The installation method of the floor drain is similar to the existing installation method, the first water storage bowl 1 is installed and fixed firstly, the lower water bottom opening 12 of the first water storage bowl 1 is communicated with a sewer, then the filter screen II 11 is directly placed at the bottom of the first water storage bowl 1, the lower water bottom opening 12 is covered, and finally the cover plate 2, the second water storage bowl 9, the filter screen I7, the conical pipe 8, the straight rod 6 and the water seal buckle clock 5 are directly placed on the first water storage bowl 1 according to the layout in an integrated structure.
The drainage process of the floor drain is as follows: because the lateral wall of second water storage bowl 9 matches sealedly with the inside wall of first water storage bowl 1, consequently, the water that contains impurity (for waste residue such as hair) gets into first water storage bowl 1 back through hole 3 that leaks, the water clearance that crosses between clock 5 and the first water storage bowl 1 through the water seal gets into second water storage bowl 9, most impurity is reserved in waste residue storage area 10 under self action of gravity, little part impurity gets into conical tube 8 through the gap between clock 5 and the conical tube 8 along with rivers through the water seal, under the filtering action of filter screen I7, this part impurity is reserved in conical tube 8, and can not get into the sewer through lower water bottom outlet 12.
When the floor drain disclosed by the invention has a poor water passing effect, the cover plate 2 can be taken down from the first water storage bowl 1, the structures such as the second water storage bowl 9, the filter screen I7, the conical pipe 8, the straight rod 6 and the water seal bell 5 are taken out from the first water storage bowl 1 along with the cover plate 2, then waste residues are taken out together, the taken-out integrated structure is inverted and shaken repeatedly, and the waste residues such as hair and the like of the second water storage bowl 9 can be easily removed by washing with water.
In an alternative embodiment of the invention, a carrying bead chain 4 is attached to the cover 2.
In the prior art, in the process of taking off the cover plate 2 from the water storage bowl, no better force application point exists, so that the portable bead chain 4 is arranged in the embodiment, and the cover plate 2 can be conveniently lifted up through the portable bead chain 4.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the first water storage bowl 1 and the second water storage bowl 9 are both of funnel structures with tapered sides.
The water storage bowl with the structure has a simple structure, and the sealing between the two water storage bowls is easier to realize.
In an alternative embodiment of the invention, the outer wall of the second water storage bowl 9 is wrapped with a rubber layer.
In an optional embodiment of the invention, the vertical distance between the bowl edge of the second water storage bowl 9 and the cover plate 2, the minimum distance between the edge of the water seal bell 5 and the second water storage bowl 9, the minimum distance between the water seal bell 5 and the tapered pipe 8, and the minimum distance between the straight rod 6 and the tapered pipe 8 are all greater than 0.5cm, so as to ensure a sufficiently large water passing gap and prevent blockage.
In an alternative embodiment of the invention, the straight rod 6 is detachably connected with a hair winding frame positioned at the top opening of the conical tube 8.
In this embodiment, the hair winding frame can wind a long soft material, so that excessive impurities are prevented from being accumulated in the tapered tube 8, and the possibility of the tapered tube 8 being clogged is reduced.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the straight rod 6 is fixed with a support platform 13, and the hair winding frame comprises a sleeve 14 slidably sleeved on the straight rod 6 and supported on the support platform 13, and a plurality of hair winding rods 15 uniformly connected to the outer wall of the sleeve 14.
