Claims (10)

1. A method for handling loss reporting by a bank card, the method comprising:
receiving a proxy loss reporting instruction sent by a proxy through a 5G message, wherein the proxy loss reporting instruction comprises a card number of a bank card to be lost;
performing identity authentication on the agent in a preset mode, wherein the preset mode comprises transfer record authentication, call record authentication and/or secret protection problem authentication;
if the identity authentication is passed, prompting the agent to input the transaction password of the bank card to be lost by using a 5G message;
when a first transaction password sent by a sponsor in a 5G message is received, the first transaction password is compared with a second transaction password reserved in a bank, and the second transaction password is obtained by inquiring a card number of a bank card to be lost;
and if the first transaction password is the same as the second transaction password, performing loss reporting operation on the bank card to be lost.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein authenticating the agent in a predetermined manner comprises:
receiving an auxiliary card number sent by a sponsor in a 5G message;
inquiring the transaction record of the bank card to be reported for loss in a specified time period, and determining whether the transaction record contains the transaction record of the card number to be reported for loss and the auxiliary card number;
and if the transaction record contains the transaction record of the card number to be reported lost and the auxiliary card number, the identity authentication of the agent is confirmed.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein after determining whether the transaction record includes a transaction record for the card number to be reported away and the auxiliary card number, the method further comprises:
if the transaction record does not contain the transaction record of the card number to be reported with the loss and the auxiliary card number, prompting the agent to grant the authority of specifying the call record of the mobile phone number in the query target time period by using a 5G message, wherein the specified mobile phone number is the mobile phone number for sending a loss reporting instruction for the agent;
when an authorization instruction sent by a sponsor through a 5G message is received, inquiring a call record of a specified mobile phone number in a target time period, and determining whether the call record contains a call record of the specified mobile phone number and a mobile phone number bound with a bank card to be lost;
and if so, confirming that the sponsor passes the identity authentication.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein after determining whether the call log includes a call log specifying a cell phone number to which the bank card to be lost is bound, the method further comprises:
if not, sending the secret protection problem of the bank card to be lost to the sponsor by using a 5G message;
receiving the answers of the secret protection questions sent by the agent, and comparing the answers of the secret protection questions with the answers of the secret protection questions reserved in the bank;
and if the secret protection question sent by the agent is correct in answer, confirming that the agent passes the identity authentication.
5. A device for handling loss reporting by a bank card, the device comprising:
the communication module is used for receiving a proxy loss reporting instruction sent by a proxy person in a 5G message, wherein the proxy loss reporting instruction comprises a card number of a bank card to be lost;
the identity authentication module is used for authenticating the identity of the agent in a preset mode, wherein the preset mode comprises transfer record authentication, call record authentication and/or secret protection problem authentication;
the communication module is also used for prompting the agent to input the transaction password of the bank card to be lost by using a 5G message when the identity authentication is passed;
the comparison module is used for comparing the first transaction password with a second transaction password reserved in a bank when the communication module receives the first transaction password sent by the agent in a 5G message, wherein the second transaction password is obtained by inquiring a card number of a bank card to be lost;
and the loss reporting module is used for executing loss reporting operation on the bank card to be lost when the first transaction password is the same as the second transaction password.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the identity authentication module is configured to:
receiving an auxiliary card number sent by a sponsor in a 5G message;
inquiring the transaction record of the bank card to be reported for loss in a specified time period, and determining whether the transaction record contains the transaction record of the card number to be reported for loss and the auxiliary card number;
and if the transaction record contains the transaction record of the card number to be reported lost and the auxiliary card number, the identity authentication of the agent is confirmed.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the identity authentication module is further configured to:
if the transaction record does not contain the transaction record of the card number to be reported with the loss and the auxiliary card number, prompting the agent to grant the authority of specifying the call record of the mobile phone number in the query target time period by using a 5G message, wherein the specified mobile phone number is the mobile phone number for sending a loss reporting instruction for the agent;
when an authorization instruction sent by a sponsor through a 5G message is received, inquiring a call record of a specified mobile phone number in a target time period, and determining whether the call record contains a call record of the specified mobile phone number and a mobile phone number bound with a bank card to be lost;
and if so, confirming that the sponsor passes the identity authentication.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the identity authentication module is further configured to:
if not, sending the secret protection problem of the bank card to be lost to the sponsor by using a 5G message;
receiving the answers of the secret protection questions sent by the agent, and comparing the answers of the secret protection questions with the answers of the secret protection questions reserved in the bank;
and if the secret protection question sent by the agent is correct in answer, confirming that the agent passes the identity authentication.
9. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the method of any one of claims 1 to 4 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program for executing the method of any one of claims 1 to 4.
