Detailed Description
The technical solution in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely exemplary of the invention, and not restrictive of the full scope of the invention. The following description of at least one exemplary embodiment is merely illustrative in nature and is in no way intended to limit the invention, its application, or uses. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, an embodiment of the present invention provides an air conditioner including: a housing 10, the housing 10 having an air inlet; the filter screen 21 is arranged at the air inlet; a cleaning unit 30 for cleaning the filter screen 21; a water pan 40 arranged in the housing 10, the water pan 40 having a water outlet 41; and a dust collecting box 50 disposed below the cleaning part 30 and the water receiving tray 40 to collect dust swept by the cleaning part 30 and condensed water discharged from the water outlet 41, wherein the dust collecting box 50 has a discharge port communicated with the outside of the housing 10.
In this scheme, the dust on filter screen 21 can be cleaned automatically through cleaning portion 30, and the dust that is swept down falls into dust-collecting box 50, and through the setting in this scheme, dust-collecting box 50 sets up in the below of water collector 40, and the comdenstion water that water collector 40 collected flows into in dust-collecting box 50 automatically under the effect of gravity, and the comdenstion water can wash out the dust in dust-collecting box 50 outside casing 10 like this. This scheme has realized the self-cleaning to filter screen 21, has discharged the dust automatically to need not to set up the structure of drawing water and draw water, consequently simple structure has reduced the cost of air conditioner when improving user experience.
Wherein the case 10 has a drain port 15, the drain port 15 is communicated with the outside through a pipe, and the drain port of the dust box 50 is communicated with the drain port 15 of the case 10, thereby discharging condensed water mixed with dust.
The bottom of the water pan 40 is inclined relative to the horizontal plane, so that water in the water pan 40 can flow to a certain side in a concentrated manner, and water gathering is facilitated. Or, the groove bottom of the dust collecting box 50 is obliquely arranged relative to the horizontal plane, so that water and dust in the dust collecting box 50 can intensively flow to a certain side, and the flushing and the discharging are facilitated.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the two ends of the housing 10 in the length direction are a first end 11 and a second end 12, respectively, wherein the height of the groove bottom of the drip pan 40 gradually decreases from the first end 11 to the second end 12, and the height of the groove bottom of the dust box 50 gradually decreases from the second end 12 to the first end 11. Therefore, water in the water receiving tray 40 flows from the first end 11 to the second end 12 under the action of gravity, and is discharged from the water outlet 41 when meeting the water outlet 41, so that the collection of condensed water is facilitated. After falling into the dust collecting box 50, the condensed water flows from the second end 12 to the first end 11 under the action of gravity, so that the dust in the dust collecting box 50 is washed away. Wherein, the discharge port of the dust box 50 is positioned at one end of the dust box 50 with a lower height, so as to facilitate the discharge of condensed water and dust.
Optionally, the trough bottom of the drip tray 40 is inclined at an angle of 5 ° to 20 °, for example 10 °, to the horizontal. The groove bottom of the dust box 50 is inclined at an angle of 5 ° to 20 °, for example, 10 °, to the horizontal plane.
As shown in fig. 3, the bottom of the dust box 50 is inclined with respect to the horizontal plane, the dust box 50 extends in the longitudinal direction of the drip tray 40, and the discharge port is located at the lower end of the dust box 50. This facilitates drainage of condensed water and dust.
The number of the water outlets 41 may be multiple, and the multiple water outlets 41 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the housing 10. This facilitates the condensed water in the drip tray 40 to fall to different positions of the dust box 50 to wash away the dust at different positions. Wherein, the diameter of the water outlet 41 can be set to the width of the bottom wall of the water pan 40.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the dust box 50 has a first sidewall 51 and a second sidewall 52 connected to each other, the first sidewall 51 and the second sidewall 52 are each disposed obliquely with respect to a horizontal plane, and an area between the first sidewall 51 and the second sidewall 52 is used to collect dust and condensed water. With the above arrangement, the first and second side walls 51 and 52 are formed in a V shape, so that dust can be collected in a relatively narrow area of the bottom wall of the dust box 50, thereby facilitating the washing away of the dust using condensed water. Optionally, the first side wall 51 is connected to the drip tray 40, and the second side wall 52 abuts against the inner wall of the housing 10, so that dust can be prevented or reduced from falling into the region outside the dust box 50.
In this embodiment, the casing 10 includes a panel 13 and a rear casing 14, which are oppositely disposed, and the air conditioner further includes a fan blade 60, the fan blade 60 is disposed in the casing 10, and the fan blade is located between the panel 13 and the rear casing 14. The drip tray 40 may be provided as an integral part or may comprise different parts. For example, the water pan 40 includes a front water receiving tank 42 and a rear water receiving tank 43, the rear water receiving tank 43 is located between the fan blade 60 and the rear shell 14, and the front water receiving tank 42 is located between the fan blade 60 and the panel 13; wherein, the dust collecting box 50 is positioned between the fan blade 60 and the rear shell 14, and the dust collecting box 50 is positioned below the rear water receiving groove 43; or the dust collecting box 50 is positioned between the fan blade 60 and the panel 13, and the dust collecting box 50 is positioned below the front water receiving groove 42. I.e., the dust box 50, may be provided at various positions within the housing 10 as desired to facilitate the structural arrangement. For example, in fig. 1, the dust box 50 is located between the fan blade 60 and the rear housing 14, and the dust box 50 is located below the rear water receiving groove 43.
The air conditioner further comprises an evaporator 80, the evaporator 80 is of a U-shaped structure with the opening facing downwards, and the evaporator 80 is arranged around the fan blades 60, so that the heat exchange effect can be improved.
In an embodiment not shown in the drawings, the dust collecting box 50 is located between the fan blade 60 and the panel 13, the dust collecting box 50 is located below the front water receiving groove 42, the front water receiving groove 42 is lower than the rear water receiving groove 43, and the rear water receiving groove 43 is communicated with the front water receiving groove 42. Therefore, the condensed water received in the rear water receiving groove 43 can flow into the front water receiving groove 42, and then is collected with the condensed water in the front water receiving groove 42 and flows into the dust collecting box 50, so that the water amount of the dust collecting box 50 is increased, and the dust in the dust collecting box 50 is completely washed away.
In this embodiment, the drip tray 40 and the dust box 50 are an integral structure. Set up water collector 40 and dust collection box 50 into an organic whole structure, reducible assembly reduces the processing degree of difficulty. Specifically, the drip tray 40 and the dust box 50 may be injection molded.
In order to improve the dust collecting effect, the air conditioner further includes: a dust collecting baffle 70 arranged in the housing 10, wherein a dust collecting channel 71 is formed in the area between the dust collecting baffle 70 and the inner wall of the housing 10, the upper end of the dust collecting channel 71 is opened towards the cleaning part 30, and the lower end of the dust collecting channel 71 is opened towards the dust collecting box 50. Thus, the dust can only enter the dust collecting box 50 from the dust collecting channel 71 through the limiting action of the dust collecting baffle 70 and the inner wall of the shell 10, and the dust can be prevented or reduced from entering the fan 60 or the evaporator 80.
Specifically, the dust collection baffle 70 is disposed to be inclined with respect to the vertical direction, and the lower end of the dust collection baffle 70 abuts against the water collector 40. This can reduce the adhesion of dust on the dust collection shutter 70 and prevent dust from entering other positions through the gap. Alternatively, the inclination angle of the dust collection baffle 70 with respect to the vertical direction may be set to 0 to 20 degrees. In the present embodiment, the dust collection baffle 70 may be made of a material that is less likely to stick dust, such as stainless steel.
Wherein, the length of the dust collecting baffle 70 is not less than the length of the cleaning part 30, and the length of the cleaning part 30 is not less than the length of the filter screen 21, so as to ensure the cleaning and collecting effect of the dust. The dust collection baffle 70 may be fixed to the evaporator 80.
In the embodiment, the filter screen 21 is movably disposed, the cleaning portion 30 includes a first rotating shaft 31 and a brush 32 disposed on the first rotating shaft 31, and the first rotating shaft 31 is rotatably disposed to drive the brush 32 to clean the filter screen 21. The brush 32 can clean different positions of the filter screen 21, so that the whole filter screen 21 can be cleaned. The filter screen 21 may be configured to rotate in a ring configuration or configured to move in a sheet configuration along a predetermined path.
Further, the air conditioner further includes: a dust collection baffle 70 disposed in the housing 10, a dust collection passage 71 being formed in a region between the dust collection baffle 70 and an inner wall of the housing 10, an opening at an upper end of the dust collection passage 71 facing the brush 32, and an opening at a lower end of the dust collection passage 71 facing the dust collection box 50; wherein the brush 32 can clean the upper part of the dust collecting barrier 70 while rotating. Thus, the upper part of the dust collecting baffle 70 can be cleaned by the brush 32 to reduce the dust adhered on the dust collecting baffle 70.
In this application, the air conditioner further includes a second rotating shaft 22, the second rotating shaft 22 drives the filter screen 21 to rotate, and the length direction of the filter screen 21 and the length direction of the housing 10 are the same direction. As shown in fig. 1 to 5, in the first embodiment, the second rotating shaft 22 and the first rotating shaft 31 both extend along the length direction of the filter screen 21, so that the filter screen 21 can rotate once to complete cleaning after a short time.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 6, in the second embodiment, unlike the above-described embodiments, both the second rotating shaft 22 and the first rotating shaft 31 extend in the width direction of the filter screen 21. This can reduce the lengths of the second rotating shaft 22, the first rotating shaft 31, and the brush 32, thereby reducing the size and the occupied space of the cleaning part 30.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
