Detailed Description
In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantageous effects to be solved by the present invention more clearly apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
The typesetting method of the presentation can be used for all computer equipment which can use the presentation, such as computers, mobile phones and the like. And the computer equipment is provided with application software for typesetting, editing and displaying the demonstration manuscript.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating an implementation of a method for composing a presentation according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 1, a method for typesetting a presentation provided in an embodiment of the present application is described, where the method may include:
s11: and when a new added page is detected in an editing interface of the current presentation, determining a reference page from the current presentation.
In step S11, the editing interface of the current presentation refers to an interface at the time of the user editing the presentation. Here, the current presentation is an original page that is a presentation page that has been edited by the user. When the user copies and pastes the other presentation files to the editing interface of the current presentation file, a new page is formed. Because the newly added pages are from other presentation files and may be different from the typesetting style of the presentation file being edited at present, the problems that the layout and the typesetting of the whole presentation file are different, the style is not uniform and the appearance is not beautiful are brought.
In this embodiment, the reference page is a page other than the additional page, the cover page, the catalog page, and the ending page in the current presentation. Here, the reference page may be a user-defined pre-selection. The reference page is determined from the current presentation, so that the user can be prevented from manually searching the reference page in the current presentation page, the trouble of error and repeated modification caused by repeated comparison of the newly added page can be avoided, and the trial and error rate can be reduced.
As an embodiment of the present application, step S11 includes:
calculating the similarity between each original page and the newly added page in the current presentation to obtain a similarity set; and determining a target original page as a reference page from the current presentation according to the similarity set.
In this embodiment, calculating the similarity between each original page and the new added page in the current presentation is to calculate a ratio of a sum of total numbers of pictures, tables, and text boxes in each original page to a sum of total numbers of pictures, tables, and text boxes in the new added page. Pages of a presentation typically include pictures, tables, and text boxes, and only the text boxes may be present or both the pictures, tables, and text boxes may be present within a page of the presentation. Therefore, the similarity between the original page and the new added page is calculated by calculating the ratio of the sum of the total number of the pictures, the tables and the text boxes in the original page and the new added page. And the similarity set is the ratio of the total number of the pictures, the tables or the text boxes in each original page to the sum of the total number of the pictures, the tables and the text boxes in the new added page.
It should be noted that, determining the target original page from the current presentation as the reference page is determining the target original page with the highest similarity from the similarity set. The closer the ratio of the sum of the total number of the pictures, the tables and the text boxes in the original page to the sum of the total number of the pictures, the tables and the text boxes in the new added page is to 1, the higher the similarity between the original page and the new added page is.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a diagram illustrating similarity calculation in a method for composing a presentation according to an embodiment of the present application. As an example, the original pages (21, 31) in the current presentation are copied and pasted between the original page 21 and the original page 31 by the new page 11 from another presentation.
Calculating the similarity between each original page and the newly added page in the current presentation to obtain a similarity set, specifically, calculating a first similarity between the newly added page 11 and the original page 21, and calculating a second similarity between the newly added page 11 and the original page 31, wherein the first similarity and the second similarity form the similarity set. And determining the target original page as a reference page from the current presentation according to the similarity set, wherein the similarity closest to 1 in the similarity set can be determined, and the corresponding original page is used as the reference page. In this example, when the first similarity in the similarity set is closer to 1 than the second similarity, the original page 21 corresponding to the first similarity is taken as the reference page.
Based on the above example, when calculating the similarity between the new page and the original page, the new page of the current presentation may be detected, and 2 text boxes of the new page may be obtained by detecting and scanning or establishing coordinates on the new page. Then each original page of the current presentation is detected, and the same method is used to obtain that the original page 1 has 3 text boxes and the original page 2 has 4 text boxes. The similarity between the original page 1 and the newly added page is 3/2, and the similarity between the original page 1 and the newly added page is 4/2. The similarity sets are 3/2 and 4/2. We can obtain that the target original page with the highest similarity to the new added page is the original page 1, so the original page 1 is determined as the reference page.
S12: adjusting the elements to be adjusted in the newly added page according to the element attribute information of the reference page to obtain an adjusted page; and the element attribute information of the adjusted page is the same as the element attribute information of the reference page.
In step S12, the element attribute information of the reference page is attribute information of a picture, a table, a text box, or the like within the reference page. That is, the elements of the reference page are pictures, tables, or text boxes. The element attribute information of the reference page includes, but is not limited to, position, size, and content. Here, position refers to the layout of an element in a presentation, which may be in the upper left, lower right, or center of a presentation page. Size refers to the size of an element relative to a presentation page. The content refers to the specific content of a text box, a table or a picture. The content of the text box refers to the font name, font size, font color, font arrangement or character spacing of characters, numbers or symbols in the text box. A presentation page typically includes a title text box and a content text box, with the title text box typically being located directly above or to the upper left of the presentation page and the content text box typically being located below the title text box.
In this embodiment, the elements to be adjusted in the newly added page are different from the reference page in position, size, or content of the elements in the newly added page, and according to the element attribute information of the reference page, the elements to be adjusted in the newly added page are detected, and the elements in the newly added page are adjusted to obtain the adjusted page. At the moment, the typesetting of the adjusted page and the reference page is basically consistent or similar, the layout of the current presentation page is reasonable, and the style is uniform and beautiful.
It should be noted that, the element to be adjusted in the newly added page is adjusted according to the element attribute information of the reference page, and if the element to be adjusted in the newly added page only includes a position, a size, or content, the newly added page is adjusted according to the position, the size, or the content of the reference page. If the elements to be adjusted in the newly added page comprise positions, sizes and contents, the sizes of the elements in the newly added page can be adjusted according to the reference page, and then the positions and the contents of the elements in the newly added page are adjusted. The size, position and content of the elements of the newly added page can also be adjusted simultaneously.
As one implementation manner of this embodiment, step S12 includes:
s121: identifying all elements existing in the newly added page, and determining a range to be adjusted from all the elements;
s122: and if the elements to be adjusted are determined from all the elements according to the range to be adjusted, adjusting the elements to be adjusted in the newly added page according to the element attribute information of the reference page to obtain an adjusted page, wherein the adjusted page comprises the adjusted elements.
In step S121, identifying all elements existing in the new added page is identifying a text box, a picture or a table existing in the new added page. The step of determining the range to be adjusted from all the elements is to determine the range of the elements, which is different from the element attribute information of the reference page, from all the elements in the newly added page.
As an embodiment of the present application, step S121 may further include:
and determining the element type to be adjusted from all the elements as the element range to be adjusted according to the element type described by the element attribute information.
The step of determining the range of the element to be adjusted is to determine the range to be adjusted from all elements of the newly added page according to the element attribute information of the reference page. The range to be adjusted comprises elements of the newly added page, and other factors except the elements comprise a background picture, a footer and the like. And acquiring the positions and the sizes of the reference page and the newly added page elements, and obtaining the range of the newly added page to be adjusted through comparison.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is an exemplary diagram for determining a range to be adjusted in a method for composing a presentation according to an embodiment of the present application. As an example, there is a title text box a and a content text box C within the new add page. And detecting all elements in the new added page to obtain the title text box A and the content text box C of the new added page to be adjusted.
Based on the above example, the method for determining the range of the element to be adjusted of the newly added page may be to identify the text box in the newly added page by scanning or establishing coordinates and the like. And establishing a coordinate which takes the upper left corner of the demonstration page as an origin, downwards as a Y axis and rightwards as an X axis in the demonstration page. The method for simulating the mouse by the computer is adopted, the demonstration page is clicked right for one time at a distance of 0.01cm from the origin (0,0) to obtain a point with coordinates (0.01,0), the right click at the distance of 0.01cm is continued until the vertex of the upper right corner of the demonstration page is clicked, the coordinates are (x,0), the point with coordinates (x,0.01) is clicked downwards to obtain a point with coordinates (x,0.01), the text box is not detected, the left click at the distance of 0.01cm is continued, and the steps are repeated until the title text box A is clicked. And (5) acquiring the coordinates of the title text box A after the title text box A is selected, wherein the coordinates of the upper left corner of the title text box A are (A1, A2) and the coordinates of the lower right corner of the title text box A are (A3, A4). Because the default setting of the text box is a rectangle, the size of the text box can be obtained only by determining the coordinates of the upper left corner and the lower right corner of the text box. The two border sizes A3-A1 and A4-A2 of title text box A are automatically detected. And continuously identifying the content text box of the newly added page, clicking the demonstration page once to the right at a distance of 0.01cm from the point (0, A4+0.01) to obtain a point with the coordinate of (0.01, A4+0.01), continuously clicking to the right at a distance of 0.01cm until a frame of the demonstration page is clicked, clicking to the lower side when the frame is clicked, and continuously clicking to the left at a distance of 0.01cm if the frame is not detected, and repeating the steps until a text box C is clicked, and selecting the text box C. Text box C has coordinates of the top left corner (C1, C2) and the bottom right corner (C3, C4).
Referring to the presence of title text box B and content text box D in the page, the upper left corner coordinates of text box B are (B1, B2), the lower right corner coordinates are (B3, B4) and the two border sizes B3-B1 and B4-B2 of text box B. And respectively comparing the sizes of the coordinates of the upper left corner and the lower right corner of the title text box A and the title text box B, and if the numerical value of one coordinate is different, adjusting the title text box A. The positions and sizes of text box C and text box D are compared in the same step. Because the position of the title text box A is different from that of the title text box B, and the position of the content text box C is different from that of the content text box D, the to-be-adjusted range of the newly-added page is the title text box A and the content text box D.
S122: and if the elements to be adjusted are determined from all the elements according to the range to be adjusted, adjusting the elements to be adjusted in the newly added page according to the element attribute information of the reference page to obtain an adjusted page, wherein the adjusted page comprises the adjusted elements.
In step S122, adjusting the element to be adjusted in the newly added page according to the element attribute information of the reference page is to adjust the position, size, or content of the element of the newly added page. And if the element to be adjusted in the newly added page is a text box, adjusting the text box to be adjusted in the newly added page according to the size and the coordinates of the reference text box in the reference page. The adjustment of the element content of the newly added page is to adjust the text box to be adjusted of the newly added page to obtain the adjusted text box according to the font name, font size, font color, text arrangement or character spacing of characters, numbers or symbols in the reference text box. And adjusting all elements to be adjusted of the newly added page to obtain an adjusted page.
In a specific embodiment, if the title text box a and the content text box C of the new added page, which are elements to be adjusted, are determined from all the elements according to the range to be adjusted, the title text box a of the new added page is dragged by taking the upper left-hand coordinate of the title text box B of the reference page as a fixed point, so that the upper left-hand coordinate of the title text box a is the same as that of the title text box B (B1, B2), and the title text box a is enlarged or reduced according to the border sizes B3-B1 and B4-B2 of the title text box B. Likewise, the content text box C is adjusted in coordinates and a border size of the content text box D. At this time, the adjusted title text box a and the adjusted content text box C are obtained. The newly added page is the adjusted page.
S13: when the adjusted page has an overlapping phenomenon, adjusting the adjusted page according to a preset adjustment strategy to obtain a target page; the element attribute information of the target page is similar to the element attribute information of the reference page, and the target page does not have an overlapping phenomenon.
In step S13, the adjusted page may have an overlap phenomenon, that is, when the numbers of elements of the added page and the reference page are not completely the same, after the added page is adjusted according to the element attribute information of the reference page, the elements in the adjusted page overlap with each other after adjustment. Therefore, an adjustment strategy is preset, the adjusted page is adjusted to obtain a target page, and the style of the target page is consistent or similar to that of the reference page.
The preset adjustment strategy specifically comprises the steps of detecting the adjusted page, and detecting elements in the page by methods such as scanning or coordinate establishment. If the multiple elements are overlapped, the intervals among the multiple elements are adjusted, or the elements are reduced, and the adjusted page is detected until the overlapping phenomenon does not exist any more, so that the target page is obtained. If the adjusted page does not have the overlapping phenomenon after detection, the adjustment is not carried out, and the adjusted page is the target page. The fact that the element attribute information of the target page is similar to the element attribute information of the reference page means that the element attribute information of the target page is similar to the element attribute information of the reference page, including the position, size and content of the element, because the position, size and content of the element of the target page obtained after the adjusted page is adjusted by a preset adjustment strategy are basically the same as those of the reference page, only the element in the adjusted page is reduced by the adjustment strategy, and the style of the target page is basically the same as that of the reference page.
As an embodiment of the present application, step S13 includes:
s131: detecting the interior of the adjusted element according to the position of the adjusted element in the adjusted page;
s132: and if detecting that another element exists in the adjusted element, determining that the adjusted element has an overlapping phenomenon, and adjusting the adjusted page according to a preset adjustment strategy to obtain a target page.
In step S131, the detection of the interior of the adjusted element is the detection of whether there is an overlap phenomenon in the adjusted page according to the position of the adjusted element.
In a specific embodiment, the title text box a in the adjusted page is detected, and the coordinates of the upper left corner and the lower right corner of the title text box a are (a1, a2) and (A3, a 4). Clicking to the right at a distance of 0.01cm starting from the coordinates (A1+0.01, A2+0.01), when clicking to the (A3-0.01, A2+0.01) point, no other text box is detected, clicking to the down at a distance of 0.01cm, no other text box is detected, clicking to the left at a distance of 0.01cm, and so on until clicking to another text box, which is the content text box C. At this time, the title text box a and the content text box C overlap. And if another text box is not detected within the title text box A by continuously clicking, the adjusted elements are not overlapped.
In step S132, if it is detected that another element exists inside the adjusted element, the adjusted element is continuously detected by detecting the adjusted element in the adjusted page, and when another adjusted element exists in one adjusted element, the adjusted element has an overlapping phenomenon, that is, the adjusted page has an overlapping phenomenon.
As an embodiment of the present application, step S132 may further include:
and narrowing down the adjusted elements according to the positions of the adjusted elements in the adjusted page to obtain a target page.
If the adjusted elements in the adjusted page have the overlapping phenomenon, adjusting the intervals between the adjusted elements, or reducing the adjusted elements according to the positions of the adjusted elements, and detecting the adjusted elements until the overlapping phenomenon does not exist any more.
In a specific embodiment, when the adjusted title text box a in the adjusted page is overlapped, that is, the adjusted title text box a and the adjusted content text box C are overlapped, the title text box a is reduced and reduced upwards by a distance of 0.01cm until the title text box a is detected to be no longer overlapped. Or the title text box A is not changed, and the content text box C is reduced downwards by a distance of 0.01cm until the fact that the title text box A is not overlapped any more is detected.
As an implementation manner of this embodiment, after step S13, the method further includes:
and displaying the target page in a full screen mode.
And displaying the target page in a full screen manner, namely automatically displaying the target page obtained after the step S13 in the current presentation to obtain a presentation with uniform layout.
According to the scheme, when a new added page is detected in an editing interface of the current presentation, the reference page is determined from the current presentation, the element to be adjusted in the new added page is adjusted according to the element attribute information of the reference page to obtain the adjusted page, and then the adjusted page is adjusted according to the preset adjustment strategy through the preset adjustment strategy when the adjusted page has an overlapping phenomenon, so that the target page is obtained, so that the automatic typesetting of the presentation can be realized without manual typesetting of a user during the typesetting of the presentation, and the typesetting efficiency of the presentation is improved.
