The piezoresistor failure alarm device comprises a failure alarm independent circuit, a fusing elastic sheet 13, a spring 14 and a rotary switch sheet 15; the failure alarm independent circuit comprises two circuit connection copper sheets 16 and a failure alarm lamp 17 powered by an independent power supply, one ends of the two circuit connection copper sheets 16 are connected with the failure alarm lamp 17, and the other end of one circuit connection copper sheet 16 is provided with an electric connection bump end 18; one end of the fusing elastic sheet 13 is rotatably connected to a first convex column 19 in the sub-chamber 9, the other end of the fusing elastic sheet 13 is connected with a spring 14, the other end of the spring 14 is fixed to a second convex column 20 in the sub-chamber 9, one end, close to the spring 14, of the fusing elastic sheet 13 is welded and fixed to the bottom surface of the sub-chamber 9 in a low-temperature soldering tin soldering mode, the access end 11 of the piezoresistor is connected with the fusing elastic sheet 13 through an electric connection lead 21 to form a passage, one end of the rotary switch sheet 15 is rotatably connected to a third convex column 22 in the sub-chamber 9 through a torsion spring 14, a triangular pressing projection 23 is arranged on the rotary switch sheet 15, one circuit connection copper sheet 16 can be pressed to be in contact with an electric connection convex point end 18 of the other circuit connection copper sheet 16 under the action of the triangular pressing projection 23, and therefore an independent failure alarm circuit is communicated. As shown in fig. 9 of the attached drawings, when a current surge impacts, a current on the fusing elastic sheet 13 generates heat, the temperature reaches the fusing point of the soldering tin, so that the fusing elastic sheet 13 is not welded and fixed, the spring 14 in an extension state pulls the fusing elastic sheet 13 to rotate to one side far away from the rotary switch sheet 15 along the first convex column 19 under the elastic force state of recovery deformation, the fusing elastic sheet 13 no longer presses the rotary switch sheet 15, the rotary switch sheet 15 rotates to one side far away from the circuit connection copper sheet 16 along the third convex column 22 under the elastic force action of the torsion spring 14 until the limit bump 26 in a failure state abuts against the side of the rotary switch sheet 15, the triangular press bump 23 on the rotary switch sheet 15 cannot press one of the circuit connection copper sheets 16 to contact with the electric connection bump end 18 of the other circuit connection copper sheet 16 after rotation, the circuit connection copper sheet 16 breaks away from the electric connection bump end 18 under the elastic action of the self, so that the failure alarm independent circuit is not connected, and the failure alarm lamp 17 goes out, indicating that the pressure-sensitive resistor fails.
In conclusion, the piezoresistor failure alarm device with the structure principle can perform early warning on the effectiveness of the piezoresistor of the poor grounding early warning protection device, and the failure alarm lamp 17 is turned off to indicate that the piezoresistor fails, so that the replacement of the failed poor grounding early warning protection device is facilitated.

After the circuit breaker 1 is plugged into the junction box 2, the guide posts 29 are inserted into the guide holes 31 to form limiting alignment, so that the fixing studs 30 are opposite to the threaded holes 32, then the servo motor is started, and the servo motor drives the fixing studs 30 to rotate to be in threaded connection with the threaded holes 32, so that the circuit breaker 1 is fixed into the junction box 2. When the circuit breaker 1 is removed from the junction box 2, the servo motor is controlled to rotate reversely.

waist-shaped grooves (7) are formed in the upper end and the lower end of the circuit breaker (1), the innermost end of each waist-shaped groove (7) is communicated with the wire placing cavity (3) and the inner cavity of the circuit breaker (1) through holes, and an acid gas drying agent is arranged in each waist-shaped groove (7);

the circuit breaker (1) is internally provided with a bad grounding early warning and protecting device, the bad grounding early warning and protecting device comprises a piezoresistor, and the piezoresistor is arranged between a power line and a ground connection wire; the piezoresistor is arranged at the ground port of the circuit breaker (1) in parallel;
the piezoresistor is arranged in a resistor box body (8), a piezoresistor work display lamp (10) is further arranged in a sub-chamber (9) on the upper side of the resistor box body (8), and the piezoresistor work display lamp (10) is arranged on a circuit between an access end (11) and an output end (12) of the piezoresistor.
