本发明涉及植物栽培基质领域,尤其涉及一种可塑性植物栽培基质及其制备方法。
背景技术
现有的园艺栽培采用的多为固体粉状有机基质(营养土、草炭土、复合基质等),存在生产成本高、原料不可再生、使用年限低、保水透水性差等问题;且现有基质大多难以保证长期的养分含量,需要多次施肥,化学肥料的用量在不断增加,而化学肥料的利用率仅在30%左右,约70%的化学肥料沉积固定在土壤中或随雨水流失于江河中而不被吸收和利用,这造成了土壤板结,环境污染,江河和地下水负营养化日趋严重。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可塑性植物栽培基质。
本发明还提供了一种可塑性栽培基质的制备方法。
本发明的创新点在于本发明中有效利用农业废弃物,提高农业能源资源化利用率;减少了固体废弃物污染;且基质本身除了具备一般栽培基质的特性外,还具有营养全面、吸水性强、透水性强、轻质化、可塑性强等特点,成型后多次浇水不散;可根据所需组装拼接为不同的形状,无需额外栽培装置即可完成栽培种植。适宜于花草、蔬菜、多肉植物等多种植物生长,可适用于室内、阳台、楼顶、墙壁、大棚等多场合,可应用于园林绿化、家庭栽培、土壤修复、边坡种植等方面。

(1)以城镇污水处理厂污泥为堆肥原料,秸秆、菌棒为堆肥辅料形成堆肥料进行好氧堆肥,秸秆的重量为堆肥料重量的30~50%,菌棒的重量为堆肥料重量的5~10%,好氧堆肥时控制水分为55~60%、碳氮比20~25,含氧率在5~15%,好氧堆肥时间为20~35天;好氧堆肥结束后得到堆肥产物;城镇污水处理厂污泥是通过在城镇污水中添加高分子絮凝剂与城镇污水絮凝反应后的沉淀物;
(2)按配方取料,取料后将堆肥产物、微生物菌剂、稻壳、草炭土、珍珠岩、蛭石、虫沙粪、抑菌剂、生长调节剂粉碎,粉碎后混合均匀得到粉料;
(3)将粉料加水调至含水量为55~65%,随后压制成型后得到成品。
进一步地,所述步骤(3)中压制成型后再在40~45℃的温度下烘干2~3小时。
本发明的有益效果是 :

2、本发明中特别添加了微生物菌剂,微生物菌剂具有固氮、解磷、解钾之功效;所加生长调节剂,可促进细胞分裂、根系生长,促壮苗、抑制杂菌繁殖;所加稻壳、草炭土能增加基质的保水性能;所加蛭石、珍珠岩可增加基质中通气透水能力、增加阳离子交换量。混合基质中具备植物生长所需的各种养分及有益物质,混合基质中的污泥含有大量的有机质,而微生物菌剂中的微生物必须以有机质为载体,微生物才可大量繁殖,充分发挥生物学作用,活化养分,减少化肥用量。植物生长调节剂可促进植物细胞分裂,植物根系生成大量的根毛,而有益微生物附着在植物根毛周围,形成一种保护罩,可有效防治病虫害浸染作物根系,减少病虫害发生。因此,混合基质中各种有益物质发挥协同作用,可降低养分流失、提高养分的有效性,促进根系根毛的生长,根系盘结能力增加,促进植物壮苗,降低病虫害的发生,提高植物成活率。
3、本发明中由于本身污泥中含有高分子凝结剂,具有保水保肥性能,使得基质中养分释放缓慢。

2.根据权利要求1所述的可塑性植物栽培基质,其特征在于,所述微生物菌剂为枯草芽孢杆菌、胶冻样芽孢杆菌、巨大芽孢杆菌、放线菌、白色链霉菌、黑曲霉菌中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可塑性植物栽培基质,其特征在于,所述生长调节剂为多效唑、ABT生根粉、氯吡苯脲、胺鲜酯、复硝酚钠的混合物;多效唑、ABT生根粉、氯吡苯脲、胺鲜酯、复硝酚钠的质量比为0.5~1:0.5~1.0:0.5~1.0:0.5~1.0:0.5~1.0:0.5~1.0。
4.一种如权利要求1所述的可塑性植物栽培基质的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)以城镇污水处理厂污泥为堆肥原料,秸秆、菌棒为堆肥辅料形成堆肥料进行好氧堆肥,秸秆的重量为堆肥料重量的30~50%,菌棒的重量为堆肥料重量的5~10%,好氧堆肥时控制水分为55~60%、碳氮比20~25,含氧率在5~15%,好氧堆肥时间为20~35天;好氧堆肥结束后得到堆肥产物;城镇污水处理厂污泥是通过在城镇污水中添加高分子絮凝剂与城镇污水絮凝反应后的沉淀物;
(2)按配方取料,取料后将堆肥产物、微生物菌剂、稻壳、草炭土、珍珠岩、蛭石、虫沙粪、抑菌剂、生长调节剂粉碎,粉碎后混合均匀得到粉料;
(3)将粉料加水调至含水量为55~65%,随后压制成型后得到成品。
5.根据权利要求4所述的可塑性植物栽培基质的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中压制成型后再在40~45℃的温度下烘干2~3小时。
