Abstract
A preparation method of a filling rope for a small-size cable comprises the following steps: 20-25% of foamed asbestos, 65-75% of calcium carbonate, 8% of penetrating agent, 1% of magnesium hydroxide and 0.5% of aluminum hydroxide are put into a mixing stirrer, the rotating speed of the mixing stirrer is set to be 800 revolutions per minute, and stirring is carried out for 12 hours to obtain a stirring mixture; placing the stirred mixture in a storage tank, and standing for 8 hours; putting the mixed material obtained in the step 2) into a mixing stirrer, wherein the rotating speed of the mixing stirrer is set to 800 revolutions per minute, and stirring is carried out for 12 hours; putting the stirring mixture obtained in the step 3) into a trough of a coating machine, and coating the stirring mixture on a canvas conveying belt of the coating machine to form a cloth-shaped belt with the thickness of 0.08 mm; cutting the cloth-shaped belt obtained in the step 4) into a plurality of strip-shaped cloth-shaped belts; respectively contracting the plurality of cloth-shaped belts obtained in the step 5) into rope-shaped belts and rolling; and drying; dividing the rope-shaped belts in the step 6) into 2 belts as a group, and stirring the belts into filling ropes with the diameter of 2mm by using a rope stirring device.

Technical Field

2) placing the stirred mixture in a storage tank, and standing for 8 hours;

5) cutting the cloth-shaped belt obtained in the step 4) into a plurality of strip-shaped cloth-shaped belts;
6) respectively contracting the plurality of cloth-shaped belts obtained in the step 5) into rope-shaped belts and rolling; and drying;
7) dividing the rope-shaped belts in the step 6) into 2 belts as a group, and stirring the belts into filling ropes with the diameter of 2mm by using a rope stirring device.
Preferably, the penetrant is one or more of sulfated castor oil, sodium alkyl sulfonate, sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate, sodium alkyl sulfate, secondary sodium alkyl sulfonate and sodium secondary alkyl sulfate.
Preferably, the asbestos foam is present in an optimal amount of 22.5%.
Preferably, the optimum content of calcium carbonate is 68%.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the foamed asbestos, the magnesium hydroxide and the aluminum hydroxide are used as raw materials, and have strong flame retardance, so that the prepared cable also has strong flame retardance; the raw materials are mixed and coated on a canvas conveying belt of a coating machine to form a cloth-shaped belt with the thickness of 0.08mm, and then 2 cloth-shaped belts are stirred into a filling rope with the thickness of only 0.16mm, the cross section is small, and the coating machine is suitable for the filling rope with the cross section of 0.75mm2Or less than 0.75mm2The cable solves the technical problem that the filling rope is too large to cause cable expansion.

The penetrant is one or more of sulfated castor oil, sodium alkylsulfonate, sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate, sodium alkyl sulfate, secondary alkyl sodium sulfonate, and secondary alkyl sodium sulfate.
Example two
Calcium carbonate is volatile, and can volatilize due to unstable performance when being mixed with other raw materials, so that the quality of cabling is influenced; the foamed asbestos has flame retardance, and the content ratio of the foamed asbestos and calcium carbonate has influence on the quality and the flame retardance of the cable; when the raw materials are mixed, the proportion of the components has influence on whether the performance of the formed mixture is stable and the flame retardant performance;

From the above table, under the condition that the component ratios of 8% of penetrating agent, 1% of magnesium hydroxide and 0.5% of aluminum hydroxide are the same, the more the optimal content of the foamed asbestos is close to 22.5%, the higher the stability of the mixture is, the more the optimal content of the calcium carbonate is close to 68%, and the higher the flame retardant property of the mixture is; wherein, the optimal content of the foamed asbestos is 22.5 percent, the optimal content of the calcium carbonate is 68 percent, the stability coefficient of the mixture is the highest, and the flame retardant property of the produced cable is better.

7) dividing the rope-shaped belts in the step 6) into 2 belts as a group, and stirring the belts into filling ropes with the diameter of 2mm by using a rope stirring device.

The method for preparing the filling rope for the small-sized cable according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the penetrant is one or more of sulfated castor oil, sodium alkyl sulfonate, sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate, sodium alkyl sulfate, secondary sodium alkyl sulfonate and secondary sodium alkyl sulfate.
3. The method for preparing the filling rope for the small-sized cable according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the optimal content of the foamed asbestos is 22.5 percent.
