s4: meanwhile, when the supporting block 16 slides in the limiting groove 24, the arc-shaped block 28 and the sliding block 30 are driven to slide in the sliding groove 20, and are limited and fixed through the elastic deformation of the spring 29 and the arc-shaped groove 25, so that the arc-shaped block 28 is clamped in the arc-shaped groove 25, and the supporting block 16 is limited and fixed;
s5: further, the rocker 2 is shaken, so that the rocker 2 drives the rotating shaft 15 to rotate, and the threaded rod I4 is driven to rotate through the meshing transmission of the gear 14 and the helical blade 12;

The pipeline supporting device for water conservancy construction according to claim 1, wherein the lifting mechanism comprises a rocker (2), two threaded rods I (4) and two supporting plates (13), the rocker (2) is arranged on the outer wall of one side of the supporting seat (1), the outer wall of one side of the rocker (2) is provided with a rotating shaft (15), the rotating shaft (15) penetrates through the supporting seat (1), and the outer wall of one side of the rotating shaft (15) is provided with two spiral blades (12).
