5. The intelligent cloud platform monitoring pipe network leakage system of claim 4, wherein the sensor unit (101) comprises a pressure sensor (1011), a flow sensor (1012), and a GPS positioning device (1013), wherein,
the pressure sensor (1011) is used for monitoring pressure information of an oil and gas pipeline;
the flow sensor (1012) is used for monitoring flow information in an oil and gas pipeline;
and the GPS positioning device (1013) is used for sending positioning information of the oil and gas pipeline.
6. The system for monitoring the leakage of the pipe network by the intelligent cloud platform according to claim 1, wherein the mobile communication terminal (3) comprises a second communication module (301), a display module (302) and an information feedback module (303),
the second communication module (301) is used for realizing information transmission between the monitoring cloud platform (2) and the mobile communication terminal (3);
the display module (302) is used for displaying the received information instruction, and the display module (302) is electrically connected with the second communication module (301);
the information feedback module (303) is used for the maintenance personnel to feed back the maintenance information, and the information feedback module (303) is electrically connected with the second communication module (301).
7. The intelligent cloud platform monitoring pipe network leakage system of claim 6, wherein the display module (302) is further configured to display maintenance information of the maintenance input.
8. The intelligent cloud platform monitoring pipe network leakage system according to claim 2, wherein the emergency processing unit (8) comprises a third communication module (801), a pipe cutting unit (802), and a preprocessing unit (803), wherein,
the third communication module (801) is used for realizing information transmission between the monitoring cloud platform (2) and the emergency processing unit (8);
the pipeline cutting unit (802) is used for temporarily cutting off and closing the leakage pipeline, and the pipeline cutting unit (802) is electrically connected with the third communication module (801);
the pretreatment unit (803) is used for temporarily protecting the leakage position of the oil and gas pipeline, and the pretreatment unit (803) is electrically connected with the third communication module (801).
9. The intelligent cloud platform monitoring pipe network leakage system of claim 8, wherein the pipe cut-off unit (802) comprises a control valve switch module (8021) and a pipe control valve (8022), wherein,
the control valve switching module (8021) is used for controlling the opening or closing of a control valve on a leaked oil and gas pipeline;
the pipeline control valve (8022) is used for cutting off circulation of oil gas in the leaked oil gas pipeline, and the pipeline control valve (8022) is electrically connected with the control valve switch module (8021).
10. The intelligent cloud platform monitoring pipe network leakage system of claim 8, wherein the preprocessing unit (803) comprises an injector switch module (8031) and a pipe injector (8032), wherein,
the injector switch module (8031) is used for controlling the opening or closing of an injector at a leakage;
the pipeline ejector (8032) is used for ejecting the liquid for fire protection to the leakage, and the pipeline ejector (8032) is electrically connected with the ejector switch module (8031).
