Description

Cheek tube with movable traction piece
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of orthodontic appliances, in particular to a buccal tube.
Background
The buccal tube is an important component of the orthodontic fixing appliance and consists of a hollow tube, a traction hook and a bottom plate. Generally, the buccal tube is directly adhered or adhered and fixed on the molar tooth surface through a belt ring, the correcting arch wire passes through the hollow tube of the buccal tube, and the buccal tube can play a role in fixing the arch wire. The buccal tube is provided with a traction hook for hanging a rubber ring or a tension spring and the like for performing intramaxillofacial or intermaxillary traction. Usually, the use of the traction hook does not extend through the whole orthodontic cycle, but only is used in the early stage or the middle and later stages of the orthodontics, but the traction hooks set on the buccal tube in the current market are all fixed traction hooks, and the traction hooks cannot be removed when the traction hooks are not used in the current buccal tube. The structure of the traction hook stimulates oral mucosa due to functional requirements, strong foreign body sensation is easy to be brought to patients, and the traction hooks in the market all have favorable angle structures, so that discomfort is brought to the patients. In order to reduce the foreign body sensation of a patient, the buccal tube which can be accommodated by the traction hook when the buccal tube is not used can greatly reduce the discomfort brought to the patient in the use process of the buccal tube.
The prior patent application CN110584810A of this company discloses a buccal tube with a hidden towing hook, which is to arrange an accommodating space in the main body of the buccal tube, place the movable or rotatable towing hook in the accommodating space in the main body when not in use, and move or rotate the towing hook away from the accommodating space when in use. However, the solution of this application has three problems: firstly, the buccal tube is used for being stuck on the molar, the size of the buccal tube is very small, the size of the main body is only 3-6mm, the length of the traction hook is usually about 1-3mm, the accommodating space is arranged in the main body, and the movable or rotatable traction hook is assembled in the accommodating space; secondly, because the traction hook is arranged in the accommodating space in the main body, the size of the traction hook is very small, the buccal tube is adhered to the molar of the patient and is positioned in the deep part of the oral cavity, the position of the traction hook on the buccal tube cannot be observed by naked eyes in the actual operation process of a doctor, the traction hook is required to be taken out from the inner accommodating space, the operation that the tool is aligned with the traction hook is difficult, and if the operation is wrong, the tool is very easy to scratch the oral cavity of the patient; thirdly, the processing cost is high and the market popularization and application difficulty is very high due to the complex processing procedure and the very high difficulty. In order to meet the requirements of practical application, the technical scheme in the application needs to be improved, and the buccal tube which can not only avoid the traction hook from stimulating the oral mucosa of a patient when not used, has low difficulty in practical production and processing, is convenient for a doctor to operate, and has production cost acceptable for the market environment is designed.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above technical problems, the present invention provides a buccal tube in which a traction member is movable.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problem is as follows:
a buccal tube, including the body, the said body has movable attachments, the said attachment includes drawing the part, in the state of using the attachment, the said drawing part moves to the position of use; in the accessory non-use state, the accessory moves to the outside of the main body. The traction part can move to the using position in various moving modes, moving, rotating or combination of moving modes and the like, which can be thought by a person skilled in the art, and the using position of the traction part can be a position protruding relative to the main body and a position forming a gap or separation with the main body. When the accessory is not in use, the accessory can move to the outer side of the main body, and can be tightly attached to the outer surface of the main body or arranged on the outer side of the outer surface of the main body. When the accessory is not used, the traction part does not protrude relative to the main body or form a gap or separation with the main body, and the traction part cannot be used as a traction piece. The attachment may be provided on the outer surface of the main body or on a bottom plate of the buccal tube, the bottom plate being a member connected to the main body for adhering to the patient's teeth.
Compared with the buccal tube in CN110584810A, the buccal tube in CN110584810A has advantages and disadvantages, namely, the traction hook is arranged in the containing space in the main body, namely, the general appearance of the traction hook can not be observed from the outside of the main body in a non-use state, the accessory is arranged on the outer side of the main body, namely, the general appearance of the accessory is observed from the outer side of the main body, firstly, the accessory is arranged outside the main body, such as the outer surface of the main body or a bottom plate, namely, a processing area is changed from the inside of the main body to the outside of the main body, so that the processing is simpler, the operation is easier, the precision of the product is higher, the quality of the produced product is easier to control, the yield of the product is higher, and the quality of the product can be ensured; secondly, because the accessory is arranged on the outer side of the main body, a doctor can easily position the tool at the position of the accessory and carry out operations such as hooking, pulling and the like on the tool, and can more easily change the tool from a non-use state to a use state; thirdly, the processing technology is simplified, the processing cost of the product is reduced, and the method is more favorable for market popularization. On the other hand, the buccal tube in CN110584810A is not easy for the patient to leave food residue during eating food because the hook is hidden, and the buccal tube in this application is not good for the patient to clean teeth because the hook is arranged outside the body.
In some preferred embodiments, the buccal tube includes a first retaining member disposed on at least one of the main body and the accessory, the first retaining member configured to limit the accessory from continuing to move when the pulling portion moves to the use position.
