b, sleeving a cage support ring (27) on a gear step of the positioning block (3), and then clamping and connecting the shaping block (6) with the positioning block (3);
c, after the infrared sensor (10) senses the shaping block (6), transmitting a signal to the microprocessor (21), controlling the welding gun (14) to work by the microprocessor (21) to weld and fix the intersection point of the cage transverse rib (26) and the cage support ring (27), and then moving the cage to the direction far away from the case (1) under the action of an external traction device;
d, when the cage support ring (27) is sleeved on the shaping block (6) to prevent deformation, then the shaping block (6) is taken away from the positioning block (3), the infrared sensor (10) senses that the shaping block (6) is far away, signals are transmitted to the microprocessor (21), and the microprocessor (21) controls the air pump (19) to be started to cool the cage;
e, after the transverse rib (26) of the cage moves for a certain distance, continuing welding of a next cage support ring (27) according to the steps, after the infrared sensor (10) senses the shaping block (6), transmitting a signal to the microprocessor (21), controlling the welding gun (14) to work by the microprocessor (21), welding and fixing the intersection point of the transverse rib (26) of the cage and the cage support ring (27), simultaneously controlling the air pump (19) to stop working, and repeating the steps until the welding is finished.
