As shown in fig. 7 and 9, the guide block 16 is provided with a guide groove 22 on the circumference side in a circular shape, and the plurality of connecting blocks 17 are provided with a sliding plate 23 on the side adapted to the cross section of the guide groove 22, the guide groove 22 and the sliding plate 23 being designed to make the scraper 5 more smooth when rotating.
As shown in fig. 3, a notch 19 matched with the cross section of the scraper 5 is formed in one side of the sliding block 18 close to the inner wall of the flue gas pipe 1, one end of the scraper 5 is inserted into the notch 19, a pressing plate 20 is installed on one side of the sliding block 18 through a bolt, the pressing plate 20 is abutted against one side of the scraper 5, the pressing plate 20 is abutted against the scraper 5, the scraper 5 can be fixed in the notch 19, and the scraper 5 is prevented from being separated from the notch 19 when rotating.
As shown in fig. 3 and 7, a fan 21 is installed on the output shaft of the motor 7 between the mounting frame 2 and the mounting plate 6, and the design of the fan 21 can improve the circulation of the flue gas inside the flue gas pipe 1.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 4, the mounting bracket 2, the mounting plate 6 and the connecting plate 14 are all installed inside the flue gas pipe 1 through bolts, as shown in fig. 2, a plurality of convex blocks are arranged outside the flue gas pipe 1, and countersunk holes are formed in the convex blocks and used for placing screws, when the device needs to be disassembled and overhauled, the screws on the flue gas pipe 1 can be unscrewed to draw out the device.
As shown in fig. 2, 4, 8 and 9, annular grooves are formed in the outer sides of the mounting frame 2, the mounting plate 6 and the connecting plate 14, sealing rings are mounted inside the annular grooves, and the design of the sealing rings can prevent smoke from flowing out of a countersunk hole in the flue gas pipe 1.
