Wherein, the side row 9 further comprises: the middle of one side of the side row 9 is integrally provided with a cross-shaped strip 901, the cross-shaped strip 901 is in sliding connection with the cross-shaped groove 303, and the cross-shaped strip 901 is in threaded connection with the single-end lead screw 304; a guide rod 902 is fixedly arranged on one side of the side row 9, and the guide rod 902 is connected with the rotary seat 302 in a sliding manner; the flange frame 903 is fixedly arranged at the top of the outer side of the side row 9, and the outer end of the corrugated pipe 4 is fixedly arranged at the inner side of the flange frame 903.
Referring to fig. 7, the side rows 9 are arranged to cooperate with the rotary bases 302 to form a sliding structure, so that the overall length of the connecting device can be adjusted subsequently.
Wherein, bottom side frame 6 still includes: a worm 601, wherein the bottom of the bottom side frame 6 is eccentrically and rotatably provided with the worm 601; a central shaft 7 is rotatably arranged in the middle of the bottom of the main pipe fitting 1, and a worm wheel is arranged on the outer side of the bottom of the central shaft 7 and is in transmission connection with the worm 601; driven shafts 8 are rotatably arranged on the front side and the rear side of the bottom of the main pipe fitting 1, the driven shafts 8 are in gear transmission connection with the central shaft 7, and the driven shafts 8 rotate for five circles when the central shaft 7 rotates for one circle; the driven shaft 8 is in bevel gear transmission connection with the single-end lead screw 304.
Referring to fig. 8, a high-power transmission structure capable of self-locking is formed by using a worm 601, a central shaft 7 and a driven shaft 8, and the single-end lead screw 304 can be rapidly rotated to move the position of the side row 9.
The working principle is as follows: when the corrugated pipe is used, the main pipe fitting 1 is pre-buried or hung at a set point for installation, the outer end of the corrugated pipe 4 is further matched with the flange frame 903 to be connected with a sewage pipe, and then the check valve at the top of the main pipe fitting 1 is connected with a branch pipeline to form a node, so that the presetting is completed.
During installation, under the condition that two groups of pipeline interfaces are dislocated, the inner hexagonal wrench is used for rotating the rotating sleeve rod 501, the rotating sleeve rod 501 and the threaded cylinder 503 are expanded through threaded transmission, the angle adjusting device 5, the assembling shell 3 and the rotary seat 302 form a triangular structure, the angle adjusting device can adjust the angle of the assembling shell 3 and the rotary seat 302 by using a single-side angle adjusting principle, and the two groups of angle adjusting devices 5 can respectively adjust to realize the function of assembling dislocated pipelines with different angles; the device body can be installed in a manner of inclining under the condition that the left-right deviation does not exceed 45 degrees, so that the device body can be matched with the staggered pipe fittings.
When the distance between the two groups of pipeline interfaces is wide or narrow, the worm 601 is rotated, the worm 601 drives the central shaft 7 to rotate through a worm gear and a worm, the central shaft 7 drives the driven shaft 8 to rotate through five times of gear transmission, the driven shaft 8 drives the single-end lead screw 304 to rotate through a bevel gear, the single-end lead screw 304 tensions the cross-shaped strip 901 to retract or extend through thread transmission, the length of the corrugated pipe 4 is adjusted and changed, and adaptive installation is achieved.

Claims (6)

1. A delivery pipe connecting device with an adjusting function for sewage treatment is characterized by comprising:
the main body of the main pipe fitting is of a square structure, a central channel penetrates through the middle of the main pipe fitting and is arranged on the front side and the rear side of the main pipe fitting, a fixing plate is fixedly arranged at the front end of the top of the inner side of the central channel, and the main body of the fixing plate is a semicircular partition plate; the middle of the top of the main pipe fitting is connected with a one-way valve;
the assembling shells are arranged in two groups, the two groups of assembling shells are fixedly arranged at the front end and the rear end of the main pipe fitting through bolts, and rubber pads are clamped between the joint surfaces of the main pipe fitting and the assembling shells; the assembly shell further comprises:
the clamp groove is integrally formed in the outer side of the middle of the assembling shell, the clamp groove is formed in the outer portion of each cylinder structure, and the inner side of each cylinder structure is provided with a conical surface structure which is reduced from inside to outside; the corrugated pipe is sleeved outside the cylindrical structure and fixedly connected with the cylindrical structure in a sealing manner through a clamp;
the outer side of the bottom of the assembly shell is rotatably provided with a rotary seat through hinge connection, and the middle of the outer side of the rotary seat is provided with a cross-shaped groove;
the single-ended lead screw is rotatably arranged in the middle of the inner side of the rotary seat through a bearing;
a side row is arranged outside the cross-shaped groove in a sliding manner; the assembly shell and one side of the rotary seat are rotatably provided with angle adjusting devices through hinge connection, the number of the angle adjusting devices is two, and the two groups of the angle adjusting devices are arranged in a central symmetry manner;
the angle adjusting device also comprises:
one end of the rotating sleeve rod is arranged to be of an inner hexagonal groove structure, and the other end of the rotating sleeve rod is arranged to be of a hollow structure and fixedly provided with a screw rod; the outer part of one third of the rotating sleeve rod close to the end of the screw rod is rotatably provided with an assembling shaft bracket, and the assembling shaft bracket is rotatably arranged on one side of the assembling shell; the threaded cylinder is sleeved and in threaded connection with the rotating sleeve rod; the bottom end of the threaded cylinder is rotatably arranged on one side of the rotary seat through hinged connection;
the bottom side frames are arranged in two groups, and the two groups of bottom side frames are fixedly arranged on the left side and the right side of the bottom of the main pipe fitting.
2. A tuning tube attachment for sewage treatment as claimed in claim 1 wherein said main tube member further comprises:
the right side of the main pipe fitting is rotatably provided with a side control shaft through a waterproof bearing, and the outer end of the side control shaft is fixedly provided with a driven gear;
the valve shaft is rotatably arranged in the middle of the bottom of the fixing plate, and the semicircular valve plate is attached to the front side of the fixing plate; the side control shaft is in transmission connection with the valve shaft through a bevel gear;
the waterproof shell is fixedly arranged on the front side of the fixing plate.

The conveying pipe connecting device with the adjusting function for sewage treatment as claimed in claim 2, wherein an electric cylinder is fixedly arranged at the rear end of the right side of the main pipe fitting, and a transmission rack is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the telescopic end of the electric cylinder; the transmission rack is meshed with the driven gear, and the transmission rack can drive the driven gear to rotate by 0-360 degrees.
4. The pipe connecting apparatus for sewage treatment with adjusting function according to claim 1, wherein said bottom side frame further comprises:
the worm is eccentrically and rotatably arranged at the bottom of the bottom side frame; the middle of the bottom of the main pipe fitting is rotatably provided with a central shaft, and the outer side of the bottom of the central shaft is provided with a worm wheel in transmission connection with a worm.

The conveying pipe connecting device with the adjusting function for sewage treatment as claimed in claim 4, wherein driven shafts are rotatably arranged at the front side and the rear side of the bottom of the main pipe fitting, the driven shafts are in gear transmission connection with the central shaft, and the driven shafts rotate for five circles when the central shaft rotates for one circle; the driven shaft is in transmission connection with the single-end lead screw through a bevel gear.
6. A regulatory delivery tube connection for sewage treatment as in claim 1 wherein the side rows further comprise:
the middle of one side of the side row is integrally provided with a cross-shaped strip, the cross-shaped strip is connected with the cross-shaped groove in a sliding manner, and the cross-shaped strip is in threaded connection with the single-end lead screw;
one side of the side row is fixedly provided with a guide rod which is connected with the rotary seat in a sliding way;
the flange frame is fixedly arranged at the top of the outer side of the side row, and the outer end of the corrugated pipe is fixedly arranged on the inner side of the flange frame.
