The invention provides a filling gun capable of filling antifreezing solution into a main tank and an auxiliary tank simultaneously, which comprises a shell, an end face seal and a valve core; the lower end of the shell is provided with a clamping jaw mechanism which is used for being clamped with the filling port; an end face sealing ring is arranged at the contact part of the end face seal and the filling port, a radial sealing ring is also arranged outside the end face seal, and the radial sealing ring is used for forming a sealing structure between the end face seal and the inner side of the filling port; a main filling channel is arranged in the center of the valve core, a main tank sealing ring is arranged at the position of the bottom of the valve core corresponding to a main tank filling port, an auxiliary filling channel is formed by a cavity between the valve core and the end face seal, and the auxiliary filling channel is communicated with an auxiliary tank; through the arrangement of the auxiliary filling channel and the sealing ring of the main tank, the complete isolation of the main tank and the auxiliary tank can be effectively realized, and then the main tank can be filled with the auxiliary tank during vacuumizing operation, so that the filling time of the anti-freezing solution is effectively reduced, and the filling beat is improved.

Background
After the automobile is assembled on the assembly line, the automobile cooling system is filled with the antifreeze and then the automobile can be off-line. Because the production speed of the current automobiles is high, the automobiles are generally off-line within 120 seconds on a general assembly line, and because the cooling system of the automobiles is of a closed circulating structure and the interior of the cooling system is filled with air, the anti-freezing solution cannot be injected into the cooling system in a short time if the air is not discharged, and even if the anti-freezing solution can be injected, the anti-freezing solution cannot be filled due to the existence of gas pressure.
Therefore, the air in the cooling system is firstly pumped out by a vacuum pump to ensure that the cooling system of the automobile is in a vacuum state, and then the antifreeze is injected. However, in order to be able to continuously replenish the motor vehicle cooling system with the consumed anti-icing liquid, the cooling system also has an auxiliary tank for storing the anti-icing liquid and connected to the main tank.
In order to fill the main tank and the auxiliary tank with the anti-freezing liquid, a filling tool used on the general assembly line is a filling gun; as shown in fig. 1: the existing filling gun mainly comprises a shell 3, an end face seal 41 and a valve core 91, wherein the lower end of the shell 3 is provided with a clamping jaw mechanism matched with a filling port 1, the clamping jaw mechanism is used for enabling the end face seal 41 to form good seal on the filling port 1, and in order to ensure the sealing effect, the end face seal 41 is also provided with an end face seal 42 ring 6; the valve core 91 can move up and down in the shell 3 through a return spring or a pneumatic mechanism and the like, a filling channel is arranged in the center of the valve core 91, a main tank sealing ring 8 is arranged at a position, corresponding to a main tank filling opening 5, at the bottom of the valve core 91, and is used for enabling the filling channel in the center of the valve core 91 and an auxiliary tank filling opening 2 to form a sealing structure when the valve core 91 moves down, so that the main tank can be vacuumized, after the vacuumization is completed, the main tank is filled first, after the filling of the main tank is completed, the valve core 91 moves up, so that the filling channel in the center of the valve core 91 and the auxiliary tank filling opening 2 are communicated, the auxiliary tank is filled, and after the filling of the auxiliary tank is completed, the whole antifreezing solution filling work is completed.
Although the filling gun can realize the filling work of the anti-freezing liquid of the main tank and the auxiliary tank, the working mode of firstly filling the main tank and then filling the auxiliary tank takes too long time and cannot meet the production rhythm of the existing general assembly line.

An end face seal 42 ring 6 is arranged at the contact part of the end face seal 42 and the filling port 1, a radial seal ring 7 is also arranged outside the end face seal 42, and the radial seal ring 7 is used for forming a sealing structure between the end face seal 42 and the inner side of the filling port 1; the arrangement of the end face seal 42 ring 6 and the radial seal ring 7 can ensure that a sealing structure is formed between the filling gun and the end face and the inner side of the filling port 1, thereby ensuring the smooth filling operation of the antifreeze solution.
