supply system. In existing oil-immersed transformers, transformer oil is used as an insulating and cooling medium. The transformer oil is a petroleum liquid and has the possibility of combustion, and besides being rich in natural stock and low in price, the transformer oil also has good insulating property, low viscosity and good heat transfer property, and protects an iron core, a winding, insulating paper and an insulating paperboard from being oxidized and corroded by external humid air. Therefore, the oil-immersed transformer is widely applied to the field of electric locomotives. In the production process of the oil-immersed transformer, the performance of a main transformer oil pump needs to be detected, and particularly, the sealing performance of the main transformer oil pump needs to be detected.
However, the sealing performance test of the main transformer oil pump at present mostly adopts pure manual operations such as heating of a baking furnace, oil filling, gas filling, pressure maintaining and the like to perform the sealing performance test, so that the labor intensity of detection personnel is high, the safety performance is low, the test result of the main transformer oil pump is inaccurate, and the test effect is not ideal.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, the sealing performance test bed of the main transformer oil pump is needed to solve the technical problem that manual operation is mostly adopted in the main transformer oil pump sealing performance test.
The sealing performance test bed of the main transformer oil pump comprises a test bed frame, an oil storage tank, an oil pump mounting seat, an oil pump, a heater, an oil injection device, a reflux device and a control device.
The test bench is provided with a first installation layer, a second installation layer and a third installation layer, the oil storage tank is installed on the first installation layer, the oil pump installation seat is installed on the second installation layer, at least one oil injection device is installed on the third installation layer, the input port of the oil pump is communicated with the oil storage tank, the input port of the heater is communicated with the output port of the oil pump, the output port of the heater is communicated with the input port of the at least one oil injection device, the output port of the at least one oil injection device is communicated with the input port of the main transformer oil pump, the input port of the backflow device is communicated with the output port of the main transformer oil pump, and the output port of the backflow device is communicated with the oil storage tank.
In one embodiment, the oil pump is mounted on a surface of the oil outlet side of the oil storage tank.
In one embodiment, the heater is hung on the outer surface of one side of the test bed.
In one embodiment, a temperature sensor is disposed inside the heater.
In one embodiment, a vibration-proof pressure gauge is arranged at the connection position of the heater and the oil pump.
In one embodiment, each of the at least one oil injection device is provided with a pressure gauge and a manual lifting hand wheel, and the at least one pressure gauge is respectively arranged at the inlet of the corresponding oil injection device.

According to the sealing performance test bed of the main transformer oil pump, automatic control of a tester on the test bed is realized by arranging the PLC control box and the touch display screen. When the sealing performance test bed starts to test an oil pump to be detected, a tester operates the manual lifting hand wheel to connect and tightly connect the oil injection device to the input port of the oil pump to be detected; the oil pump transmits the transformer oil from the oil storage tank to the heater, the heating procedure is that a temperature sensor and a shock-proof pressure gauge which are arranged in the heater respectively monitor the temperature and the oil pressure of the transformer oil, and the PLC control box controls the heater so as to control the oil temperature; after the transformer oil is heated to the target temperature, the transformer oil is transmitted to the oil injection device by providing power through the oil pump, the oil injection device starts to inject oil into the oil pump to be detected, and the pressure condition of an oil injection port is displayed through a pressure gauge; testing personnel detect the oil leakage condition of the oil pump to be detected and judge the sealing performance of the oil pump to be detected; after the test is finished, a tester acquires test monitoring information through the touch display screen and inputs a control signal to control the PLC control box to close the oil pump, the heater and the oil pump to be detected; and (4) closing the oil injection port by a tester, and recovering the residual transformer oil in the oil pump to be detected to the oil storage tank through the reflux device. The sealing performance test bed of the main transformer oil pump controls the oil temperature and the oil pressure of transformer oil through the control device to the oil pump and the heater, at least one oil injection device respectively tests a plurality of oil pumps, and the transformer oil is recycled through the backflow device, so that the automatic test of the sealing system of the main transformer oil pump is realized.

Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below. In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention. This invention can be embodied in many different forms than those herein described and one skilled in the art can make similar modifications without departing from the spirit of the invention and it is therefore not limited to the specific embodiments disclosed below.
Referring to fig. 1, the present embodiment discloses a sealing performance test bench for a main transformer oil pump, which includes a test bench 1, an oil pump mounting base 2, an oil storage tank 3, an oil pump 4, a heater 5, an oil injection device 6, a backflow device 7 with a filter, and a control device 8. The test bench 1 is provided with a first installation layer 11, a second installation layer 12 and a third installation layer 13, the oil storage tank 3 in the embodiment is installed on the first installation layer 11, the oil pump installation seat 2 is installed on the second installation layer 12, the at least one oil injection device 6 is installed on the third installation layer 13, the backflow device 7 is communicated with the first installation layer 11 and the second installation layer 12, and an output port of the backflow device 7 is communicated with the oil storage tank 3. An input port of the oil pump 4 is communicated with the oil storage tank 3, one end of the heater 5 is communicated with an output port of the oil pump 4, at least one oiling device 6 is communicated with the other end of the heater 5, oiling ports of the oiling devices 6 face the oil pump mounting seat 2, the number of the oiling devices 6 can be determined according to the number of main transformer oil pumps to be detected, in the embodiment, the number of the oil pumps to be detected is four, and therefore the number of the oiling devices 6 provided by the invention is also four. When the sealing performance test bench disclosed by the invention is used for carrying out a sealing test on a main transformer oil pump, transformer oil is transmitted from an oil storage tank 3 to an oiling device 6 through an oil pump 4, the oiling device 6 injects the transformer oil into an oil pump to be detected, when the sealing performance test is finished, residual oil in the main transformer oil pump to be detected is filtered through a backflow device 7 and is recovered to the oil storage tank 3, and the test bench 1 disclosed by the invention is provided with a first mounting layer 11, a second mounting layer 12 and a third mounting layer 13, so that the residual oil of the main transformer oil pump to be detected can be further filtered through the backflow device 7 and can be recovered to the oil storage tank 3. In the embodiment, the oil pump 4 is arranged on the surface of one side of the oil outlet of the oil storage tank 3, the heater 5 is hung on the outer surface of one side of the test bed frame 1, and the installation mode of the oil pump 4 and the heater 5 can enable the structure of the sealing performance test bed to be more compact, and the installation space is saved. The heater 5 is provided therein with a temperature sensor 51. The temperature sensor 51 detects the oil temperature of the transformer oil heated by the heater 5, and feeds back a detection signal to the control device 8. And a vibration-resistant pressure gauge 52 is arranged at the joint of the heater 5 and the oil pump 4. The vibration-proof pressure gauge 52 detects the oil pressure of the transformer oil at the inlet of the heater 5 and feeds back a detection signal to the control device 8. In the invention, the oil injection devices 6 are respectively provided with a pressure gauge 61 and a manual lifting hand wheel 62, and the pressure gauges 61 are respectively arranged at the input ports of the corresponding oil injection devices 6. The pressure gauge 61 detects the oil pressure of the transformer oil which flows out of the input port of the corresponding oil injection device 6 and feeds back a detection signal to the control device; the tester operates the manual lifting hand wheel 62, and the manual lifting hand wheel 62 drives the oiling device 6 to descend and enables the oiling port of the oiling device 6 to be tightly connected with the input port of the main transformer oil pump to be tested.
Referring to fig. 1, the control device 8 in this embodiment has a PLC control box 81 and a touch display screen 82 that are communicatively connected to each other, where the touch display screen 82 is disposed at one end of the PLC control box 81; the PLC control box 81 is electrically connected with the oil pump 4, the heater 5 and the oil pump to be detected; the control device 8 is arranged on the other outer surface of the test bench relative to the heater 5. The PLC control box 81 controls the transmission power of the oil pump 4, so that the oil pump 4 can output different oil quantities, the sealing performance test bed can simulate various different working conditions, and the sealing performance test bed performs sealing performance tests on the main transformer oil pump to be detected under different working conditions; the touch display screen 82 displays various detection data of the sealing performance test bed and result parameters obtained through calculation of the PLC control box 81, and a tester inputs specific test parameters through the touch display screen 82 to control the PLC control box 81, so that the transmission power of the oil pump 4 and the heating power of the heater 5 are controlled, and the sealing new-energy test bed can simulate various different working conditions.
The operation mode of the sealing performance test bed of the main transformer oil pump is that a tester inputs test parameters to the PLC control box through the touch display screen, and the PLC control box controls the transmission power of the oil pump and the heating power of the heater, so that the oil pressure and the oil temperature of the sealing system energy test bed are controlled, and the tester can automatically control the sealing performance test bed. When the sealing performance test bed starts to perform a test on an oil pump to be detected, a tester operates the manual lifting hand wheel to connect and tightly connect an oil filling port of an oil filling device with an input port of a main transformer oil pump to be detected; the oil pump transmits the transformer oil from the oil storage tank to the heater; when a heating program is carried out, a temperature sensor and a shock-proof pressure gauge which are arranged in a heater respectively monitor the temperature and the oil pressure of the transformer oil, detection signals are transmitted to a control device, and a tester inputs test parameters through a touch display screen according to the detection signals to control a PLC control box so as to control an oil pump and the heater; after the transformer oil is heated to the target temperature, the transformer oil is provided with power through the oil pump and is transmitted to the oil injection device, the oil injection device starts to inject oil into the oil pump to be detected, and the pressure gauge displays the pressure condition of the oil injection port corresponding to the pressure gauge; testing personnel detect the oil leakage condition of the main transformer oil pump and judge the sealing performance of the main transformer oil pump; after the sealing performance test is finished, a tester acquires test monitoring information through the touch display screen and inputs a control signal to control the PLC control box to close the oil pump, the heater and the main transformer oil pump which finishes the detection; the tester closes the oiling mouth, and the residual transformer oil in the main transformer oil pump that accomplishes the detection passes through reflux unit and retrieves to the batch oil tank.
In conclusion, the sealing performance test bed of the main transformer oil pump can effectively utilize gravity to accelerate the recovery efficiency of residual transformer oil in the main transformer oil pump to be detected by arranging the first installation layer, the second installation layer and the third installation layer; the mounting mode of the oil pump, the heater and the control device can enable the overall structure of the sealing system energy test bed to be more compact, and the mounting space can be effectively saved; the sealing system energy test bed can be provided with at least more than one oil injection device, so that the oil injection program is performed on the main transformer oil pumps to be detected in corresponding quantity, the sealing performance test bed can simultaneously perform sealing performance tests on a plurality of main transformer oil pumps, and the test efficiency of the sealing performance tests is greatly improved; the sealing performance test bed disclosed by the invention is automatically controlled through the touch display screen and the PLC control box, so that a tester does not need to manually adjust the oil pressure and the oil temperature of the sealing performance test bed, the operation convenience of the tester is improved, and the accuracy of adjusting the sealing performance test parameters is improved.

2. The main transformer oil pump seal performance test stand of claim 1, wherein the oil pump is installed on an outlet port side surface of the oil storage tank.
3. The main transformer oil pump sealing performance test bench of claim 1, wherein the heater is hung on one side of the outer surface of the test bench.
4. The main transformer oil pump seal performance test stand of claim 3, wherein a temperature sensor is disposed inside the heater.
5. The main transformer oil pump sealing performance test bench of claim 4, wherein a vibration-proof pressure gauge is arranged at the connection of the heater and the oil pump.

The main transformer oil pump sealing performance test bench of claim 1, wherein each of the at least one oil injection device is provided with a pressure gauge and a manual lifting hand wheel, and the at least one pressure gauge is respectively arranged at an input port of the corresponding oil injection device.
7. The main transformer oil pump seal performance test stand of claim 1, wherein the flow back device has a filter.
8. The seal performance test bench of main transformer oil pump of claim 1, characterized in that, said control device has a PLC control box and a touch display screen.
