the granted patent numbers are: the invention discloses CN 108302355B, entitled Notification date 2020.07.17, "a lighting device with LED lamp for tunnel construction", and relates to a lighting device, in particular to a lighting device with LED lamp for tunnel construction. The invention aims to provide a lighting device with an LED lamp for tunnel construction, which can prolong the service life of the LED lamp. For another example: the granted patent numbers are: the invention discloses CN 107990169B, entitled announcement date 2020.06.12 'a tunnel construction lighting device', relates to a lighting device, and particularly relates to a tunnel construction lighting device. The invention aims to provide tunnel construction lighting equipment which is convenient to move, can perform multi-angle lighting and can perform lighting while moving. In order to solve the above technical problems, the present invention provides a lighting apparatus for tunnel construction, comprising a moving plate, etc.; the left side of the top of the movable plate is connected with a driving mechanism, the top of the movable plate is connected with an illuminating mechanism, and the illuminating mechanism is located on the right side of the driving mechanism. The invention designs a tunnel construction lighting device, which can perform multi-angle lighting during tunnel construction, can perform lighting while moving, and improves the definition of tunnel construction.
However, the above prior art solutions have the following drawbacks:
1. the prior art scheme only provides one lighting device, does not provide corresponding lighting requirements according to the characteristics of tunnel construction, and cannot adjust the lighting device according to the requirements;
2. the prior art scheme can only realize the function of illumination, can not carry out dust removal operation on the construction environment, and can not provide a more comfortable working environment for workers;
3. in the tunnel construction process, broken stones or large-particle soil blocks usually fall off, so that the construction work is influenced, and the personal safety of workers is threatened, and the problem is not well treated by the prior art scheme.
Therefore, we propose a lighting apparatus for tunnel construction in order to solve the problems set forth above.

Referring to fig. 4, a mounting rod 20 is disposed above a main body 1, the mounting rod 20 has an arc structure, and an illumination lamp 21 is mounted on the mounting rod 20 having the arc structure, so that the overall shape of the illumination lamp 21 is arc and corresponds to the top surface of a tunnel, when illumination is performed, a corresponding storage battery and a corresponding electric wire are used to energize a conductive rail 2001, and the illumination lamp 21 forms a passage with the conductive rail 2001 through a conductive block 2101, so that the illumination lamp 21 can shine;
when the illumination angle of the illumination lamp 21 needs to be adjusted, referring to fig. 5-7, since the conductive rail 2001 is in a semi-annular structure, the illumination lamp 21 is in a sliding structure on the conductive rail 2001 through the conductive block 2101, and the sliding friction force between the conductive block 2101 and the conductive rail 2001 is large, so that the adjusted conductive block 2101 cannot slide freely, the position of the illumination lamp 21 can be adjusted by sliding the illumination lamp 21, so as to adjust the illumination direction of the illumination lamp 21, after the adjustment is finished, since the reflective assembly 22 is arranged on the outer surface of the mounting rod 20, wherein the connecting column 2202 on the reflective assembly 22 mainly consists of a built-in iron wire and an outer rubber skin, the angle of the reflector 2201 can be adjusted by snapping the connecting column 2202, so that the reflector 2201 can reflect light rays at a specified angle to the illumination lamp 21, and enhance the illumination intensity at a specified orientation, the irradiation direction can be adjusted to a certain extent;
in the construction process, if the irradiation height of the lamp 21 needs to be adjusted, referring to fig. 3, the servo motor 16 installed inside the protection box 17 is started, so that the servo motor 16 drives the rear driving rod 10 to rotate, and the front driving rod 10 will rotate in the same direction by the combined action of the supporting rod 1001 and the belt 15, since the driving rod 10 is connected with the first connecting sleeve 11 by screw threads, when the driving rod 10 rotates, the first connecting sleeve 11 can be driven to move up and down, further drive the first supporting plate 8 up and down, so that the first supporting plate 8 drives the main body 1 and the illuminating lamp 21 above the main body 1 to move up and down together, thereby achieving the effect of adjusting the illuminating height of the illuminating lamp 21, while the first bearing plate 8 is adjusted up and down, the vertical rod 1002 can play a role in preventing inclination and help the first bearing plate 8 to move up and down;
because the dust in the tunnel construction site is large, when the dust needs to be removed, referring to fig. 8, the exhaust fan 103 is started, so that the exhaust fan 103 performs negative pressure on the inside of the main body 1 through the connecting pipe 102, so that the dust removing cavity 2 at the left end of the main body 1 has a certain adsorption effect, air and dust can enter the inside of the dust removing cavity 2 and finally enter the inside of the main body 1 through the connecting hole 501 on the vertical plate 5, the dust in the inside of the main body 1 can be reduced to fly out of the main body 1 again due to the effect of the connecting hole 501, the dust is finally gathered in the inside of the main body 1, the dust in the inside of the main body 1 can be cleaned by opening the sealing door 7, and thus the effect of removing dust from air is achieved, after the dust is used for a period of time, because the right end of the dust removing cavity 2 is connected with the main body 1 through the first limiting block 3 and the mounting bolt 4, the dust removing cavity 2 is more convenient to be detached, meanwhile, the vertical plate 5 is connected with the dust removing cavity 2 through a second limiting block 6 with an elastic structure, so that the vertical plate 5 is convenient to disassemble and clean;
in addition, a shielding cloth 26 is arranged on the outer side of the mounting rod 20, when the working site is a site where broken stones or large-particle soil blocks easily fall, the shielding cloth 26 needs to be built, specifically referring to fig. 1, when the shielding cloth 26 is built, 2 groups of main bodies 1 are symmetrically placed, a cross rod 27 is installed on the mounting rod 20 through threads, then 2 groups of cross rods 27 are connected together through a threaded sleeve 28, the distance between the 2 groups of main bodies 1 is adjusted according to the width of the tunnel, the distance between the 2 groups of mounting rods 20 is adjusted through rotating the threaded sleeve 28, after the adjustment is completed, the shielding cloth 26 with an elastic structure is covered on the outer side of the mounting rod 20, a mounting ring 25 on the shielding cloth 26 is connected with a fixing ring 24 on the transverse plate 23 in a clamping manner, the fixing of the shielding cloth 26 is realized, the state shown in fig. 1 is presented, and the shielding cloth 26 can play a certain shielding and enclosing role, the broken stones or large-particle soil blocks on the tunnel wall are prevented from directly falling on the body of workers, and the potential safety hazards are reduced.
The standard parts used in the invention can be purchased from the market, the special-shaped parts can be customized according to the description of the specification and the accompanying drawings, the specific connection mode of each part adopts conventional means such as bolts, rivets, welding and the like mature in the prior art, the machinery, parts and equipment adopt conventional models in the prior art, and the circuit connection adopts the conventional connection mode in the prior art, and the details are not described, and the content not described in detail in the specification belongs to the prior art known by persons skilled in the art.
