Description

Water inlet control method of washing device and washing device
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of household electrical appliances, in particular to a water inlet control method of a washing device and the washing device.
Background
Various types of washing apparatuses are used, and functions of washing machines, such as washing machines, are being updated. Depending on the needs of the customer, the customer will tend to wash the large and small items of clothing separately, and a common solution to this is to wash the small items of clothing by hand, or to wash the large and small items of clothing separately using a dual-drum washing machine, or to wash them separately using two washing machines. Therefore, not only can waste time and space, but also increase the water and electricity consumption and increase unnecessary cost.
At present, some manufacturers also propose a washing machine with a door washing function, but since small clothes have a smaller volume than large clothes, a smaller amount of water is required for washing the small clothes. Therefore, the water inlet amount of the door body washing cavity of the door body washing mechanism needs to be controlled independently, but the existing washing machine with the door body washing function does not have the function of controlling the water inlet amount of the door body washing cavity.
Therefore, the problem that the water inflow of the door body washing cavity cannot be controlled exists in the prior art.

Detailed Description
It should be noted that, in the present application, the embodiments and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict. The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
It is to be noted that, unless otherwise indicated, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this application belongs.
In the present invention, unless specified to the contrary, use of the terms of orientation such as "upper, lower, top, bottom" or the like, generally refer to the orientation as shown in the drawings, or to the component itself in a vertical, perpendicular, or gravitational orientation; likewise, for ease of understanding and description, "inner and outer" refer to inner and outer relative to the profile of the components themselves, but the above directional terms are not intended to limit the invention.
In order to solve the problem that the water inflow of a door body washing cavity cannot be controlled in the prior art, the application provides a water inflow control method of a washing device and the washing device.
Optionally, the washing device is a washing machine or a washing and drying machine.
Optionally, the washing device is a drum washing machine.
Of course, the washing device in the present application may also be a dishwasher or other similar product for washing laundry.
The water inlet control method of the washing device comprises the following steps: water is simultaneously supplied to the door body washing cavity 21 and the outer barrel washing cavity 12 through the first water injection pipeline 33; when the water level detection structure detects that the water level in the outer barrel washing cavity 12 reaches a first preset water level, the first water injection pipeline 33 is closed and water supply to the door body washing cavity 21 is stopped; the water supply to the tub washing chamber 12 is continued through the second water filling line 34.
By using the water inlet control method of the washing device in the present application, since the water supply to the door washing chamber 21 is stopped when the water level in the outer tub washing chamber 12 reaches the first preset water level. And, thereafter, supplies water only to the outer drum washing chamber 12. Therefore, the water level detection device does not need to be arranged in the door washing cavity 21, and the water inlet amount of the door washing cavity 21 is judged by calculating the water inlet amount of the outer cylinder washing cavity 12. Therefore, the water inlet control method of the washing device effectively solves the problem that the water inlet amount of the door body washing cavity cannot be controlled in the prior art. Moreover, the water level detection cost of the washing device can be effectively reduced by using the water inlet control method of the washing device.
Specifically, the water inlet control method of the washing device further comprises the following steps: in the process of continuously supplying water to the outer tub washing chamber 12 through the second water injection pipeline 34, the water level in the outer tub washing chamber 12 is continuously detected through the water level detection structure, and when the water level detection structure detects that the water level in the outer tub washing chamber 12 reaches the second preset water level, the second water injection pipeline 34 is closed and the water supply to the outer tub washing chamber 12 is stopped. That is, when the water level in the tub washing chamber 12 reaches the second preset water level, other washing steps, such as adding detergent or starting the washing device for washing, are performed.
In another embodiment of the present application, the method for controlling water inflow of a washing apparatus further includes: in the process of continuously supplying water to the tub washing chamber 12 through the second water injection line 34, when the water injection time reaches the preset time, the second water injection line 34 is closed and the water supply to the tub washing chamber 12 is stopped. That is, the water level of the tub washing chamber 12 may also be determined by the water filling time of the tub washing chamber 12 in the present application. At this time, the control of the water inflow to the tub washing chamber 12 in the water inflow control method of the washing apparatus is not determined according to whether the water level in the tub washing chamber 12 reaches the second preset water level, but is determined according to the water filling time after the water level in the tub washing chamber 12 reaches the first preset water level.
Specifically, the water inlet control method of the washing device further comprises the following steps: when the water level detecting structure detects that the water level in the outer washing chamber 12 reaches the first preset water level, the water inlet amount of the outer washing chamber 12 is in a preset proportion with the water inlet amount of the door washing chamber 21. That is, the water inflow to the outer drum washing chamber 12 is sensed twice in this case. When the water inflow of the outer barrel washing cavity 12 is detected for the first time, the water inflow of the door body washing cavity 21 is obtained by calculating the detection result after the water inflow of the outer barrel washing cavity 12 is detected. And the second detection is to calculate only the water inflow of the tub washing compartment 12.
In one embodiment of the present application, the method for controlling water inflow of a washing apparatus further comprises: when the water level detecting structure detects that the water level in the outer tub washing chamber 12 reaches the first preset water level, the water inflow of the outer tub washing chamber 12 is equal to the water inflow of the door washing chamber 21. That is, in the present embodiment, when the water level in the tub washing compartment 12 reaches the first preset water level, the water inflow of the tub washing compartment 12 and the water inflow of the door washing compartment 21 are at a preset ratio, and the preset ratio is 1 to 1. In other words, when water is supplied to the door washing chamber 21 and the tub washing chamber 12 at the same time, the water supply amount per unit time is the same for the door washing chamber 21 and the tub washing chamber 12.
In another embodiment of the present application, the ratio of the preset ratio is a ratio of the volume of the door washing chamber 21 to two thirds of the volume of the tub washing chamber 12, that is, when the water level in the tub washing chamber 12 reaches the first preset water level, the water inflow in the tub washing chamber 12 is two thirds of the total volume of the tub washing chamber 12. That is, the water inlet amount in the door washing chamber 21 is the same as the volume of the door washing chamber 21.
As shown in fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present invention, when the washing apparatus is supplied with water, the second water inlet valve 36 is first closed and the first water inlet valve 35 is opened, and after the water level in the tub washing chamber 12 reaches a first preset water level, i.e., SW1 in fig. 1, the door washing chamber 21 reaches a preset water inlet amount, so that the first water inlet valve 35 needs to be closed and the second water inlet valve 36 needs to be opened, and after the water level in the tub washing chamber 12 reaches a second preset water level, i.e., SW2 in fig. 1, the water supply of the whole washing apparatus is completed.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the washing apparatus of the present application includes a whole machine 10, a door structure 20, a waterway structure 30, and a water level detection structure. The whole machine 10 is provided with an opening 11 and an outer barrel washing cavity 12 communicated with the opening 11; the door body structure 20 is arranged at the opening 11 in an opening and closing way to block or avoid the opening 11, and the door body structure 20 is provided with a door body washing cavity 21; the waterway structure 30 is provided with a door body communicating port 31 and an outer cylinder communicating port 32, the door body communicating port 31 is communicated with the door body washing cavity 21, and the outer cylinder communicating port 32 is communicated with the outer cylinder washing cavity 12; the water level detection structure is arranged in the outer barrel washing cavity 12 to detect the water level in the outer barrel washing cavity 12, when the water level in the outer barrel washing cavity 12 reaches a first preset water level, the door body communication port 31 is deactivated and does not inject water into the door body washing cavity 21 any more, and the outer barrel communication port 32 is kept communicated with the outer barrel washing cavity 12 and continues to inject water into the outer barrel washing cavity 12. That is to say, in this application, water is injected into the door body washing cavity 21 and the outer tub washing cavity 12 through the waterway structure 30 at the same time, and when the outer tub washing cavity 12 reaches the first preset water level, it can be obtained through preset calculation that the water level of the door body washing cavity 21 at this time has reached the set water level of the door body washing cavity 21. Therefore, after the outer tub washing chamber 12 reaches the first preset water level, water is not injected into the door washing chamber 21. Therefore, even if no water level detection device is arranged in the door body washing cavity 21, the water inflow in the door body washing cavity 21 can be monitored, and the production cost of the washing device is effectively saved.
In addition, the washing apparatus of the present application uses the above-described method for controlling water inflow of the washing apparatus.
In an embodiment of the present application, the outer tub communication port 32 includes a first communication port 321 and a second communication port 322 that are switchable, and when water is injected into the door body washing chamber 21, the first communication port 321 and the door body communication port 31 are simultaneously put into use, and the second communication port 322 is deactivated; after the water injection of the door washing chamber 21 is stopped, the first communication port 321 and the door communication port 31 are both deactivated, and the second communication port 322 is put into use to continue the water injection into the outer washing chamber 12.
Specifically, the waterway structure 30 includes a first water injection line 33 and a second water injection line 34 that are independent of each other, the first communication port 321 and the door communication port 31 are both provided at the end of the first water injection line 33, and the second communication port 322 is provided at the end of the second water injection line 34.
In a particular embodiment of the present application, the first and second water injection lines 33, 34 are operated separately, and the second water injection line 34 is deactivated when the first water injection line 33 is activated. While the first water filling line 33 is deactivated when the second water filling line 34 is activated.
Of course, the first and second water injection lines 33, 34 may also be activated simultaneously. However, it should be noted that the first communication port 321 and the second communication port 322 are simultaneously used, and therefore, the operation scheme is different from that of the above embodiment. When the operation scheme is used, when the water level of the outer tub washing chamber 12 reaches the first preset water level, the water inflow in the door washing chamber 21 does not reach the set water inflow yet. Therefore, if the first and second water injection lines 33 and 34 are used at the same time, or the first and second communication ports 321 and 322 are put into use at the same time, the value of the first preset water level needs to be increased in view of the conventional calculation scheme.
Specifically, the waterway structure 30 further includes a first inlet valve 35 and a second inlet valve 36, the first inlet valve 35 is disposed on the first filling line 33, and the second inlet valve 36 is disposed on the second filling line 34. By this arrangement, the opening and closing of the first and second filling lines 33 and 34 can be controlled by the first and second water inlet valves 35 and 36, respectively.
Preferably, the washing device further comprises a control structure, the control structure is in signal connection with the first water inlet valve 35, the second water inlet valve 36 and the water level detection structure respectively, when the water level detection structure detects that the water level in the outer barrel washing cavity 12 reaches a first preset water level, the water level detection structure sends a signal to the control structure, and the control structure controls the first water inlet valve 35 to be closed and controls the second water inlet valve 36 to be opened after receiving the signal.
Optionally, the waterway structure 30 further includes a spray nozzle 37, and the spray nozzle 37 is disposed at the first communication port 321.
In an embodiment of the present application, the door body communication port 31 and the first communication port 321 have the same water inflow amount per unit time.
Specifically, the water inflow of the second communication port 322 is greater than the water inflow of the first communication port 321 per unit time. By such an arrangement, it can be ensured that the tub washing chamber 12 can reach the second preset water level more quickly, thereby reducing the washing time.
From the above description, it can be seen that the above-described embodiments of the present invention achieve the following technical effects:
1. the problem that the water inlet quantity of a washing cavity of the door body cannot be controlled in the prior art is effectively solved;
2. the washing time of the user is saved;
3. the washing device has simple structure and stable performance.
