Referring to fig. 7, when the sealing element of the barrel mouth 3 above the storage and transportation barrel 2 is opened, a horizontal plate 34 is horizontally placed on the barrel mouth 3 above the storage and transportation barrel 2, a circular ball 36 located in the storage and transportation barrel 2 is hung on the horizontal plate 34 through a connecting pipe 35, the ball 36 is hollow and communicated with the connecting pipe 35, a plurality of water spraying ports 37 communicated with the interior of the ball 36 are arranged on the outer wall of the ball 36, the water spraying ports 37 are uniformly distributed along the outer wall of the ball 36, a water storage box 38 is arranged at one end of the fixing plate 1 close to the storage and transportation barrel 2, one end of the connecting pipe 35 close to the horizontal plate 34 passes through the horizontal plate 34 and is communicated with the bottom end of one side of the water storage box 38, and a water suction pump 39 is arranged at one end of the connecting pipe 35 close to the water storage box 38, which is arranged in order that when the inner wall of the storage and transportation barrel 2 needs to be cleaned, the sealing element at the upper and lower ends of the barrel mouth 3 of the storage and transportation barrel 2 is opened, then the horizontal plate 34 is horizontally placed above the storage and transportation barrel mouth 3, at this moment, the circular ball 36 is hung in the storage and transportation barrel 2 through the connecting pipe 35, then the water suction pump 39 is turned on, at this moment, the water stored in the water storage box 38 is pumped into the ball 36 through the connecting pipe 35 and then is sprayed out from each water spraying port 37 on the outer wall of the ball 36, at this moment, the water sprayed out from each water spraying port 37 washes and cleans the inner wall of the storage and transportation barrel 2, and the cleaned waste water flows out through the cavity opening at the lower end of the storage and transportation barrel 2, so that the use is simple and convenient.

Claims (7)

1. A toluene nitration raw material storage and transportation device comprises a fixing plate (1) and a plurality of storage and transportation barrels (2) arranged on the fixing plate (1), and is characterized in that a first fixing piece for fixing each storage and transportation barrel (2) is arranged on the fixing plate (1), barrel openings (3) are formed in the upper end and the lower end of each storage and transportation barrel (2), and sealing pieces for sealing the barrel openings (3) are arranged at the barrel openings (3) of the storage and transportation barrels (2);
