The technical scheme is that the provincial cloud service end comprises a server, a workstation or a virtual machine which provides computing, storage and network capabilities for the operation of a provincial service end application system, provides a provincial quality inspection logic rule database creating function and a provincial quality inspection logic rule database configuration function for a user, and comprises an X86 computing server which is not limited to building a computing resource pool, a storage server which is built a storage resource pool, a network server and a gateway which are built a network resource pool, virtualization platform software which is used for performing resource virtualization management, and an operating system, a database platform, a GIS platform and network middleware which are deployed on a virtualization platform.
Aiming at the problems of difficult modification and low updating efficiency of quality inspection logic rules in the annual updating work of one picture of forest resources, the invention provides a method, a device and a cloud platform for updating the quality inspection logic rules of one picture of forest resources.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the timeliness is high. After the provincial users update the provincial quality inspection logic rule database, the users can find the change of the quality inspection logic rules through synchronous comparison, and the provincial users can use a real-time updating mode to replace the previous centralized collective updating mode, so that the timeliness of the overall updating is improved.

4. The safety of the quality inspection logic rules is higher. Through an encryption technology, the province and county two-level quality inspection logic rule database is protected, the quality inspection logic rules are prevented from being maliciously attacked, and the safety of quality inspection work is enhanced.
