According to the invention, the smoke expansion rectangular port is connected with the high-temperature air pipe, the rectangular platform pipe can diffuse high-speed tail gas, the condition that the contact surface of the tail gas and the fins of the heat exchanger is larger but only passes through the middle fin part is ensured, the cooling effect is better, but the main box body cannot be damaged, meanwhile, the flange box cover is connected with the main box body through the buckles and the bolts, the disassembly is more convenient, and the water outlet is arranged at the lower end of the main box body, so that the water drainage is convenient during the fin cleaning.

Background

The heat exchanger box body comprises a main box body, wherein smoke expansion rectangular openings are formed in the front end and the rear end of the main box body, a detachable flange box cover is arranged at the upper end of the main box body, a heat exchanger is arranged in the main box body, a flow guide clamping groove is formed in the inner side end of the main box body, supporting legs are arranged at four corners of the lower end of the main box body, and a water outlet is formed in the lower end of the main box body.
In some embodiments, the upper port of the main box body is provided with a buckle, and the middle parts of four sides of the upper port of the main box body are provided with lower connecting plates.
In some embodiments, the flanged box cover is provided with a clamping groove and an upper connecting plate which correspond to the positions of the buckle and the lower connecting plate, the periphery of the flanged box cover is provided with a connecting plate slot, and the upper end of the flanged box cover is provided with a handle.
In some embodiments, the upper port of the main box body is further provided with a sealing plate, and the sealing plate is positioned at two sides of the lower end of the lower connecting plate.
In some embodiments, the upper connecting plate and the lower connecting plate are connected by bolts.
In some embodiments, the smoke expansion rectangular opening comprises a rectangular table pipe, an air pipe and a connecting flange, wherein one end of the rectangular table pipe with a larger cross section is connected with the main box body, one end of the rectangular table pipe with a smaller cross section is respectively connected with the air pipe, and the front end of the air pipe is provided with the connecting flange.

The heat exchanger box body has the advantages that the high-temperature air pipe is connected through the smoke expansion rectangular opening, the rectangular platform pipe can diffuse high-speed tail gas, the contact surface between the tail gas and fins of a heat exchanger is larger, but the tail gas only passes through the middle fins, the cooling effect is better, the main box body cannot be damaged, meanwhile, the flange box cover is connected with the main box body through the buckles and the bolts, the disassembly is more convenient, and the water outlet is formed in the lower end of the main box body, so that water drainage during fin cleaning is facilitated.

The flange box cover 3 is provided with a clamping groove 31 and an upper connecting plate 32 corresponding to the positions of the buckle 13 and the lower connecting plate 14, a connecting plate slot 33 is arranged on the periphery of the flange box cover 3, and a handle 34 is arranged at the upper end of the flange box cover 3, so that the flange box cover 3 can be conveniently mounted and dismounted.

The upper connecting plate 32 is connected with the lower connecting plate 14 through bolts, so that the main box body 1 and the flange box cover 3 can be tightly connected and prevented from falling off.

The heat exchanger 4 comprises a fin part 41, a flow guide clamping plate 42, a cooling water inlet pipe 43, a fin guide pipe 44 and a cooling water outlet pipe 45, wherein the flow guide clamping plate 42 is arranged on two sides of the fin part 41, the cooling water inlet pipe 43 is arranged at the front end of the fin part 41, the fin guide pipe 44 is arranged on one side of the fin part 41, the fin guide pipe 44 is respectively connected with the cooling water inlet pipe 43 and the cooling water outlet pipe 45, and the heat exchanger can enable cooling water to enter fins for heat exchange through the cooling water inlet pipe 43, the fin guide pipe 44 and the cooling water outlet pipe 45.
The flow guide clamping plate 42 is clamped in the flow guide clamping groove 11, so that the heat exchanger 4 is conveniently erected in the main box body 1, and the whole disassembly and cleaning are convenient.
In a specific using process, the heat exchanger 4 can be embedded into the flow guide clamping groove 11 of the main box body 1 through the flow guide clamping plate 42, then the flange box cover 3 is covered, the lower side plate 35 of the flange box cover 3 is completely inserted into the sealing plate 15 of the main box body 1, the clamping groove 31 is clamped by the buckle 13, and then the upper connecting plate 32 and the lower connecting plate 14 are fixedly connected through the bolt. After the assembly is finished, the smoke expansion rectangular port 2 at one end of the main box body 1 is connected with a tail gas inlet, the smoke expansion rectangular port 2 at the other end of the main box body is connected with a gas outlet, the cooling water inlet pipe 43 of the heat exchanger 4 is connected with a water inlet, and the cooling water outlet pipe 45 of the heat exchanger 4 is connected with a water outlet.
When the heat exchanger 4 works, cooling water is turned on, the cooling water enters the fin guide pipe 44 through the cooling water inlet pipe 43, and the fin guide pipe 44 cools the fin part 41 and then flows out through the cooling water outlet pipe 45; when tail gas got into and expands cigarette square mouth 2, rectangle platform pipe 21 can carry out speed reduction diffusion with tail gas for the middle part of tail gas contact fin portion 41 carries out the heat transfer, but the main tank body 1 that can not contact again prevents that tail gas from damaging main tank body 1.
When the heat exchanger needs to be cleaned, the buckle 13 of the flange box cover 3 is detached, the bolts of the upper connecting plate and the lower connecting plate are connected, the fins of the heat exchanger 4 can be cleaned by cleaning liquid, and the cleaning liquid can flow out from the water outlet 12, so that the heat exchanger is convenient to clean integrally.

The heat exchanger box body according to claim 2, wherein the flanged box cover 3 is provided with a locking groove 31 and an upper connecting plate 32 corresponding to the positions of the locking buckle 13 and the lower connecting plate 14, the flanged box cover 3 is provided with a connecting plate slot 33 at the periphery, and the flanged box cover 3 is provided with a handle 34 at the upper end.

A heat exchanger casing according to claim 3, wherein the main casing 1 is further provided at its upper end with a sealing plate 15, the sealing plate 15 being provided at both sides of the lower end of the lower connecting plate 14, and the lower side plate 35 of the lid 3 of the flange cover being insertable into the sealing plate 15.

The heat exchanger box body according to claim 1, wherein the smoke expansion rectangular port 2 comprises a rectangular table tube 21, an air tube 22 and a connecting flange 23, one end of the rectangular table tube 21 with a larger cross section is connected with the main box body 1, one end of the rectangular table tube 21 with a smaller cross section is respectively connected with the air tube 22, and the front end of the air tube 22 is provided with the connecting flange 23.
