7. The equipment energy consumption control method according to claim 1, wherein an electrical safety isolation function is provided between the equipment energy consumption control device and the information equipment.

A computer-readable storage medium characterized by: the computer readable storage medium has stored thereon a device energy consumption control program which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the device energy consumption control method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
