firstly, checking whether a second stirring rod (1601) is screwed or not before the device is used, then detecting whether a first motor (14), a water pump (18) and a second motor (24) can work normally or not, and then pushing the device to see whether a universal wheel (9) of the device can roll normally or not;
secondly, stirring, namely filling the mixed pesticide into the stirring box (12) from the filling port (1201) before the device is used, plugging a threaded plug (1202) into the filling port (1201), turning on a control switch of a first motor (14), enabling an output shaft of the first motor (14) to start rotating, and driving a first stirring rod (16) to rotate at the same time, wherein five second stirring rods (1601) are arranged on the first stirring rod (16), and the five second stirring rods (1601) are also driven to fully stir the mixture in the stirring box (12);
