Abstract

The present disclosure relates to the field of computer technologies, and in particular, to the field of intelligent search and big data technologies. The method for updating commodity information comprises the following steps: in response to at least one first user accessing content related to a commodity, sending an information acquisition request for the commodity; receiving commodity information of the commodity and state information of the commodity information; and providing the updated commodity information to the at least one first user and the at least one second user in a case where the status information indicates that the commodity information is updated commodity information.

Method and device for updating commodity information, electronic equipment and storage medium

Technical Field

The present disclosure relates to the field of computer technologies, and in particular, to the field of intelligent search and big data technologies, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for updating commodity information, an electronic device, a storage medium, and a computer program product.

Background

In order to guide the commodity information on the e-commerce platform to other users except for the user of the e-commerce platform in the conventional technology, the commodity information is generally acquired from the e-commerce platform and provided to the other users at regular intervals. However, the amount of data that the e-commerce platform allows to acquire is usually limited, and regularly acquiring a large amount of commodity information often causes the amount of data to exceed the limit, so that the change of the commodity information cannot be effectively tracked.

Disclosure of Invention

The present disclosure provides a method, an apparatus, an electronic device, a storage medium, and a computer program product for updating commodity information.

According to an aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided a method of updating commodity information, including:

in response to at least one first user accessing content related to a commodity, sending an information acquisition request for the commodity;

receiving commodity information of the commodity and state information of the commodity information; and

and providing the updated commodity information to the at least one first user and the at least one second user when the state information indicates that the commodity information is updated commodity information.

According to another aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided an apparatus for updating commodity information, including:

the system comprises a first request module, a second request module and a display module, wherein the first request module is used for responding to at least one first user to access content related to commodities and sending an information acquisition request aiming at the commodities;

the first receiving module is used for receiving commodity information of the commodity and state information of the commodity information; and

the first updating module is used for providing the updated commodity information to the at least one first user and the at least one second user under the condition that the state information indicates that the commodity information is the updated commodity information.

According to another aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided an electronic device including:

at least one processor; and

a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to enable the at least one processor to perform a method as described above.

According to another aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided a non-transitory computer readable storage medium having stored thereon computer instructions for causing the computer to execute a method implementing the above.

Detailed Description

Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of the embodiments of the disclosure are included to assist understanding, and which are to be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the present disclosure. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method, an apparatus, an electronic device, a storage medium, and a computer program product for updating commodity information. The method comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps of responding to at least one first user to access content related to commodities, sending an information acquisition request aiming at the commodities, receiving commodity information of the commodities and state information of the commodity information, and providing the updated commodity information to at least one first user and at least one second user under the condition that the state information indicates that the commodity information is updated commodity information. By adopting the method, the data size required to be acquired for updating the commodity information can be reduced, so that the commodity information can be updated to a plurality of users in a simple and efficient manner.

Fig. 1 schematically illustrates an exemplary system architecture 100 that may be applied to a method of updating merchandise information in accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure. It should be noted that fig. 1 is only an example of a system architecture to which the embodiments of the present disclosure may be applied to help those skilled in the art understand the technical content of the present disclosure, and does not mean that the embodiments of the present disclosure may not be applied to other devices, systems, environments or scenarios.

Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a method of updating merchandise information according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.

As shown in fig. 2, the method of updating the product information specifically includes operations S210 to S230.

In operation S210, an information acquisition request for an item is transmitted in response to at least one first user accessing content related to the item.

Here, the content related to the product may be, for example, an introduction related to the product, preferential information of the product, or other product information related to the product. The information of the product may include, for example and without limitation, coupon information, product introduction, product status, or other information related to the product.

In the present operation S210, when at least one first user accesses content related to an article, for example, viewing coupon information (e.g., a discount coupon, a full discount coupon, a cash back coupon, etc.) of the article or introduction information about a certain article, etc., an information acquisition request for the article may be transmitted.

In operation S220, commodity information of a commodity and status information of the commodity information are received.

The commodity information includes, but is not limited to, at least one of offer information, commodity introduction, and commodity status of the commodity. The status information of the goods information may indicate whether the goods information is updated goods information, for example, if the goods information has been changed within a previous preset time period, the status information indicates that the goods information is updated goods information. The status information may also indicate whether the merchandise information is valid. For example, in the case where the goods information is a coupon, the status information may indicate whether the coupon is expired.

When the state information indicates that the commodity information is updated with respect to the previous commodity information, for example, the coupon information of the commodity or the commodity state (for example, the commodity is new or the commodity is off-shelf) is changed, at this time, the updated commodity information is fed back to all users (including at least one first user and at least one second user, for example) related to the commodity, so that all users can acquire the updated commodity information.

The method for updating the commodity information can respond to the condition that at least one first user accesses the content related to the commodity to update the commodity information, and compared with the method for updating the commodity information of all commodities at regular intervals, the method for updating the commodity information reduces the data volume required to be acquired, so that the commodity information can be updated to a plurality of users in a simple and efficient mode.

In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the sending of the information acquisition request for the commodity in response to the at least one first user accessing the content related to the commodity in operation S210 includes: and sending an information acquisition request aiming at the commodity when any first user accessing the content related to the commodity is the Nth first user accessing the commodity, wherein N is a positive integer. For example, the information acquisition request for the product may be transmitted when any of the first users who access the content related to the product is the first user who accesses the product. The embodiments of the present disclosure are not limited to the first access to the content related to the merchandise, for example, N accesses may be used as triggers for updating, and each access triggers one update. The N can be set according to needs, for example, if the number of times that the commodity is visited in a preset historical period is greater than a preset value, the commodity is considered to have a high attention, and therefore the N can be set to be a small value so as to quickly start updating of commodity information. On the contrary, the commodity is considered to have low attention in history, and N is set to be a large value, so that the commodity information is updated after the commodity is accessed for a certain number of times. In this way, a certain visit of the commodity is taken as a trigger condition for updating the commodity information, thereby triggering the update of the commodity information in a simple manner.

In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the sending of the information acquisition request for the commodity in response to the at least one first user accessing the content related to the commodity in operation S210 includes: and sending an information acquisition request aiming at the commodity under the condition that any first user accessing the contents related to the commodity is the Nth first user accessing the commodity and N is equal to one of a plurality of preset values, wherein N is a positive integer. For example, N accesses may be used as triggers for the update, where N is equal to one of a plurality of preset values, each access triggering an update. For example, the N accesses may be the first N accesses, or may be accesses separated by a certain number of times, such as a first access, a third access, a fifth access, a tenth access, and so on. Specifically, N may be set according to the article access history, for example, if the number of previous accesses to an article is large, N may be set to a large value, whereas N may be set to a small value. By the mode, multiple visits of the commodities can be respectively used as trigger conditions for commodity information updating, so that multiple updating of the commodity information can be flexibly realized for the same commodity, and the accuracy of commodity information updating is improved.

Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a method of updating merchandise information according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.

As shown in fig. 3, the method of updating the goods information includes operations S310 to S340. Operations S310 to S330 may be implemented in the same manner as operations S210 to S230, and repeated details will not be repeated.

In operation S310, an information acquisition request for a commodity is transmitted in response to at least one first user accessing content related to the commodity.

In operation S320, commodity information of a commodity and state information of the commodity information are received.

In operation S330, in the case where the status information indicates that the goods information is updated goods information, the updated goods information is provided to at least one first user and at least one second user.

In operation S340, in the case where the status information indicates that the goods information is valid goods information, a goods is added to the active goods list.

When the status information indicates that the product information is valid product information, for example, the status information indicates that the offer information of the product is still valid or the product is still in a sale state, the product corresponding to the valid product information may be added to the active product list.

It should be noted that in operation S340, the determination of the product information whose status information indicates that the product information is valid may be independent of the determination in operation S330 that the product information whose status information indicates that the product information is updated, that is, the product information whose status information indicates that the product information is valid may be determined whether the product information is valid directly according to the status information without assuming that the product is updated. Although the various steps of the method are described above in a particular order, embodiments of the present disclosure are not so limited and the steps described above may be performed in other orders as desired. For example, in some embodiments, step S340 may be performed before step S330, or simultaneously with step S330, which is not limited by the present disclosure.

According to the embodiment of the disclosure, by adding the commodities corresponding to the valid commodity information to the active commodity list, active commodities once visited or frequently visited by a user can be determined from massive commodities for subsequent operations, for example, information updating can be performed on the active commodities; for the commodity which is not accessed by the user for a long time, the information updating is not carried out or the frequency of the information updating is reduced.

In some embodiments, updates may be made to those items listed in the active item list, as will be described in more detail below with reference to FIG. 4.

Fig. 4 is a flow diagram of a method of updating an active merchandise list according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.

As shown in fig. 4, the method of updating the active merchandise list includes operations S410 to S420.

In operation S410, an information acquisition request for at least one item in the active item list is periodically transmitted.

For the commodities added to the active commodity list, information acquisition requests for the commodities may be periodically transmitted to acquire commodity information and state information of the commodity information of the commodities. The periodic transmission request may be set, for example, once a day, once a week, once a month, or at a certain time interval, and may be specifically set according to the access history of the products, which is not limited herein.

In operation S420, for each of at least one commodity, commodity information of the commodity and status information of the commodity information are received, and in a case where the status information indicates that the commodity information is updated commodity information, the updated commodity information is provided to at least one first user and at least one second user.

For each commodity in the active list, the commodity information of the commodity and the state information of the commodity information may be acquired based on periodically sending an information acquisition request for the commodity, and when the state information indicates that the commodity information is updated, the updated commodity information is fed back to all users (including at least one first user and at least one second user, for example) related to the commodity. By adopting the method, the commodities in the active commodity list can be periodically updated, so that the commodity information of the active commodities can be ensured to be updated in time while the data volume required to be acquired for updating the commodity information is reduced.

Fig. 5 is a flowchart of a method of updating merchandise information according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.

As shown in fig. 5, the method of updating the goods information includes operations S510 to S540. Operations S510 to S530 may be implemented in the same manner as operations S210 to S230, and repeated details will not be repeated.

In operation S510, an information acquisition request for an item is transmitted in response to at least one first user accessing content related to the item.

In operation S520, commodity information of a commodity and status information of the commodity information are received.

In operation S530, in the case where the status information indicates that the goods information is updated goods information, the updated goods information is provided to at least one first user and at least one second user.

In operation S540, in the case where the status information indicates that the goods information is invalid goods information, providing a prompt message indicating that the goods information is invalid to at least one first user and at least one second user.

When the status information indicates that the commodity information is invalid commodity information, for example, the offer information of the commodity a has expired or the commodity a has been off-shelf, the information about the commodity a has not existed. At this time, the prompt information indicating that the commodity information is invalid is fed back to all users (including at least one first user and at least one second user) related to the commodity, for example, the prompt information such as "the coupon information of the commodity a is expired or invalid" or "the commodity a is sold" is fed back to all users, so that the user can be informed that the commodity information of the commodity is invalid in time.

It should be noted that, in operation S540, the determination of the commodity information whose status information indicates that the commodity information is invalid may be independent of the determination of the commodity information whose status information indicates that the commodity information is updated in operation S530, that is, the commodity information whose status information indicates that the commodity information is invalid may be determined whether the commodity information is invalid directly according to the status information without assuming that the commodity is updated. For example, when the status information indicates that the merchandise information is not updated but indicates that the merchandise information is invalid, the prompt information indicating that the merchandise information is invalid may still be provided to all users (for example, including at least one first user and at least one second user), so that the users can be informed that the merchandise information of the merchandise is invalid in time.

Fig. 6A, 6B, and 6C are schematic diagrams of a method of updating information of a commodity according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 6A, when at least one first user accesses content related to a commodity, for example, the user U3 accesses coupon information (e.g., a coupon) of the commodity C1, the user U3 is used as one first user accessing the commodity C1, and the access behavior of the user U3 is used as a trigger condition for updating the commodity information of the commodity C1. The shopping guide server 610 receives the trigger, and transmits an information acquisition request for the commodity C1 to the e-commerce server 620.

As shown in fig. 6B, in response to the information acquisition request about the commercial article C1 transmitted by the shopping guide server 610, the electronic commerce server 620 feeds back the commercial article information about the commercial article C1 and the status information of the commercial article information to the shopping guide server 610. After the shopping guide server 610 receives the commodity information of the commodity C1 and the status information of the commodity information, if it is judged that the status information indicates that the commodity information is updated commodity information, the updated commodity information is issued to users related to the commodity C1, including, for example, the user U3 and users other than the user U3 (e.g., the user U1, the user U2, the user UN, etc.). In the above manner, a certain access of the user U3 to the commodity C1 is taken as a trigger condition for updating the commodity information, thereby triggering the update of the commodity information in a simple manner.

In some embodiments, in the case where the status information indicates that the merchandise information is valid merchandise information, for example, the coupon information of the merchandise item C1 is still valid or the merchandise item C1 is still in the on-sale state, etc., the merchandise item C1 may be added to the active merchandise list (as shown in fig. 6C) to be recommended to all users (for example, including user U1 to user UN) for browsing.

As shown in fig. 6C, the active commodity list may include, for example, a plurality of commodities in an active state, such as commodity C1, commodity C2, commodity C3, and commodity CN. In some embodiments, the active merchandise list of FIG. 6C may also include information related to individual merchandise, such as merchandise descriptions, merchandise status, and the like. The update of the merchandise information may be performed periodically for all of the merchandise listed in the active merchandise list. Taking the article C1 as an example, the shopping guide server 610 may periodically (e.g., daily, weekly, or monthly, but not limited thereto) send an information acquisition request for the article C1 to the e-commerce server 620. In response to the information acquisition request about the commercial article C1 transmitted by the shopping guide server 610, the e-commerce server 620 feeds back the commercial article information about the commercial article C1 and the status information of the commercial article information to the shopping guide server 610. After the shopping guide server 610 receives the commodity information of the commodity C1 and the status information of the commodity information, if it is judged that the status information indicates that the commodity information is updated commodity information, the updated commodity information is distributed to all users (e.g., user U1 to user UN) related to the commodity C1. Likewise, in the manner described above, periodic updates to commodity C2, commodity C3, commodity CN, etc. in the active commodity list may be implemented.

In some embodiments, if the status information indicates that the merchandise information is invalid merchandise information, for example, the coupon information of the merchandise C1 has been invalid, or the merchandise C1 has been off-shelf, prompt information indicating that the merchandise information has been invalid may be provided to all users (including, for example, the user U1 to the user UN) related to the merchandise C1, which is similar to the above-described process and will not be described herein again.

The method for updating the commodity information can respond to the condition that at least one first user accesses the content related to the commodity to update the commodity information, and compared with the method for updating the commodity information of all commodities regularly, the method for updating the commodity information reduces the data volume required to be acquired, so that the commodity information can be updated to a plurality of users in a simple and efficient mode. The embodiment of the disclosure can periodically update commodities in the active commodity list by periodically updating the active commodity list, so that a user can quickly and conveniently acquire effective commodity information, and meanwhile, the data volume required to be acquired by the shopping guide server is reduced.

Fig. 7 is a block diagram of an apparatus for updating commodity information according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.

As shown in fig. 7, the apparatus 700 for updating commodity information includes a first request module 710, a first receiving module 720, and a first updating module 730.

The first request module 710 is configured to send an information acquisition request for a commodity in response to at least one first user accessing content related to the commodity.

The first receiving module 720 is used for receiving the commodity information of the commodity and the state information of the commodity information.

The first updating module 730 is configured to provide the updated commodity information to at least one first user and at least one second user if the status information indicates that the commodity information is updated commodity information.

In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the first request module 710 is further configured to send an information obtaining request for the commodity if any first user accessing the content related to the commodity is an nth first user accessing the commodity and N is less than a preset threshold, where N is a positive integer.

In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the first request module 710 is further configured to send an information obtaining request for the commodity if any first user accessing the content related to the commodity is an nth first user accessing the commodity and N is equal to one of a plurality of preset values, where N is a positive integer.

In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the apparatus 700 for updating the merchandise information further includes an adding module, where the adding module is configured to add the merchandise to the active merchandise list if the status information indicates that the merchandise information is valid merchandise information.

In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the apparatus 700 for updating the goods information further includes a second request module and a second updating module.

The second request module is used for periodically sending an information acquisition request for at least one commodity in the active commodity list.

The second updating module is used for receiving the commodity information of the commodity and the state information of the commodity information aiming at each of the at least one commodity, and providing the updated commodity information to at least one first user and at least one second user under the condition that the state information indicates that the commodity information is the updated commodity information.

In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the apparatus 700 for updating merchandise information further comprises a prompt module. The prompting module is used for providing prompting information indicating that the commodity information is invalid to at least one first user and at least one second user under the condition that the state information indicates that the commodity information is invalid commodity information.

The device for updating the commodity information of the embodiment of the disclosure can realize the updating of the commodity information according to the access of the at least one first user to the content related to the commodity, and compared with the regular updating of the commodity information of all commodities, the device reduces the data amount required to be acquired, thereby realizing the updating of the commodity information to a plurality of users in a simple and efficient manner.

It should be noted that the implementation, solved technical problems, implemented functions, and achieved technical effects of each module/unit/subunit and the like in the apparatus part embodiment are respectively the same as or similar to the implementation, solved technical problems, implemented functions, and achieved technical effects of each corresponding step in the method part embodiment, and are not described herein again.

In the technical scheme of the disclosure, the acquisition, storage, application and the like of the personal information of the related user all accord with the regulations of related laws and do not violate the good custom of the public order.

The present disclosure also provides an electronic device, a readable storage medium, and a computer program product according to embodiments of the present disclosure. The embodiment of the disclosure updates the commodity information in response to at least one first user accessing the content related to the commodity, and reduces the amount of data to be acquired compared with periodically updating the commodity information of all commodities, thereby realizing the update of the commodity information to a plurality of users in a simple and efficient manner.

FIG. 8 illustrates a schematic block diagram of an example electronic device 800 that can be used to implement embodiments of the present disclosure. Electronic devices are intended to represent various forms of digital computers, such as laptops, desktops, workstations, personal digital assistants, servers, blade servers, mainframes, and other appropriate computers. The electronic device may also represent various forms of mobile devices, such as personal digital processing, cellular phones, smart phones, wearable devices, and other similar computing devices. The components shown herein, their connections and relationships, and their functions, are meant to be examples only, and are not meant to limit implementations of the disclosure described and/or claimed herein.

As shown in fig. 8, the apparatus 800 includes a computing unit 801 that can perform various appropriate actions and processes according to a computer program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)802 or a computer program loaded from a storage unit 808 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 803. In the RAM 803, various programs and data required for the operation of the device 800 can also be stored. The calculation unit 801, the ROM 802, and the RAM 803 are connected to each other by a bus 804. An input/output (I/O) interface 805 is also connected to bus 804.

A number of components in the device 800 are connected to the I/O interface 805, including: an input unit 806, such as a keyboard, a mouse, or the like; an output unit 807 such as various types of displays, speakers, and the like; a storage unit 808, such as a magnetic disk, optical disk, or the like; and a communication unit 809 such as a network card, modem, wireless communication transceiver, etc. The communication unit 809 allows the device 800 to exchange information/data with other devices via a computer network such as the internet and/or various telecommunication networks.

Computing unit 801 may be a variety of general and/or special purpose processing components with processing and computing capabilities. Some examples of the computing unit 801 include, but are not limited to, a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Graphics Processing Unit (GPU), various dedicated Artificial Intelligence (AI) computing chips, various computing units running machine learning model algorithms, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), and any suitable processor, controller, microcontroller, and the like. The calculation unit 801 executes the respective methods and processes described above, such as a method of updating commodity information. For example, in some embodiments, the method of updating merchandise information may be implemented as a computer software program tangibly embodied on a machine-readable medium, such as storage unit 808. In some embodiments, part or all of the computer program can be loaded and/or installed onto device 800 via ROM 802 and/or communications unit 809. When loaded into RAM 803 and executed by computing unit 801, a computer program may perform one or more of the steps of the method of updating merchandise information described above. Alternatively, in other embodiments, the computing unit 801 may be configured to perform the method of updating the merchandise information by any other suitable means (e.g., by means of firmware).

Various implementations of the systems and techniques described here above may be implemented in digital electronic circuitry, integrated circuitry, Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Application Specific Standard Products (ASSPs), system on a chip (SOCs), load programmable logic devices (CPLDs), computer hardware, firmware, software, and/or combinations thereof. These various embodiments may include: implemented in one or more computer programs that are executable and/or interpretable on a programmable system including at least one programmable processor, which may be special or general purpose, receiving data and instructions from, and transmitting data and instructions to, a storage system, at least one input device, and at least one output device.

Program code for implementing the methods of the present disclosure may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages. These program codes may be provided to a processor or controller of a general purpose computer, special purpose computer, or other programmable data processing apparatus, such that the program codes, when executed by the processor or controller, cause the functions/operations specified in the flowchart and/or block diagram to be performed. The program code may execute entirely on the machine, partly on the machine, as a stand-alone software package partly on the machine and partly on a remote machine or entirely on the remote machine or server.

In the context of this disclosure, a machine-readable medium may be a tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. The machine-readable medium may be a machine-readable signal medium or a machine-readable storage medium. A machine-readable medium may include, but is not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. To provide for interaction with a user, the systems and techniques described here can be implemented on a computer having: a display device (e.g., a CRT (cathode ray tube) or LCD (liquid crystal display) monitor) for displaying information to a user; and a keyboard and a pointing device (e.g., a mouse or a trackball) by which a user can provide input to the computer. Other kinds of devices may also be used to provide for interaction with a user; for example, feedback provided to the user can be any form of sensory feedback (e.g., visual feedback, auditory feedback, or tactile feedback); and input from the user may be received in any form, including acoustic, speech, or tactile input.

The server may be a cloud server, a server of a distributed system, or a server with a combined blockchain.

It should be understood that various forms of the flows shown above may be used, with steps reordered, added, or deleted. For example, the steps described in the present disclosure may be executed in parallel, sequentially, or in different orders, as long as the desired results of the technical solutions disclosed in the present disclosure can be achieved, and the present disclosure is not limited herein.
