The invention provides an automatic water discharging control device, an automatic water discharging control method and an air storage tank of an air compressor, wherein the device comprises: a power supply switch; the power supply controller is connected with the alternating current power supply through the power supply switch and is used for controlling the conduction and the disconnection of the alternating current power supply in a staged manner when the power supply switch is closed; the voltage converter is connected with the power supply controller and used for converting the voltage of the alternating current power supply to obtain a special voltage; and the time delay relay and the voltage converter are used for receiving the special voltage and delaying the opening or closing of the electromagnetic valve, wherein the electromagnetic valve is arranged on the water pipeline. The device utilizes electrical source controller for voltage converter and the periodic outage of time delay relay and power supply for the periodic opening of time delay relay control solenoid valve and closing, thereby regularly discharge in the water pipe, prevent effectively that ponding from freezing stifled pipe in the pipeline.

As shown in fig. 1, the automatic water discharge control apparatus 100 includes a power supply switch 10, a power supply controller 20, a voltage converter 30, a time delay relay 40, and a solenoid valve 50.
The power supply controller 20 is connected to the ac power supply through the power supply switch 10, and is configured to control the ac power supply to be turned on and off in a stepwise manner when the power supply switch 10 is closed. The power controller 20 stores therein a program for controlling the power controller 20 to work in stages, and the program stored in the power controller 20 may be, for example, a small program for controlling 16 periods of time.
The voltage converter 30 is connected to the power controller 20, and is configured to convert a voltage of the ac power source to obtain a dedicated voltage. The dedicated voltage is a driving voltage at both ends of the solenoid valve 50. Illustratively, when the driving voltage across the solenoid valve 50 is 24V and the dedicated voltage is 24V, the voltage converter 30 converts the voltage provided by the ac power source into a 24V dc voltage.
The time delay relay 40 is connected with the power controller 20 and used for periodically opening or closing the electromagnetic valve 50, wherein the electromagnetic valve 50 is arranged on a water pipeline, the output end of the voltage converter is connected with one end of the electromagnetic valve, and the output end of the time delay relay is connected with the other end of the electromagnetic valve.
Fig. 2 shows a schematic circuit diagram of an automatic water discharge control device according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 2, in the schematic circuit diagram of the automatic water drain control device, a zero line of an ac power supply is connected to a first end of an input terminal of a power supply switch 10, a live line of the ac power supply is connected to a second end of an input terminal of the power supply switch 10, a first end of an output terminal of the power supply switch 10 is connected to a first end of an input terminal of a power controller 20, a second end of an output terminal of the power controller 10 is connected to a second end of an input terminal of the power controller 20, a first end of an output terminal of the power controller 20 is connected to a first end of an input terminal of a voltage converter 30, a second end of an input terminal of the power controller 20 is connected to a second end of an input terminal of the voltage converter 30, a high voltage of an output terminal of the voltage converter 30 is connected to a 12 pin of a delay relay 40, a 14 pin of the delay relay 40 is connected to an input terminal of an electromagnetic valve 50, an output terminal of the electromagnetic valve 50 is connected to a low voltage of an output terminal of the voltage converter 30, a zero line of the first terminal of the voltage converter 30 is connected to a 13 pin of the delay relay 40, the live wire of the first end of the voltage converter 30 is connected to the 14 pins of the delay relay 40, wherein the first end is communicated with the zero line of the ac power supply, and the second end is communicated with the live wire of the ac power supply.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the power controller 20 is preferably a CHNT KG316T power controller, the time delay relay 40 is preferably a TIMER H3Y-2 time delay relay, and the voltage converter 30 is preferably a B-200-24 bright-weft voltage converter.
The electromagnetic valve 50 is arranged on a pipeline connected with a water outlet of an air compressor air storage tank 200, when the air temperature is low in winter, the power supply switch 10 is closed, the automatic water drainage control device 100 is powered on, the power supply controller 20 controls the on and off of an alternating current power supply in a staged mode, so that the voltage converter 30 and the delay relay 40 are powered off and powered on periodically, the delay relay 40 controls the electromagnetic valve 50 to be opened and closed periodically, and therefore the water in the water pipe is removed periodically, and the pipe is prevented from being frozen and blocked in the pipeline.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the automatic drain control device 100 may also be provided on a tap water pipe to prevent freezing in the water pipe from clogging the pipe.
According to the automatic water discharging control device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the power controller 20 is used for periodically powering off and supplying power to the voltage converter 30 and the delay relay 40, when the voltage converter 30 and the delay relay 40 are powered on, the electromagnetic valve 50 is delayed to be closed, when the voltage converter 30 and the delay relay 40 are powered off, the electromagnetic valve 50 is delayed to be opened, and when the power controller 20 is under the action of the relay 40, the electromagnetic valve 50 is controlled to be periodically opened and closed to periodically discharge water in the water pipe, so that the phenomenon that accumulated water is frozen in the pipeline and blocks the pipe is effectively prevented.
The invention provides an automatic water discharging control method, which comprises the following steps: connecting an alternating current power supply, and controlling the connection and disconnection of the alternating current power supply in stages; the voltage of the ac power is converted to obtain a dedicated voltage, and the solenoid valve 50 is periodically opened or closed.

and the time delay relay is connected with the power supply controller and used for periodically opening or closing the electromagnetic valve, wherein the electromagnetic valve is arranged on a water pipe, the output end of the voltage converter is connected with one end of the electromagnetic valve, and the output end of the time delay relay is connected with the other end of the electromagnetic valve.
