In the production process, when the moisture content of the tobacco leaves at the outlet is higher than the set central value by 19.2 percent and the return air temperature is higher than the lower limit value by 40 ℃, reducing the opening degree of the second control valve 5, reducing the application amount of steam and adjusting the moisture content of the tobacco leaves at the outlet; when the return air temperature is lower than the lower limit value of 40 ℃, the opening degree of the first control valve 3 is increased, and when the opening degree of the first control valve 3 is opened to the maximum but the return air temperature is still lower than the lower limit value of 40 ℃, the opening degree of the second control valve 5 is increased so that the return air temperature meets the requirement of the lower limit value of 40 ℃.
When the moisture content of the tobacco leaves at the outlet is lower than the set central value by 19.2 percent and the return air temperature is lower than the upper limit value by 50 ℃, increasing the opening degree of the second control valve 5, increasing the application amount of steam and adjusting the moisture content of the tobacco leaves at the outlet; when the return air temperature is higher than the upper limit value of 50 ℃, the opening degree of the first control valve 3 is reduced, and under the condition that the opening degree of the first control valve 3 is minimum but the return air temperature is still higher than the upper limit value of 50 ℃, the opening degree of the second control valve 5 is reduced, so that the return air temperature meets the requirement of the upper limit value of 50 ℃.

Claims (4)

1. A tobacco leaf temperature and humidity control device is characterized by comprising:
a drum (1) provided with an inlet and an outlet, configured to bring tobacco leaves into rotation and to convey them from the inlet to the outlet;
the detection device is used for detecting the return air temperature of the roller (1) and the outlet moisture content of the tobacco leaves; and
the adjusting device is used for adjusting the outlet moisture content of the tobacco leaves to reach or approach a first preset moisture content infinitely on the premise that the return air temperature is kept within a first preset range, the first preset range is a preset target control range of the return air temperature of the roller (1), and the first preset moisture content is a target value of the outlet moisture content of the tobacco leaves;
the adjusting device comprises:
a heating device (2) arranged at the inlet of the drum (1) and used for heating the airflow entering the drum (1);
a first control valve (3) for controlling the heating temperature of the heating device (2);
the first conveying pipe (4) is arranged at an inlet of the roller (1) and is used for introducing steam into the roller (1);
a second control valve (5) for regulating the flow rate of the first delivery pipe (4); and
the control device is in signal connection with the first control valve (3) and the second control valve (5) and is configured to enable the return air temperature to be kept within the first preset range by adjusting the opening degrees of the first control valve (3) and the second control valve (5), and the outlet moisture content of the tobacco leaves reaches or infinitely approaches to the first preset moisture content;
the control device is configured to: when the moisture content of the outlet of the tobacco leaves is higher than the first preset moisture content and the return air temperature of the roller (1) is higher than the lower limit value of the first preset range, reducing the opening degree of the second control valve (5); when the moisture content of the outlet of the tobacco leaves is higher than the first preset moisture content and the return air temperature of the roller (1) is lower than the lower limit value of the first preset range, increasing the opening degree of the first control valve (3); when the opening degree of the first control valve (3) is adjusted to be maximum and the return air temperature of the roller (1) is still lower than the lower limit value of the first preset range, the opening degree of the second control valve (5) is increased so that the return air temperature of the roller (1) is at least higher than the lower limit value of the first preset range; and/or, the control device is configured to: when the moisture content of the outlet of the tobacco leaves is lower than the first preset moisture content and the return air temperature of the roller (1) is lower than the upper limit value of the first preset range, increasing the opening degree of the second control valve (5); when the moisture content of the outlet of the tobacco leaves is lower than the first preset moisture content and the return air temperature of the roller (1) is higher than the upper limit value of the first preset range, reducing the opening degree of the first control valve (3); when the opening degree of the first control valve (3) is adjusted to be minimum and the return air temperature of the roller (1) is still higher than the upper limit value of the first preset range, the opening degree of the second control valve (5) is reduced so that the return air temperature of the roller (1) is at least lower than the upper limit value of the first preset range.

The tobacco temperature and humidity control device according to claim 1, wherein the heating device (2) comprises a heat exchanger (21) and a second duct (22), the second duct (22) being adapted to convey a hot gas into the heat exchanger (21), the hot gas having a temperature greater than the temperature of the gas flow at the inlet of the drum (1).
3. The tobacco leaf temperature and humidity control device according to claim 1, further comprising a fan (6) and a third delivery pipe (7), wherein the fan (6) is arranged at an outlet of the roller (1), and the third delivery pipe (7) is communicated with the fan (6) and an inlet of the roller (1).
4. A tobacco leaf temperature and humidity control method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
setting a target control range of return air temperature of a roller (1) as a first preset range, and setting a target value of outlet moisture content of tobacco leaves as a first preset moisture content, wherein the roller (1) is provided with an inlet and an outlet, and the roller (1) is used for driving the tobacco leaves to turn over and conveying the tobacco leaves from the inlet to the outlet;
detecting the return air temperature of the roller (1) and the outlet moisture content of the tobacco leaves; and
on the premise that the return air temperature is kept within the first preset range, adjusting the moisture content of the outlet of the tobacco leaves and enabling the outlet to reach or approach the first preset moisture content infinitely;
on the premise that the return air temperature is kept within the first preset range, the operation of adjusting the moisture content of the outlet of the tobacco leaves and enabling the outlet of the tobacco leaves to reach or approach the first preset moisture content infinitely comprises the following steps:
a heating device (2) is arranged at an inlet of the roller (1), the heating device (2) is used for heating airflow entering the roller (1), and the heating device (2) is provided with a first control valve (3) used for controlling heating temperature;
a first conveying pipe (4) is communicated with an inlet of the roller (1), the first conveying pipe (4) is used for introducing steam into the roller (1), and a second control valve (5) used for adjusting the flow is arranged on the first conveying pipe (4); and
the return air temperature is kept within the first preset range by adjusting the opening degrees of the first control valve (3) and the second control valve (5), and the moisture content of the outlet of the tobacco leaves reaches or is infinitely close to the first preset moisture content;
the operation of adjusting the opening degrees of the first control valve (3) and the second control valve (5) includes:
when the moisture content of the outlet of the tobacco leaves is higher than the first preset moisture content and the return air temperature of the roller (1) is higher than the lower limit value of the first preset range, reducing the opening degree of the second control valve (5); when the moisture content of the outlet of the tobacco leaves is higher than the first preset moisture content and the return air temperature of the roller (1) is lower than the lower limit value of the first preset range, increasing the opening of the first control valve (3); when the opening degree of the first control valve (3) is adjusted to be maximum and the return air temperature of the roller (1) is still lower than the lower limit value of the first preset range, the opening degree of the second control valve (5) is increased so that the return air temperature of the roller (1) is at least higher than the lower limit value of the first preset range;
and/or the operation of adjusting the opening degree of the first control valve (3) and the second control valve (5) comprises:
when the moisture content of the outlet of the tobacco leaves is lower than the first preset moisture content and the return air temperature of the roller (1) is lower than the upper limit value of the first preset range, increasing the opening degree of the second control valve (5); when the moisture content of the outlet of the tobacco leaves is lower than the first preset moisture content and the return air temperature of the roller (1) is higher than the upper limit value of the first preset range, reducing the opening degree of the first control valve (3); when the opening degree of the first control valve (3) is adjusted to be minimum and the return air temperature of the roller (1) is still higher than the upper limit value of the first preset range, the opening degree of the second control valve (5) is reduced so that the return air temperature of the roller (1) is at least lower than the upper limit value of the first preset range.
