Abstract
The invention relates to a brake caliper decorative cover mounting structure, which comprises a brake caliper decorative cover and a buffer rubber ring arranged in a brake caliper decorative cover mounting hole, and is characterized in that: the brake caliper decorative cover is matched with the buffer rubber ring through a special bolt and is connected to the brake caliper in a positioning mode; the special bolt is provided with a bolt head, a matching section, a turning machine machining section and a threaded section; the matching section is matched with the inner circle of the buffer rubber ring, and the thread section is connected with the brake caliper in a matching mode. The invention can prevent the buffer rubber pad from being invalid or forming false torque force due to the transitional compression deformation of the buffer rubber pad in the process of tightening the bolt by adopting the fixed torque force value, and avoid the risk of falling off of the clamp decorative cover in the driving process of the vehicle.

Technical Field

Background

(5) because the caliper decorative cover is assembled on the caliper and directly excited and vibrated by the road surface, the common bolt is not coated with anti-loosening glue, and the caliper decorative cover has the risk of falling off in the use process;
(6) the vehicle owner may occasionally detach the caliper decoration, but the vehicle-mounted tool box is not provided with a common detaching tool, so that the vehicle owner cannot detach the caliper decoration conveniently and quickly.
Therefore, it is necessary to develop a special bolt suitable for mounting a brake caliper decorative cover, and to improve a brake caliper decorative cover mounting structure.

Furthermore, the matching section is cylindrical, the diameter of the matching section is phi 8mm, and the length of the matching section is 4 mm.
Furthermore, the machining section of the turning machine is cylindrical, the diameter of the machining section is phi 4.75mm, and the length of the machining section is 2 mm.
Further, the length of the thread section is 8mm, and the thread specification is M6 multiplied by 1; the middle part of the thread section is coated with thread anti-loosening glue, and the gluing length is more than 5 mm.

in addition, the special bolt has the advantages of simple structure, lower manufacturing cost and good economy, and can realize mass production and meet the requirement of mass assembly in a host factory and the requirement of a user for disassembling the caliper decorative cover by using a vehicle-mounted tool at any time.

Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the brake caliper decorative cover mounting structure includes a brake caliper decorative cover 2 and a cushion rubber ring 3 disposed in a brake caliper decorative cover mounting hole, and is characterized in that: the brake caliper decorative cover 2 is matched with the buffer rubber ring 3 through a special bolt 1 and is connected to the brake caliper 4 in a positioning mode; the special bolt 1 is provided with a bolt head 11, a matching section 12, a turning machine machining section 13 and a threaded section 14; the matching section 12 is matched with the inner circle of the buffer rubber ring 3, and the thread section 14 is matched and connected with the brake caliper 4.
The bolt head 11 is cylindrical, the diameter of the bolt head is phi 14mm, and the length of the bolt head is 5.5 mm; the central part of the upper surface of the bolt head is overlapped with an inner hexagonal groove 15 and a straight-line-shaped groove 16, and the depths of the inner hexagonal groove 15 and the straight-line-shaped groove 16 are both 3 mm. The special bolt can be screwed or dismounted by an inner hexagonal wrench, and can also be screwed or dismounted by a straight-line-shaped wrench so as to be convenient to screw or dismount.
The fitting section 12 is cylindrical, and has a diameter of 8mm and a length of 4 mm. The matching section is a special bolt and brake caliper decorative cover assembling contact section, and the diameter and the length can be adjusted according to the size of a design mounting hole of the brake caliper decorative cover.
The lathe machining section 13 is cylindrical, and has a diameter of phi 4.75mm and a length of 2 mm. Because the common bolt can not roll threads at the joint of the thread root and the bolt head, namely the bolt root has no threads, the bolt can not be screwed to the end of the bolt head in the screwing process, and the special bolt is provided with the added section of the turning machine, so that the special bolt can be smoothly screwed to the end surface of the bolt head in the screwing process.
The length of the thread section 14 is 8mm, and the thread specification is M6 multiplied by 1; the middle part of the thread section is coated with thread anti-loosening glue, and the gluing length is more than 5 mm. So as to avoid the brake caliper from falling off after the decorative cover is assembled.
The special bolt 1 is made of carbon structural steel and is marked as SWRCH 35K. The special bolt is made of SWRCH35K, and can meet the requirements of CA-SWRCH 35K-I in Q/JD J-GY116-2019 carbon cold heading rigid hot rolling discs. The special bolt blank is formed by wire drawing and cold heading. The bolt head is directly subjected to cold heading to be cylindrical with the diameter phi of 14mm and the length of 5.5mm, and meanwhile, an inner hexagonal groove and a straight groove on the bolt head are also directly formed in the cold heading process.
