The rural domestic sewage treatment device of claim 1, wherein: first sewage purification mechanism is including dismantling rose box (61) of connecting in sewage collecting tank (3), seting up runner (62) on bilge well (1) inner wall, setting up the purification subassembly in runner (62), water inlet (10) and delivery port (11) have been seted up on rose box (61), sliding connection has baffle (12) that are used for shutoff delivery port (11) on rose box (61), the adsorbent has been placed in rose box (61), runner (62) link up with delivery port (11), the inner wall of bilge well (1) is located to runner (62) spiral ring, influent stream mouth (16) of runner (62) are located the below of delivery port (11), the purification subassembly includes a plurality of active carbon stick (631) of dismantling to connect in runner (62).
