Description

Device for correcting tooth lingual dislocation
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of orthodontics, and particularly relates to a device for treating tooth lingual dislocation.
Background
In the process of children's growth and development, the malformation of teeth, jaw and face, such as the misarrangement of teeth, the abnormal occlusion of upper and lower dental arches, the abnormal position of jaw size and form, and facial malformation, caused by heredity, diseases, endocrine disorder, malnutrition, dysfunction, bad habit of oral cavity, tooth replacement disorder, and other factors, is called malocclusion malformation. Malocclusion deformity is an abnormality occurring during the growth and development of children, and is a developmental deformity. The main task of orthodontics is to study the symptoms, causes, diagnosis, prevention and treatment of normal growth and development of the jaw and cranium of children and malocclusion.
The malposition of the tongue is a more common malocclusion in clinic, which not only destroys the normal association and affects the chewing function, but also affects the beauty of the face and causes great pain to the psychology of the patient. The lingual dislocation of teeth not only seriously interferes with the occlusion and chewing functions, but also influences the arrangement of lower jaw teeth and the growth and development trend of the lower jaw, and if the treatment is not carried out, the growth of the jaw is obstructed for a long time, so that the bony underbite deformity can be formed.
Currently, the commonly used devices for correcting the lingual malposition of teeth include the following: the tongue-side double-curve reed movable appliance expands teeth by using the double-curve reed lip; secondly, anchorage is provided by using the implanted implant nail, and the tooth is pulled; and (III) aligning the teeth by utilizing the force of the orthodontic arch wire. These conventional orthodontic devices have problems in that: first, the removable orthodontic device can be removed by the patient himself, which often results in treatment failure if the patient has a poor fit, especially for children. Secondly, the implantation of the implant nail is an invasive operation, and is not easy to accept by part of patients; thirdly, the arch wire force is utilized to align, so that the adjacent teeth are easy to move lingually, and the shape and the occlusion function of the dental arch are influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a device for treating malposition of the tooth and the tongue, which has the characteristics of convenient use, good correction effect and small side effect.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a device for treating malposition of teeth and tongue comprises an outer arch auxiliary arch, wherein the outer arch auxiliary arch is provided with a fixed bending and traction accessory.
The auxiliary outer arch is a stainless steel arch wire with the diameter of 0.8 mm-1.0 mm.
The fixed bending is that the tail end of the auxiliary arch of the outer arch is bent into a step shape according to the actual length of the dental arch and is inserted into the molar buccal tube for fixing.
The traction accessory is a traction positioning device of an outer arch auxiliary arch and is formed by bending a stainless steel wire with the diameter of 0.3, the upper part of the traction accessory is provided with a traction head, the lower part of the traction accessory is provided with a fixed tail end, the fixed tail end is wound with the outer arch auxiliary arch after the position is selected and then is welded and fixed through tin soldering, and the traction accessory is positioned on the labial side of the tooth with the dislocated tongue and is vertical to the plane of the outer arch auxiliary arch; the rubber chain pulls the malposed teeth and the traction accessories to apply force, thereby achieving the effect of pulling the teeth to move towards the labial side.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
because the invention adopts the outer arch auxiliary arch device to stretch the teeth by lips, the malposition is corrected, the clinical operation is simple, and the use is convenient; the external arch auxiliary arch device can correct the lingual dislocation of premolars, cuspids and incisors, and can also expand and contract arches of the premolars, so that one arch has multiple purposes; the stress of the teeth can be adjusted, which is beneficial to the correction of malposition in different degrees; the direction of the traction force can be adjusted at any time, and a better clinical effect is achieved. Has the characteristics of convenient use, good correction effect and small side effect.

Detailed Description
The structural and operational principles of the present invention are explained in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, a device for treating malposition of teeth and tongues comprises an outer arch auxiliary arch 1, wherein a fixed bend 2 and a traction accessory 3 are arranged on the outer arch auxiliary arch 1. The outer bow auxiliary bow 1 is a stainless steel arch wire with the diameter of 0.8 mm-1.0 mm. The tail end of the outer arch auxiliary arch 1 is provided with a fixed bend 2 which is bent into a step shape according to the actual dental arch length so as to be inserted into a molar buccal tube for fixing. The traction accessory 3 is formed by bending a stainless steel wire with the diameter of 0.3, and is welded with the outer arch auxiliary arch 1 through tin soldering after the position is selected, so that the traction accessory 3 is positioned on the labial side of the dislocated teeth of the tongue and is vertical to the plane of the outer arch auxiliary arch 1. The attachments or tongue buttons are adhered on the teeth with the dislocated tongues, and the dislocated teeth and the traction attachments 3 are pulled and stressed through the rubber chains, so that the effect of pulling the teeth to move towards the labial side is achieved.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
the outer arch auxiliary arch 1 is fixed on the molar buccal tube through the fixed bending part 2, and the width of the outer arch auxiliary arch 1 can be adjusted to achieve the effect of expanding or contracting the arch of the molar by utilizing the elasticity of the auxiliary arch. The position of the traction attachment 3 is adjusted to ensure that the traction attachment 3 is positioned at the lip (cheek) side of the dislocated tooth at the tongue side, then the traction attachment 3 and a bracket or a tongue button on the dislocated tooth are drawn through a rubber chain, and the tooth is forced forwards by the elasticity of the rubber chain to move and correct the tongue dislocating; meanwhile, the rubber chain has backward reaction force to the outer arch auxiliary arch 1, and the outer arch auxiliary arch 1 is effectively prevented from being separated from the molar buccal tube.
