Description

Device and method for sterilizing paper-aluminum-plastic composite coiled material by coupling chemical bactericide and irradiation
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of aseptic filling of liquid beverages, in particular to a device and a method for sterilizing a paper-aluminum-plastic composite coiled material by coupling chemical bactericide and irradiation.
Background
Paper-plastic-aluminum composite packages are widely used in the packaging of liquid dairy products, liquid beverages and the like and comprise a core layer of fibrous material (e.g., paper), a layer of thermoplastic material (e.g., polyethylene film) at least on the inner side of the core layer, and possibly a layer of oxygen barrier material (e.g., aluminum foil, ethylene vinyl alcohol (EVOH) foil and the like.
Chemical sterilization is a commonly used sterilization method. The paper-aluminum-plastic composite coiled material is generally sterilized by immersing the paper-aluminum-plastic composite coiled material into a tank of liquid chemical sterilizing agent (such as hydrogen peroxide solution, peracetic acid solution and the like). Patent CN 103842257B discloses a method of sterilizing a web of packaging material by transferring the web into a bath containing 30% high temperature aqueous hydrogen peroxide, and drying the packaging material by spraying air flow through a drying device, wherein the consumption of chemical sterilizing agent is high, and the chemical sterilizing agent is continuously added into the bath to maintain a certain concentration, so that the web of packaging material has a high risk of chemical sterilizing agent residue, and the waste liquid generated in industrial production is not environment-friendly. Irradiation treatment is another effective way of sterilizing a web of composite packaging material. Patent CN 105705168B discloses an electron beam sterilization device for processing food packaging material, at least one electron beam emitter being mounted on a frame along the path of the processed material, on opposite sides of a web guide channel, each emitter comprising a vacuum tube in which electrons emitted by a cathode are accelerated by an electrostatic field and exit from the tube in the form of an electron beam and pass through an irradiation window so as to strike a corresponding face of the packaging material as the web moves vertically through the guide channel. High doses of electron beam radiation, while having a good germicidal effect, have an adverse effect on the properties of the packaging material.
In conclusion, how to avoid the residue of the high-concentration chemical bactericide and the damage of the pulsed strong light irradiation to the properties of the paper aluminum-plastic composite material, and to fully activate the chemical bactericide by utilizing the activation effect of the pulsed strong light irradiation, so as to realize comprehensive and effective sterilization and realize the aseptic treatment of the paper aluminum-plastic composite packaging material is a problem which needs to be solved urgently.
