s3, driving by external acting force to enable the rotary assembly anti-tripping device (32) to rotate around the transverse axis of the rotary connecting shaft (31) anticlockwise or clockwise to be in place, enabling the first U-shaped inclined surface (42) to be matched with the second U-shaped inclined surface (100) and enabling the upper inclined surface (41) to be matched with the lower inclined surface (300) when the rotary assembly anti-tripping device rotates to be in place, enabling the outer protruding limiting clamping part (33) to be clamped into and fixed in the inner concave limiting clamping groove (11), and enabling the detachable foot piece (4) and the integral foot piece (2) to be uniformly distributed in circumference after assembly is completed.
