the upper die mechanism comprises an upper die plate which is arranged on the die frame and corresponds to the lower die plate up and down, and a die cavity for accommodating the inner decoration pieces of the real seam skin for hot pressing is formed between the upper die plate and the lower die plate;
the vacuum mechanism comprises a vacuum pump arranged on the die carrier and a vacuum tube connected with the vacuum pump, and the vacuum tube is communicated with the die cavity;
the hot air mechanism comprises a heating device which is arranged on the die carrier and used for providing hot air for the die cavity, and a temperature control device which is electrically connected with the heating device; and the number of the first and second groups,
and the high-pressure mechanism comprises a compressed air conveying device for providing compressed air for the mold cavity in a communicating manner, and a pressure sensor arranged in the mold cavity and used for monitoring the pressure in the mold cavity.

The hot-pressing device for the automotive interior trim part with the real sewing thread skin as claimed in claim 1, wherein the upper mold mechanism further comprises an air inlet hole formed in the upper mold plate, and the air inlet hole is communicated with an air conveying pipeline of the compressed air conveying device.

The hot pressing device for the automotive interior trim part with the real suture line cover as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lower die mechanism further comprises a plurality of vacuum holes formed in the lower die plate, and the plurality of vacuum holes are all communicated with the vacuum tube.
6. A hot pressing method for an automobile interior trim part with a real sewing thread surface is characterized by comprising the following steps:
preheating a die cavity of a hot-pressing device, and placing the inner decoration piece of the surface of the true sewing thread sprayed with glue in the preheated die cavity;
vacuumizing a mold cavity of the hot pressing device, and starting an upper template and a lower template of the hot pressing device to be matched;
heating the upper template, the real seam skin automotive interior part, the glue and the lower template to a preset glue activation temperature;
and when the preset glue activation temperature is reached, controlling the upper template and the lower template to be locked in a matched mode, and carrying out hot pressing on the real seam line surface inner decoration piece between the upper template and the lower template under the preset hot pressing pressure.
7. The method for hot-pressing a real suture skinned automotive interior according to claim 6, wherein in the step of preheating the cavity of the hot-pressing device, the preheating temperature is in the range of 50 ℃ to 60 ℃.
8. The method for hot-pressing a real suture skin automotive interior trim part according to claim 6, wherein the vacuum degree in the step of vacuuming the cavity of the hot-pressing device is in a range of-0.09 Mpa to-0.06 Mpa.
9. The method for hot-pressing a true sewing thread skin automotive interior trim part according to claim 6, characterized in that the preset glue activation temperature is in a temperature range of 60 ℃ to 70 ℃.

The hot-pressing method of the real suture line skin automotive interior trim part as claimed in claim 6, wherein in the step of hot-pressing the real suture line skin interior trim part between the upper and lower mold plates under a preset hot-pressing pressure, the preset hot-pressing pressure has a pressure value ranging from 0.1Mpa to 0.5 Mpa.
