Abstract
The invention discloses a lifting type high-altitude spraying device for a construction site, which comprises high rods, lifting ropes, transverse hanging rods and hoses, wherein the high rods are distributed in a surrounding manner along the construction site, the lifting ropes correspond to the high rods one to one, and the hoses are provided with spraying heads along the lines; the position of each high rod does not occupy a construction road and does not influence the construction, the lower part of each high rod is provided with a manual hoisting mechanism with a locking function, the top end of each high rod is provided with a fixed pulley, one end of each lifting rope is connected with the manual hoisting mechanism corresponding to the high rod, the other end of each lifting rope is connected with the hanging rod after bypassing the fixed pulley corresponding to the high rod, the hanging rods are hoisted along the lines by the lifting ropes, and the hoses are hoisted along the lines by the hanging rods. The device can effectively control the high-altitude dust raising and the passing-by dust raising, is convenient to install, clean, maintain and replace, and reduces the cost.

Background
At present, dust on construction sites is mainly caused by excavation of earthwork, stacking of earthwork, earthwork operation, use and transportation of powdery materials such as lime cement and the like during construction. In order to effectively control the dust raising of a building construction site, the current common measures are that a fence is arranged for spraying, fog guns and bare soil coverage are added in an operation area, but the fence spraying is limited in height, the fog gun dust falling is inconvenient to move on one hand, the dust falling area is limited on the other hand, and the bare soil coverage is not beneficial to construction.

Preferably, the lifting rope lifts the hanging rod along the line through the lifting ring, and the hanging rod lifts the hose along the line through the pipe clamp.
Preferably, the hose is not taut in sections between adjacent pipe clamps, leaving a certain amount of slack.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the lifting type high-altitude spraying device for the construction site comprises high rods 1, lifting ropes 5, transverse hanging rods 4 and a hose 8, wherein the high rods 1 are distributed in a surrounding mode along the construction site, the lifting ropes 5 correspond to the high rods 1 one by one, and the hose 8 is provided with a spraying head 9 along the line; the position of the high pole 1 does not occupy a construction road and does not influence the construction, the lower part of each high pole 1 is provided with a manual hoisting mechanism 10 with a locking function, the top end of each high pole 1 is provided with a fixed pulley 3, one end of a lifting rope 5 is connected with the manual hoisting mechanism 10 corresponding to the high pole 1, the other end of the lifting rope bypasses the fixed pulley 3 corresponding to the high pole 1 and then is connected with a hanging rod 4, the lifting rope 5 lifts the hanging rod 4 along the line, and the hanging rod 4 lifts the hose 8 along the line. The height of the spray head 9 can be adjusted by operating the manual hoisting mechanism 10 through the lifting rope 5, the hanging rod 4 and the hose 8, so that a water mist barrier can be formed around a construction site after the spray head 9 is opened, high-altitude dust raising and over-road dust raising can be effectively controlled, and the hose 8 and the spray head 9 can be conveniently installed, cleaned, maintained and replaced. The hanging rod 4 is used for integrally lifting or descending the hose 8, so that the density of the high rod 1 is reduced, and the cost is reduced.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the hanging rope 5 is used for hanging the hanging rod 4 along the line through the hanging ring 6, and the hanging rod 4 is used for hanging the hose 8 along the line through the pipe clamp 7. As shown in fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the fixed pulley 3 is mounted on the high rod 1 through the clamp 2, so that the installation is convenient and the cost is low.
In the embodiment, the high pole 1 is made of a cement pole, the hanging pole 4 is made of a steel bar, the lifting rope 5 is made of a steel strand, and the hose 8 is made of a PPR water pipe, so that the cost is low; in the embodiment, the high poles 1 are buried 1 meter below the ground and 15 meters above the ground, and the interval between the high poles 1 is 20 meters; in this embodiment, the manual winding mechanism 10 is 2 meters above the ground, and the operation is performed only by lifting the hand, so as to avoid misoperation.
