Abstract
The invention relates to a block treatment system for medical sewage and sludge, which consists of an A block and a B block, wherein the A block is a sewage and sludge treatment block of each medical unit, and the B block is a sewage and sludge centralized treatment block obtained by collecting sewage of the A block; the A block is composed of a septic tank and a matched sludge tank; the B block consists of a sewage treatment station and a matched sludge tank. The A block and the B block are matched with corresponding sludge tanks, and each sludge tank comprises a sludge tank wall, a filter layer, a sludge bag, a sludge pump, a sludge input pipe, a filtrate pump, a filtrate return pipe, a dosing pipe and a sludge tank well cover; when the design period of cleaning is reached, sludge deposited when the septic tank in the block A and the sewage treatment station in the block B operate is pumped into a sludge bag of a sludge tank by a sludge pump through a sludge input pipe for filtering; pumping the filtrate back to the septic tank or the sewage treatment station by using a filtrate pump to be treated with sewage; sludge in a sludge bag of the sludge tank is subjected to long-time anaerobic treatment, disinfection and drying, and finally is subjected to cleaning treatment after the inspection reaches the standard; for the terminal drainage segment, an urban sewage treatment plant is built, and only one small hospital of medical buildings is provided, and the treatment of medical sewage and medical sludge can be independently carried out by adopting B block treatment.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of hospital sewage and sludge treatment and disposal, in particular to a block treatment system for medical sewage and sludge.
Background
According to the regulations in the discharge Standard of Water pollutants for medical institutions (GB 18466-2005): the sewage directly and indirectly discharged into the surface water body and the sea area is discharged into the sewer sewage of the urban secondary sewage treatment plant which is built at the terminal and normally operates, and the pretreatment standard is executed.

In the treatment mode, the sewage can reach the discharge standard, but the sludge treatment obviously has some problems; if a hospital has a plurality of septic tanks and a centralized sewage treatment station, and all the septic tanks and the centralized sewage treatment station are provided with a first-level strengthening process for treating medical sewage and sludge, the cost of manpower and material resources is high; if only the medical sewage and the sludge which are converged to the sewage treatment station are subjected to primary strengthening treatment, the sludge of the septic tank of a single medical unit is not treated, and the sludge danger generated by the septic tank matched with the medical building is higher in fact.
The invention content is as follows:
aiming at the difficulties of the medical sewage treatment and the sludge treatment, the invention adopts a process of combining the partition treatment and the centralized treatment to the medical sewage and the sludge, so that the medical sewage and sludge treatment system is more perfect, simpler and more effective, thereby reducing the treatment cost of the medical sewage and the sludge and improving the treatment effect of the medical sewage and the sludge, and being convenient for reference in revising the technical specification of the hospital sewage treatment by relevant departments in the future; meanwhile, an alternative and reference method is provided for the current medical sewage and sludge treatment.
The block treatment system for medical sewage and sludge comprises an A block and a B block, wherein the A block is a sewage and sludge treatment block of each medical unit, and the B block is a sewage and sludge centralized treatment block formed by the collected sewage of the A block.
The block A of the medical sewage and sludge treatment system consists of a septic tank and a matched sludge tank; the B block consists of a sewage treatment station and a matched sludge tank.
A medical sewage and sludge block treatment system, wherein each medical unit is matched with an A block treatment facility, sewage is treated by multistage anaerobic precipitation in an A block septic tank, and then is discharged into a B block for further treatment and discharge after reaching the standard; the sludge generated by the operation of the A-block septic tank and the B-block sewage treatment station is stored in the facility, and when the A-block septic tank and the B-block sewage treatment station operate to the design period of sludge clearing, the sludge is pumped into the sludge bags of the A-block and B-block matched sludge tanks for filtering, anaerobic treatment, drying and disinfection treatment.
A blocking treatment system for medical sewage and sludge is characterized in that a sludge tank is a septic tank of a block A or a sludge treatment facility matched with a sewage treatment station of a block B, and the sludge tank comprises a sludge tank wall, a filter layer, a sludge bag, a sludge pump, a sludge input pipe, a filtrate pump, a filtrate return pipe, a dosing pipe and a sludge tank well cover; the filter layer is arranged at the position 0.5-1.5m high on the bottom of the sludge tank; the sludge bag is arranged on the filter layer and is made of a material with a mesh aperture of 0.5-2 mm; the sludge tank and the septic tank of the block A or the sewage treatment station of the block B form a whole, and a vent pipe, a sludge pump, a sludge input pipe, a filtrate pump and a filtrate return pipe are arranged between the sludge tank and the septic tank of the block A or the sewage treatment station of the block B; when the design period of sludge cleaning is reached, sludge is directly pumped into a sludge bag of the sludge tank by a sludge pump through a sludge input pipe for filtration or drying, filtrate is pumped into a sewage treatment facility by a filtrate pump for treatment with sewage, sludge in the sludge bag is subjected to long-time anaerobic treatment, a disinfectant is added through a drug adding pipe, and the sludge is sterilized and dried for a long time and finally lifted out for cleaning after the sludge is inspected to reach the standard;
a block treatment system for medical sewage and sludge is characterized in that the sludge cleaning design period of a septic tank or a sewage treatment station is 3-5 years;
a block treatment system for medical sewage and sludge, wherein a municipal sewage treatment plant is built at a drainage terminal, and only one small hospital of a medical building can be used for the medical sewage and sludge treatment by adopting B block treatment.
A block treatment system for medical sewage and sludge is characterized in that the sewage of medical units in hospitals, infectious departments, department of fire prevention and laboratories, needs to be pretreated according to relevant regulations and then enters the block treatment system for treatment.

the sludge cleaning period of the septic tank or the sewage treatment station is designed to be 3 years, and the periods of filtering, anaerobism, drying and disinfection of the sludge in the sludge bag of the sludge tank are also set to be 3 years. That is to say: according to the medical sludge produced in the hospital medical sewage treatment process, if the medical sludge is treated according to the traditional sewage and sludge treatment method, the grid slag and the coagulated sludge of 4 medical units and sewage treatment stations are required to be cleaned, filtered, dried, disinfected and cleared, and the sludge produced by the operation of the A-block septic tank or the B-block sewage treatment station in the embodiment is only required to be treated and disposed once in 3 years, so that the labor cost and the expense for sludge treatment and disposal are greatly saved.
