Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a modular cosmetic brush. More particularly, the present invention relates to a modular cosmetic brush in which brush heads of various specifications are received in a handle compartment, and bristles are automatically exposed to the outside of the compartment in cooperation with an opening operation of a cover by improving a structure so that anyone can easily exchange the bristles, and in particular, since the bristles are inserted and protected in a ferrule in a gathered state by a simple operation, a volume when not in use can be reduced to a half, and damage of the bristles can be prevented during a preservation process.
Background
In general, a cosmetic brush or art brush is used by carrying various cosmetic brushes in a set, so that bristles of each cosmetic brush are integrated with a body according to functions thereof. Since it is necessary to select the bristles corresponding to their purposes one by one when used, there is an inconvenience of carrying a variety of brushes.
For example, in the case of a cosmetic brush, it is composed of a cosmetic brush to which a cosmetic is applied, a cosmetic brush fixing collar to which the cosmetic brush is fixed, and a brush body which is extended to a suitable length to be held by hand and to which the cosmetic brush fixing collar is fixed at its end, and is formed in a rod or bar shape so as to be easily grasped. Since the brush is fixed to the brush holder ring, which is integrally fixed to the brush body, the brush holder ring is used in different ways according to different types of brushes, such as lipstick, powder eye shadow, liquid mascara, blush, etc., which results in the need to prepare a cosmetic brush in which a larger volume of brush holder ring and brush body are integrally formed. Therefore, not only the purchase cost is increased, but also the user has to carry various makeup brushes when traveling, particularly, when carrying the makeup brushes at a photographic scene, etc., which causes a problem of great inconvenience in carrying the makeup brushes due to their large size and weight.
Therefore, in the previously disclosed utility model registration No. 20-0404018, a technique has been registered in which a rotating plate member having a conversion brush body on both sides (front and rear) of a fixed brush body is provided. The rack of the rotating plate member is moved by the rotation of the pinion gear mounted on the brush rotating rod, and the rotating plate member is rotated in opposite directions around the spindle nut, thereby spreading the cosmetic brush of the transfer brush body to both sides of the cosmetic brush of the fixed brush body.
However, the above-mentioned prior art has disadvantages in that when a blush is applied to a face, it is necessary to apply the blush while spreading or collecting a cosmetic brush according to the order of makeup, but it is inconvenient to use because of a complicated structure and a heavy weight, and in particular, when various cosmetic brushes are carried, not only is the volume increased to deteriorate portability, but also the cosmetic brushes cannot be easily replaced.

As shown in fig. 6, a slidable wheel 25b may be provided instead of the rack 25, and a wheel 45b having a magnetic body may be provided instead of the pinion gear 45.
As shown in fig. 7, instead of the rack 25, a magnetic body 40a may be provided on one surface of the hook 40, and a magnetic body 25d may be provided on an inner surface of the lid 20 corresponding to the magnetic body 40 a. The movable magnetic body 33e is disposed radially at a plurality of positions with the fixed magnetic body 33g as a center, and the surface corresponding to the fixed magnetic body 33g is formed as an inclined surface. When the movable magnetic body 33e enters between the fixed magnetic bodies 33g by the screw motion of the pushing head 33f, the inclined surface of the fixed magnetic body 33g is attached to the movable magnetic body 33e, and the inclined plate 33i is bent to be housed in the ferrule 31 in a state of being reduced in diameter.

Here, when the magnetic body layer 35c of the conical helical coil component 35f and the composite magnetic body 35a of the base 35b are attracted and compressed into a plate shape, the bristles 35d are collected and accommodated in the ferrule 31.
At this time, although it is preferable to provide a structure in which the magnetic sections and the diamagnetic sections having diamagnetism are alternately arranged radially in the composite magnetic body 35a, and the magnetic layers 35c of the helical coil member 35f are arranged at equal intervals corresponding to the magnetic sections, so that when the magnetic layers 35c of the tapered helical coil member 35f and the composite magnetic body 35a of the base 35b are attracted to each other and compressed into a plate shape, the brush bristles 35d are housed in the ferrule 31 while being gathered together, and when the magnetic layers 35c of the helical coil member 35f and the diamagnetic sections of the composite magnetic body 35a are caused to correspond to each other by the rotational motion of the base 35b, the tapered helical coil member 35f is expanded into a tapered shape by being pushed out in opposite directions to each other, thereby exposing the brush staples 35d to the outside of the ferrule 31. The spiral wire 35e may be provided inside so as to apply an elastic force to the conical spiral coil member 35 f.
Here, the base 35b may be provided as a composite magnetic material, or may be provided in a state in which a composite magnetic material is bonded to the lower surface of the base 35b, or a magnetic particle cluster 36c' may be formed inside one surface of the spiral coil component 35f instead of the magnetic layer 35 c.
In fig. 17, the above-mentioned head 30 is constituted by the following components: a ferrule 31 provided at the distal end of the handle 10; a base 36b provided inside the ferrule 31 and having a multidirectional connector 32 formed at one end and a composite magnetic body 36a radially arranged on the other side; and a fan-shaped plate 36e which is disposed radially so as to be attracted to the composite magnetic body 36a, has a magnetic body layer 35c formed on one side surface, and has bristles 36d formed on the other side surface.
At this time, as illustrated in fig. 18(a), the plurality of fan-shaped plates 36e may be provided in a circular shape, and the plurality of fan-shaped plates 36e may be configured to be slidable by providing slits 36g on one side surface and protrusions 36h having shapes corresponding to the slits 36g on the other side surface, respectively, so that the slits 36g of the fan-shaped plate 36e are coupled to the protrusions 36h of the other fan-shaped plate 36 e.
Here, according to another embodiment of the present invention, it is preferable that, as shown in fig. 18(b), a slit 36g' formed to be inclined at a certain angle is provided instead of the above-described slit 36 g. When the sector plates 36e are lowered into the ferrule 31 by the inclination angle of the slit 36g', the sector plates 36e are contracted toward the center direction to prevent contact with the inner surface of the ferrule 31, so that the sector plates 36e are easily gathered at the center.
In fig. 19, the above-mentioned brush head 30 is constituted by a ferrule 31 provided at the distal end of the handle 10 and provided at the end with a linear guide hole 31a and a fan-shaped guide hole 31b formed so as to surround the guide hole 31 a; a push head 37b having a multi-directional connector 37a formed at one end of the ferrule 31; a telescopic member 37d provided at the end of the linear guide hole 31a and provided with bristles 37c while being expandable in a fan shape; a movable magnetic body 37e formed on the circumferential surface of the telescopic member 37 d; and a fixed magnetic body 37f provided in the fan-shaped guide hole 31b of the ferrule 31.
Here, when the pushing head 37b is transferred in the outer direction of the ferrule 31 and the extensible member 37d enters the section of the fan-shaped guide hole 31b, the movable magnetic body 37f is attracted to the fixed magnetic body 37f and the extensible member 37d is extended to extend the brush bristles 37c in a fan shape.
Here, according to the present invention, it is preferable that the extensible member 37d is provided in a flexible tubular shape, and it is preferable that guide wires 37g are provided on both sides of the extensible member 37d so that the brush staples 37c are extended in a fan shape.
