The restaurant system comprises a plurality of commodity storage devices, a server, a client side and a controller, wherein the plurality of commodity storage devices can be placed in the restaurant, the controller of each commodity storage device is connected with the server, the client side can upload collected biological characteristics and user orders corresponding to the biological characteristics to the server, the server can send the received biological characteristics and the received orders to the controllers of the commodity storage devices, and the controllers can store the received biological characteristics and the received orders into a storage medium.
Further, each commodity storage device may set unit prices of different commodities so as to place commodities having different unit prices, and each commodity storage device may set a different money amount calculation method:
in this case, a sensor in the commodity storage device can record the weight change of the commodity in the commodity storage device between each opening and closing of the goods taking port, namely, the weight of the commodity taken by the user each time, and the change information of the commodity in the commodity storage device at this time and the amount of money corresponding to the change information are determined according to the weight change of the commodity and the preset unit price of the commodity storage device and the product price of the commodity storage device at this time is multiplied by the weight change of the commodity.

Subsequently, after the user finishes using the order, the user settles accounts according to the order, specifically, for each order, the controller of the commodity storage device may send the order to the client of the user corresponding to the order and the server after updating the order, and the server may send the order to the cash register of the merchant, so that the user may directly settle accounts in the client according to the order, and may also settle accounts according to the order by using the cash register or the POS of the merchant.
Further, in order to ensure that the storage space of the storage medium in the commodity storage device is sufficient, after the order settlement is completed, the controller of the commodity storage device may delete the biometric feature of the user corresponding to the order from the storage medium.

S306: opening a goods taking port of a commodity storage device, and determining commodity change information in the commodity storage device through a sensor of the commodity storage device; and when the closing of the goods taking port of the goods storage equipment is determined, updating the order of the user corresponding to the biological characteristics to be matched according to the goods change information.
S308: and judging whether the biological characteristics matched with the biological characteristics to be matched exist in the pre-stored biological characteristics of the second users, if so, executing S310, and if not, executing S312.
S310: opening a goods taking port of a commodity storage device, and determining change information of commodities in the commodity storage device through a sensor of the commodity storage device; and when the goods taking port of the goods storage device is determined to be closed, updating the inventory information of the goods in the goods storage device according to the change information.
The order processing method has been described in detail in steps S100 to S106 of fig. 1, and the inventory information processing method in fig. 3 is described in detail as follows:
because the goods taking port of the commodity storage device can be opened only under the condition that the biological characteristics are successfully matched, the manager can upload the biological characteristics of the manager to the storage medium of the controller of the commodity storage device before replenishment.
Specifically, the administrator may first register administrator identity information in a platform of the management system, may acquire a biometric feature of the administrator through a biometric feature acquisition device on a mobile phone or installed on a computer, and send the biometric feature of the administrator to the controller of the commodity storage device, where the controller stores the received biometric feature of the administrator in a biometric feature of each second user of the storage medium. The identity information of the registered administrator can also directly use the biological characteristic acquisition equipment on the commodity storage equipment to acquire the biological characteristics of the registered administrator, and the commodity storage equipment can directly store the acquired biological characteristics into the biological characteristics of the second user of the storage medium of the controller.
When the commodities in the commodity storage device are insufficient, the manager can enable the commodity storage device to collect the own biological characteristics as the biological characteristics to be matched, after the controller determines that the biological characteristics matched with the biological characteristics to be matched exist in the biological characteristics of each second user, the goods taking port is opened, the manager supplements the commodities to the commodity storage device, the sensor of the commodity storage device records the change information of the commodities in the commodity storage device in real time, when the goods taking port is closed, the controller updates the change information of the commodities to the inventory information of the commodity storage device, and at the moment, the goods supplementing process is completed. The inventory information of the commodities in the commodity storage equipment is orders corresponding to the inventory information of the commodities, namely the orders comprise the inventory information of the commodities.
As can be seen from the above-mentioned method for fetching food by a first user and supplementing food by a second user, no matter the user identity is a customer or an administrator, the goods storage device needs to collect the biometric features of the users first and then the goods fetching port can be opened after the biometric feature matching is successful, therefore, after the biometric features to be matched are obtained by the goods storage device in step S302, the controller of the goods storage device can perform step S304 and step S308, that is, the controller can search whether the biometric features matching the biometric features to be matched exist in the pre-stored biometric features of each first user and the biometric features of each second user, if the biometric features matching the biometric features to be matched exist in the biometric features of each first user, perform step S306, if the biometric features matching the biometric features to be matched exist in the biometric features of each second user, perform step S310, and if the biometric features of each first user and the biometric features of each second user do not exist in the biometric features matching the biometric features to be matched with the biometric features to be matched And when the characteristics are matched with the biological characteristics, executing step S312, namely rejecting the goods taking port of the commodity storage device, wherein the first user is a user with the identity of a customer, the second user is a user with the identity of an administrator, and the execution sequence of step S304 is not in sequence with that of step S308.
S312: refuse to open the access port of the merchandise storage device.
When the controller of the commodity storage device cannot find the biological characteristics matched with the biological characteristics to be matched in the prestored biological characteristics of the first users or the biological characteristics of the second users, the lock control piece of the goods taking port keeps a locked state, and the goods taking port cannot be opened. If the controller cannot find the matched biometric features because the user fails to register, the user may store the biometric features of the user into the storage medium of the controller by using the registration method in step S100, and if the biometric features of the user are already stored in the storage medium of the controller of the commodity storage device but cannot be successfully matched, the user may repeat step S102 to allow the biometric acquisition device of the commodity storage device to acquire the biometric features of the user again.
It should be noted that, when the user sending the request for opening the commodity storage device to the commodity storage device is the first user, that is, the user whose identity is a customer, at this time, the request for opening the commodity storage device received by the commodity storage device is a pickup request, and the order is a meal order of the user corresponding to the order. And after the order is executed, namely the user finishes payment according to the order, the commodity storage equipment deletes the biological characteristics corresponding to the order.
When the user who sends the request for opening the commodity storage device to the commodity storage device is a second user, namely, a user whose identity is an administrator, at this time, the request for opening the commodity storage device received by the commodity storage device is a replenishment request, and the order is an inventory order of commodities in the commodity storage device. After the order execution is finished, namely the administrator finishes replenishment of the commodities in the commodity storage device, the order corresponding to the stock information of the commodities can be understood to be finished, and the commodity storage device deletes the biological characteristics of the user.
The method for taking the commodity by the first user and supplementing the commodity by the second user can be executed by a commodity storage device, and the commodity storage device is a cabinet for storing the commodity, which is composed of a cabinet body, a biological characteristic acquisition device, a sensor and a commodity taking port. As shown in fig. 2, the large cabinet in fig. 2 is composed of 4 commodity storage devices, and a larger number of commodity storage devices can be used in practical applications, wherein a biometric feature acquisition device of the commodity storage device may be a camera or a fingerprint acquirer, which is not limited in this specification, and the location of the biometric feature acquisition device on the commodity storage device is also not limited. The opening and closing mode of the goods taking opening of the goods storage device can be push-pull or other opening and closing modes, the specification is not limited, and the position of the goods taking opening is not limited.
Specifically, for each commodity storage device, the restaurant can place commodities with the same unit price in the same commodity storage device and preset the unit price of the commodities in the commodity storage device and the mode of calculating the amount of money, so that the order of the user can be accurately updated.
When a user takes commodities, the user can send a request for opening the commodity storage device to the commodity storage device in a mode of pressing a commodity taking button and the like, namely a commodity taking instruction, a controller of the commodity storage device receives the commodity taking instruction, the controller can send a collecting instruction to the biological collecting device when receiving the commodity taking instruction, and the biological collecting device collects biological characteristics of the user as biological characteristics to be matched after receiving the collecting instruction sent by the controller and returns the biological characteristics to be matched to the controller. And after receiving the biological characteristics to be matched returned by the biological characteristic acquisition equipment, the controller judges whether the biological characteristics matched with the biological characteristics to be matched are stored in the biological characteristics of the first users stored in advance, if so, sends an opening instruction to the goods taking port, and sends a recording instruction to the sensor. And after receiving the opening instruction sent by the controller, the goods taking port is opened, and meanwhile, after receiving the recording instruction sent by the controller, the sensor records the change information of the goods in the goods storage device. The method comprises the steps that when a user takes commodities, a goods taking port can be closed, when the goods taking port is closed, a response that the goods taking port is closed can be sent to a controller, the controller sends a recording stopping instruction to a sensor after receiving the response that the goods taking port is closed, the controller sends the recording stopping instruction to the sensor, and the sensor stops recording and returns change information to the controller after receiving the recording stopping instruction sent by the controller. And after receiving the change information of the commodities in the commodity storage equipment, which is sent by the sensor, the controller updates the order of the user corresponding to the biological characteristics to be matched according to the change information.
The controller can also judge whether the biological characteristics matched with the biological characteristics to be matched exist in the biological characteristics of each second user, if so, the controller sends an opening instruction to the goods taking port and sends a recording instruction to the sensor. And after receiving an opening instruction sent by the controller, the goods taking port is opened, and meanwhile, after receiving a recording instruction sent by the controller, the sensor records the change information of the goods in the goods storage device. After the manager finishes replenishing the commodities, the goods taking port is closed, when the goods taking port is closed, a response that the goods taking port is closed can be sent to the controller, the controller sends a recording stopping instruction to the sensor after receiving the response that the goods taking port is closed, and the sensor stops recording and returns the change information to the controller after receiving the recording stopping instruction sent by the controller. And after receiving the change information of the commodities in the commodity storage equipment, which is sent by the sensor, the controller updates the inventory information of the commodities in the commodity storage equipment according to the change information.
And if the controller does not find the biological characteristics matched with the biological characteristics to be matched in the biological characteristics of the first users and the biological characteristics of the second users, the controller refuses to open the goods taking port of the commodity storage device, the controller does not send any instruction or sends a refusing opening instruction to the goods taking port, and the goods taking port is kept closed.
Based on the same idea, the order processing method provided in one or more embodiments of the present specification further provides a corresponding order processing apparatus, as shown in fig. 4.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of an order processing apparatus provided in this specification, which specifically includes:
a registration module 401, a biometric acquisition module 402, and an order processing module 403, wherein:
a registration module 401, configured to respond to a registration request of a user, obtain a biological feature of the user, generate an order of the user, establish a correspondence between the biological feature and the order, and store the correspondence;
a biometric acquisition module 402, configured to, in response to a request of a user to open a commodity device, acquire a biometric of the user through a biometric acquisition device, where the biometric is used as a biometric to be matched;
an order processing module 403, configured to determine whether a biometric feature matching the biometric feature to be matched exists in the pre-stored biometric features of each user; if so, opening a goods taking port of the commodity storage equipment, and determining commodity change information in the commodity storage equipment through a sensor of the commodity storage equipment; when the closing of the goods taking port of the goods storage device is determined, updating the order of the user corresponding to the biological characteristics to be matched according to the goods change information;
optionally, the biometric characteristic of the user comprises a facial characteristic of the user.
Optionally, the order processing module 403 is further configured to close the pickup port of the commodity storage device when the time length that the pickup port of the commodity storage device is not closed exceeds a specified time length.
Optionally, the order processing module 403 is specifically configured to determine, through a sensor of the commodity storage device, a weight change of a commodity in the commodity storage device; and determining the change information of the commodity in the commodity storage equipment according to the weight change.
Optionally, the order processing module 403 is further configured to determine a preset standard weight of each commodity in the commodity storage device; determining the quantity change of the commodities in the commodity storage equipment according to the weight change and the standard weight of each commodity; and determining the change information of the commodities in the commodity storage equipment according to the quantity change.
Optionally, the order processing module 403 is further configured to determine a preset price of the commodity in the commodity storage device; determining the amount of money corresponding to the change information of the commodity in the commodity storage device according to the price and the weight change; the order processing module 403 is specifically configured to determine an order of the user corresponding to the biometric feature to be matched; and updating the change information and the amount of money into the order.
Optionally, the order processing module 403 is further configured to delete the biometric feature of the user after the order is executed.
The device further comprises:
the inventory processing module 404 is configured to determine whether a biometric feature matching the biometric feature to be matched exists in the pre-stored biometric features of the second users; if yes, opening the change information of the commodities in the commodity storage equipment; and when the goods taking port of the goods storage device is determined to be closed, updating the inventory information of the goods in the goods storage device according to the change information.
The present specification also provides a computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program operable to execute the order processing method provided in fig. 1 above.
In the 90 s of the 20 th century, improvements in a technology could clearly distinguish between improvements in hardware (e.g., improvements in circuit structures such as diodes, transistors, switches, etc.) and improvements in software (improvements in process flow). However, as technology advances, many of today's process flow improvements have been seen as direct improvements in hardware circuit architecture. Designers almost always obtain the corresponding hardware circuit structure by programming an improved method flow into the hardware circuit. Thus, it cannot be said that an improvement in the process flow cannot be realized by hardware physical modules. For example, a Programmable Logic Device (PLD), such as a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), is an integrated circuit whose Logic functions are determined by programming the Device by a user. A digital system is "integrated" on a PLD by the designer's own programming without requiring the chip manufacturer to design and fabricate application-specific integrated circuit chips. The controller may be implemented in any suitable manner, for example, the controller may take the form of, for example, a microprocessor or processor and a computer-readable medium storing computer-readable program code (e.g., software or firmware) executable by the (micro) processor, logic gates, switches, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a programmable logic controller, and an embedded microcontroller, examples of which include, but are not limited to, the following microcontrollers: ARC 625D, Atmel AT91SAM, Microchip PIC18F26K20, and Silicone Labs C8051F320, the memory controller may also be implemented as part of the control logic for the memory. Claims (11)

1. An order processing method, comprising:
responding to a registration request of a user, acquiring a biological characteristic of the user, generating an order of the user, establishing a corresponding relation between the biological characteristic and the order and storing the biological characteristic and the order;
responding to a request of a user for opening the commodity storage device, and acquiring the biological characteristics of the user through the biological characteristic acquisition device to serve as the biological characteristics to be matched;
judging whether a biological characteristic matched with the biological characteristic to be matched exists in the prestored biological characteristics of each first user;
if so, opening a goods taking port of the commodity storage equipment, and determining change information of commodities in the commodity storage equipment through a sensor of the commodity storage equipment; and when the closing of the goods taking port of the commodity storage equipment is determined, updating the order corresponding to the biological characteristics to be matched according to the change information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the biometric characteristic of the user comprises: the facial features of the user.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
and when the time length of the unclosed goods taking port of the commodity storage device exceeds the specified time length, closing the goods taking port of the commodity storage device.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein determining change information for the item in the item storage device via a sensor of the item storage device comprises:
determining, by a sensor of the merchandise storage device, a change in weight of merchandise within the merchandise storage device;
and determining the change information of the commodity in the commodity storage equipment according to the weight change.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein change information for the items in the item storage device is determined based on the weight change, the method further comprising:
determining a preset standard weight of each commodity in the commodity storage device;
determining the quantity change of the commodities in the commodity storage equipment according to the weight change and the standard weight of each commodity;
and determining the change information of the commodities in the commodity storage equipment according to the quantity change.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein prior to updating the order of the user corresponding to the biometric to be matched, the method further comprises:
determining the price of the commodity in the commodity storage device which is preset;
determining the amount of money corresponding to the change information of the commodity in the commodity storage device according to the price and the weight change;

7. The method of claim 1, wherein after acquiring the biometric characteristic of the user as the biometric characteristic to be matched by the biometric characteristic acquisition device, the method further comprises:
judging whether a biological characteristic matched with the biological characteristic to be matched exists in the pre-stored biological characteristics of each second user;
if so, opening a goods taking port of the commodity storage equipment, and determining the change information of the commodities in the commodity storage equipment through a sensor of the commodity storage equipment; and when the goods taking port of the goods storage device is determined to be closed, updating the inventory information of the goods in the goods storage device according to the change information.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:

the registration module is used for responding to a registration request of a user, acquiring the biological characteristics of the user, generating an order of the user, and establishing and storing the corresponding relation between the biological characteristics and the order;
the acquisition module is used for responding to a request of a user for opening the commodity storage equipment, acquiring the biological characteristics of the user through the biological characteristic acquisition equipment, and taking the biological characteristics as biological characteristics to be matched;
the order processing module is used for judging whether the biological characteristics matched with the biological characteristics to be matched exist in the pre-stored biological characteristics of each user; if so, opening a goods taking port of the commodity storage equipment, and determining commodity change information in the commodity storage equipment through a sensor of the commodity storage equipment; and when the closing of the goods taking port of the goods storage equipment is determined, updating the order of the user corresponding to the biological characteristics to be matched according to the goods change information.
11. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the storage medium stores a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the method of any of the preceding claims 1 to 8.
