By applying the technical scheme of the application, the first driving part 10 is arranged to drive the first connecting piece 20 to rotate around the first rotating center 110, the air deflector 40 is controlled to move to the opening or closing position, the second driving part 50 drives the air deflector 40 to rotate around the second rotating center 120, and the air deflection angle of the air deflector 40 is controlled to change, in the pushing-out process of the air deflector 40, an included angle formed by an extension line of a geometric center line in the length direction of the first connecting piece 20 and an extension line of a geometric center line in the length direction of the second connecting piece 30 is gradually increased, the push-out stroke of the air deflector 40 is effectively increased due to the increase of the included angle, the movement track of the air deflector 40 is composed of multiple tracks, so that the air deflector 40 moves more flexibly in a limited space, the structure of the air deflector assembly is simple, the installation space of the air deflector assembly can be effectively saved, and the size of the indoor unit with the air deflector assembly in the length direction and the width direction can be reduced, therefore, the indoor unit can realize miniaturization development, and the production cost of the indoor unit is effectively reduced. By applying the technical scheme, the problems that the stroke of the air deflector 40 is limited and the cost of the indoor unit is high in the prior art are solved.
As shown in fig. 11, 12 and 13, when the first driving part 10 drives the air guide plate 40 to move from the closed position to the open position, the distance between the first rotation center 110 and the second rotation center 120 is gradually increased. The arrangement increases the pushing-out stroke of the air deflector 40, so that the air deflector 40 moves more flexibly.
As shown in fig. 3 and 11, the first link 20 includes a first crank 21. A first end of the first crank 21 is connected to an output end of the first driving part 10. The second end of the first crank 21 is connected to the second link 30. The first rotation center 110 is a rotation center of the first crank 21. The arrangement is such that the first driving part 10 can drive the first crank 21 to rotate, and thus drive the second connecting member 30 to move.
Specifically, the axis of the output end of the first driving unit 10 is disposed perpendicular to the geometric center line of the first crank 21 in the longitudinal direction. This arrangement provides good connection stability of the first drive portion 10 to the first crank 21.
As shown in fig. 3 and 12, the second link 30 includes a first rocking lever 31. A first end of the first rocking lever 31 is rotatably connected with a second end of the first connecting member 20. The second driving part 50 is connected to a second end of the first rocking bar 31. The output end of the second driving part 50 is connected to the air deflector 40. The second rotation center 120 is a rotation center of the output end of the second driving part 50. The arrangement makes the structure of the second connecting piece 30 simple, and the second driving part 50 can control the wind guide angle of the wind guide plate 40, thereby improving the practicability of the indoor unit.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the first rocker 31 includes a rocker base 311 and a rocker cover 313. The first end of the rocker base 311 is rotatably connected to the second end of the first link 20. The second end of the rocker seat 311 has a receiving cavity 312. The second driving portion 50 is disposed in the accommodating chamber 312. The rocker cover 313 is connected to the rocker base 311. A closed space is enclosed between the rocker cover 313 and the side wall of the accommodation chamber 312. The arrangement can hide the second driving part 50 in the first rocking bar 31, and plays a role in protecting the second driving part 50.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the air deflection assembly further includes a first retaining member 60. The first limiting member 60 is used for connecting with the installation base. The first limiting member 60 is located between the first driving portion 10 and the first rocking bar 31. The surface of the first limiting member 60 facing the first rocking bar 31 is provided with a first limiting structure 61. The surface of the first rocker 31 is provided with a first limit protrusion matched with the first limit structure 61. The arrangement enables the first limiting part 60 to limit the first rocker 31 through the matching of the first limiting structure 61 and the first limiting protrusion, strictly limits the pushing track of the air deflector 40, and improves the practicability and reliability of the indoor unit. The installation foundation may be a panel body 100 of the indoor unit, the first limiting member 60 may be integrally formed with the panel body 100, and the first limiting member 60 may also be connected to the panel body 100 through a connecting member.
Further, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the air deflection assembly further includes a first stopper 60 and a first sliding guide rod 200. The first limiting member 60 is used for connecting with the installation base. The first limiting member 60 is located between the first driving portion 10 and the first rocking bar 31. The surface of the first limiting member 60 facing the first rocking bar 31 is provided with a first limiting structure 61. The first slide guide rod 200 has a first connecting section 201 and a first guiding section 202. The first connecting section 201 is rotatably connected to the first limiting member 60. The first end of the first guiding section 202 is connected to the first rocker 31, and the second end of the first guiding section 202 extends into the first limiting structure 61. The first stopper 60 and the first rocker 31 are connected with the first slide rail guide rod 200, so that the first stopper 60 and the first slide rail guide rod 200 can more accurately and reliably limit the first rocker 31.
As shown in fig. 4, the first limiting member 60 is provided with a second limiting protrusion 62. The first connecting section 201 is rotatably sleeved on the second limiting protrusion 62. The longitudinal axis of the first guide section 202 is located on one side of the axis of the first connecting section 201. The arrangement makes the first limiting member 60 and the first slide rail guide rod 200 connected firmly and reliably, and the first guiding section 202 moves more accurately.
As shown in fig. 10, the first limiting structure 61 is an arc-shaped groove, so that the first rocker 31 is more stable and reliable in the moving process, and the stroke of the air deflector 40 is increased.
Specifically, the air deflection assembly includes a third driving portion 140, a third connecting member 70, and a fourth connecting member 80. The third driving part 140 is connected to the mounting base. An output end of the third driving part 140 is connected to a first end of the third connector 70. The third driving part 140 may drive the third link 70 to rotate. The rotation center of the third link 70 is the rotation center of the output end of the third driving part 140. The first end of the fourth connector 80 is connected to the second end of the third connector 70, and the second end of the fourth connector 80 is connected to the air deflector 40. The fourth link 80 is disposed opposite to the second link 30. The second driving unit 50 drives the air guide plate 40 to rotate relative to the fourth link 80 to perform an air guide operation. The rotation center of the fourth link 80 is coaxially disposed with the second rotation center 120. The third driving part 140 and the first driving part 10 drive the air guide plate 40 to be positioned at the open position and the closed position. Due to the arrangement, the third driving part 140 can drive the third connecting piece 70 and the fourth connecting piece 80 to move in a matched manner, so that the air deflector 40 is driven to move according to a preset track, and the fourth connecting piece 80 and the second connecting piece 30 can move synchronously, so that the air deflector 40 is more stable in the moving process.
As shown in fig. 5, the air deflection assembly further includes a second stop 90. The second limiting member 90 is connected to the mounting base. The second limiting member 90 is located outside the fourth connecting member 80. The second limiting member 90 is provided with a second limiting structure 91 on a side facing the fourth connecting member 80. The fourth connecting member 80 is provided with a third limiting protrusion matched with the second limiting structure 91. The arrangement enables the second limiting part 90 to be limited to the fourth connecting part 80 through the cooperation of the second limiting structure 91 and the third limiting protrusion, strictly limits the moving track of the air deflector 40, and improves the practicability and reliability of the indoor unit. The installation foundation may be a panel body 100 of the indoor unit, the second limiting member 90 may be integrally formed with the panel body 100, and the second limiting member 90 may also be connected to the panel body 100 through a connecting member.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the air deflection assembly further includes a second stopper 90 and a second sliding rail guide 300. The second limiting member 90 is connected to the mounting base. The second limiting member 90 is located between the third driving portion 140 and the third connecting member 70. The surface of the second limiting member 90 facing the third connecting member 70 is provided with a second limiting structure 91. The second slide guide 300 has a second connecting section 301 and a second guide section 302. The second connecting section 301 is rotatably connected to the second limiting member 90. The first end of the second guiding section 302 is connected with the fourth connecting member 80, and the second end of the second guiding section 302 extends into the second limiting structure 91. The second slide rail guide rod 300 is connected with the second limiting part 90 and the fourth connecting part 80 at the same time, so that the second limiting part 90 and the second limiting part 90 can limit the fourth connecting part 80 more accurately and reliably.

The fourth link 80 includes a second rocking bar 81. The first end of the second rocker 81 is rotatably connected to the second end of the second crank 71. The second end of the second rocker 81 is connected to the air deflector 40. The arrangement is such that the fourth connecting member 80 has a simple structure, and at the same time, the fourth connecting member 80 can move in cooperation with the second crank 71 to move the air deflector 40 to the closed position and the open position.
Further, the second limiting structure 91 is an arc-shaped limiting groove. The arrangement makes the fourth connecting member 80 more stable and reliable in the moving process, and increases the stroke of the air deflector 40.
As shown in fig. 6, the third driving part 140 includes a third motor 141 and a second bushing 142. The driving end of the third motor 141 is connected to the first end of the second hub 142. The second end of the second bushing 142 is connected to the second crank 71. The third motor 141 can drive the second crank 71 to rotate due to the arrangement, and meanwhile, the output shaft of the third motor 141 cannot be exposed outside due to the arrangement of the second shaft sleeve 142, so that accidents caused by the fact that personnel touch the output shaft of the motor by mistake are avoided, and the second crank 71 can move more stably.
The air guide plate assembly in the above embodiment may also be used in the technical field of air conditioning equipment, that is, according to another aspect of the present application, an indoor unit is provided, which includes the air guide plate assembly in the above embodiment.
As shown in fig. 1, the indoor unit includes a panel body 100, and a first driving part 10 of the air guide plate assembly is connected to the panel body 100. The indoor unit has a cooling mode and a heating mode. When the indoor unit is in the heating mode, an included angle formed by the extension line of the geometric center line in the length direction of the first connecting piece 20 and the extension line of the geometric center line in the length direction of the second connecting piece 30 is larger than an included angle formed by the extension line of the geometric center line in the length direction of the first connecting piece 20 and the extension line of the geometric center line in the length direction of the second connecting piece 30 when the indoor unit is in the cooling mode. This arrangement enables the air deflection assembly to be reliably fixed to the panel body 100 while allowing the air deflection plate 40 to be pushed out by a longer stroke in the heating mode than the movement of the air deflection plate 40 in the cooling mode of the indoor unit.
Further, when the indoor unit is in the cooling mode, the airflow at the air outlet of the indoor unit is guided by the air deflector 40 and then blown out in the horizontal direction. When the indoor unit is in a heating mode, the airflow at the air outlet of the indoor unit is guided by the air deflector 40 and then blown out in the vertical direction. The arrangement enables the indoor unit to control the air guide angle of the air guide plate 40 according to different operation modes, and improves the practicability of the indoor unit. The arrangement enables the indoor unit to rapidly realize cooling and heating within a limited time, hot air is blown out along the vertical direction when the indoor unit is in a heating mode, and cold air is blown out along the horizontal direction when the indoor unit is in a cooling mode.
When the air deflector 40 is located at the closed position, an included angle between a geometric center line of the length direction of the first connecting member 20 and a geometric center line of the length direction of the first rocker 31 is α 0. When the indoor unit is in the cooling mode, the included angle between the geometric center line of the first connecting piece 20 in the length direction and the geometric center line of the first rocker 31 in the length direction is α 1. When the indoor unit is in the heating mode, the included angle between the geometric center line of the first connecting piece 20 in the length direction and the geometric center line of the first rocker 31 in the length direction is α 2. Wherein α 0< α 1< α 2. The arrangement enables the indoor unit to control the change of alpha according to different operation modes, and improves the heat exchange efficiency of the indoor unit.

The distance between the first rotating center 110 and the second rotating center 120 can be calculated and the use value can be selected according to actual conditions, so that the air deflector assembly is suitable for indoor units of different models, and the practicability of the air deflector assembly is improved.
In the present application, the first driving unit 10 includes a first motor 11 and a first sleeve 12. The driving end of the first motor 11 is connected to a first end of the first shaft sleeve 12, and a second end of the first shaft sleeve 12 is connected to the first connecting member 20. The second driving part 50 includes a second motor 51. The driving end of the second motor 51 is connected with a speed reducer, and the output end of the speed reducer is connected with the air deflector 40. The arrangement enables the second driving part 50 to output proper rotating speed and torque to drive a plurality of transmission parts, and meanwhile, the whole air deflector assembly is fixed, and the practicability and reliability of the air deflector assembly are improved.

According to the technical scheme, the air deflector 40 is driven to be completely pushed out through the first driving part 10 and the third driving part 140, the second driving part 50 drives the air deflector 40 to rotate, the effects that cold air is blown out along the horizontal direction and hot air is blown out along the vertical direction are achieved, the use experience of a user is effectively improved, and meanwhile, the movement stroke of the air deflector 40 is increased due to the arrangement. The arrangement solves the problem that cold air is directly blown to users due to the structural limitation of the air deflector 40 of the existing indoor unit. The air deflector assembly in the application is simple in structure, can meet the motion requirements of the air deflectors 40 of indoor units with different appearance sizes in different operation modes, and can design the operation path of the air deflectors 40 according to the actual working conditions of the indoor units.
In the present application, the indoor unit has a casing, the casing has an air outlet, the air deflector assembly is driven by the first driving portion 10 and the third driving portion 140 to open and close the air outlet, and the second driving portion 50 drives the air deflector 40 to rotate. Meanwhile, the air deflector 40 has a plurality of open positions and a plurality of closed positions, and the air deflecting angle of the air deflector 40 can be adjusted by the second driving part 50 when the air deflector 40 is located at any one of the open positions or the closed positions.
Further, the longitudinal axis of the first guiding section 202 is parallel to the axis of the first connecting section 201. The longitudinal axis of the second guide section 302 is parallel to the axis of the second connecting section 301.
Further, a first end of the first guide section 202 is connected to the first rocker 31, and a first end of the second guide section 302 is connected to the fourth link 80. The first rocker 31 is rotatably connected with the first crank 21, and a first through hole is formed in one end of the first crank 21 by arranging a first convex column on the first rocker 31, and the first convex column is inserted into the first through hole of the first crank 21, so that the first rocker 31 can rotate around the first through hole. The first crank 21 is further provided with a second through hole at the other end, and the first crank 21 may be connected to the output end of the first driving part 10 through the second through hole.
The second crank 71 has a third through hole and a fourth through hole at two ends, and the second crank 71 is connected to the output end of the third driving part 140 through the fourth through hole. The second rocker 81 is provided with a second convex column, and the second convex column is inserted into the third through hole of the second crank 71, so that the second rocker 81 can rotate around the third through hole.
The air guide plate 40 is provided with a first mounting hole and a second mounting hole, and the output shaft of the second driving part 50 is inserted into the first mounting hole such that one side of the air guide plate 40 is mounted to the first rocker 31. Likewise, one end of the second rocking bar 81 is inserted into the second mounting hole such that the other side of the air deflection plate 40 is mounted to the second rocking bar 81.
The first guiding section 202 is mounted at the first limiting structure 61 and can slide along the first limiting structure 61. Similarly, the second guiding section 302 is mounted at the second limiting structure 91 and can slide along the second limiting structure 91. The first limiting member 60 and the second limiting member 90 are installed in parallel, so that the first limiting structure 61 and the second limiting structure 91 are overlapped along the track of the rotation axis direction.
Further, the first crank 21 and the second crank 71 are disposed opposite to each other and move synchronously, that is, the first crank 21 and the second crank 71 are parallel at any time when the air deflector assembly operates.
As shown in fig. 13, in another embodiment of the present application, when the air deflection assembly is in the initial state, i.e., the indoor unit is in the closed state, the air deflection plate 40 covers the air outlet, so that the air outlet is closed. The first rocker 31 is further provided with a third convex column, and the second rocker 81 is further provided with a fourth convex column. When the air deflection assembly is in an initial state, the third convex column and the fourth convex column are respectively located at the starting points of the guide rail structures of the first limiting member 60 and the second limiting member 90. At this time, the distance between the first rotation center 110 and the second rotation center 120 is Y0, and both the included angle between the first crank 21 and the first rocking bar 31 and the included angle between the second crank 71 and the second rocking bar 81 are α 0.
By applying the technical scheme, the air supply angle of the indoor unit is effectively increased, and the uncomfortable experience of a user caused by direct blowing of cold air due to structural limitation of the air deflector 40 of the existing indoor unit is solved. The indoor unit is provided with a driving part, a crank, a connecting rod and a sliding rail part on the left side and the right side of the air deflector 40, and the corresponding parts are the same in structure or are in mirror image structures, so that the air deflector can be pushed out more stably. For example, when the first motor 11 rotates, the first crank 21 is driven to push the first rocking bar 31 to rotate, and at the same time, the first guiding section 202 slides along the first limiting structure 61, and the first rocking bar 31 completes the pushing-out action of the air deflector 40 under the driving of the two motions.
In another embodiment of the present application, when the indoor unit is started, the first driving portion 10 and the third driving portion 140 are simultaneously started, the first driving portion 10 drives the first crank 21 to move, and the first crank 21 drives the first rocker 31 to move along the first limiting structure 61. On the other side, the third driving portion 140 drives the second crank 71 to move, and the second crank 71 drives the second rocker 81 to move along the second limiting structure 91. Under the common driving of the first motor 11 and the third motor 141, the first rocking bar 31 and the second rocking bar 81 on the left and right sides complete the pushing-out motion simultaneously. In the pushing-out process of the air deflector 40, an included angle between the geometric center line of the length direction of the first crank 21 and the geometric center line of the length direction of the first rocker 31 changes along with the change of the pushing-out distance, and due to the change of the included angle, the distance Y between the first rotation center 110 and the second rotation center 120 changes, wherein Y is the rotation radius of the air deflector 40, that is, the rotation radius gradually increases in the pushing-out process of the air deflector 40, so that the pushing-out stroke of the air deflector 40 is larger.
Further, in this embodiment, the air guide plate 40 of the indoor unit is pushed out to a position away from the air outlet by the first driving unit 10 and the third driving unit 140, and the rotation of the air guide plate 40 in the cooling mode and the heating mode is realized respectively. By adopting the technical scheme, the air guide assembly is simple and compact in structure, indoor units with different appearance sizes can be met, the technical effects that cold air blows out along the horizontal direction and hot air blows out along the vertical direction are achieved, and the use experience of a user is effectively improved.
As shown in fig. 11, when the indoor unit is in the cooling mode, the air deflector 40 is pushed out to the open position by the first driving part 10 and the third driving part 140, and then the second driving part 50 drives the air deflector 40 to rotate to the horizontal position, so as to guide the air flow to be blown out horizontally.
As shown in fig. 12, when the indoor unit is in the heating mode, the air deflector 40 is pushed out to the open position by the first driving part 10 and the third driving part 140, and then the second driving part 50 drives the air deflector 40 to rotate to the vertical position, so as to guide the air flow to be blown out vertically.
The first driving part 10 and the third driving part 140 are provided with step motors, and the two step motors are connected through corresponding shaft sleeves and transmit torque to corresponding cranks.

a second connecting piece (30), wherein one end of the second connecting piece (30) is connected with the second end of the first connecting piece (20), and the extension line of the geometric center line of the first connecting piece (20) in the length direction and the extension line of the geometric center line of the second connecting piece (30) in the length direction form an included angle;
an air deflector (40), the air deflector (40) being connected to the second end of the second connector (30), the air deflector (40) having a closed position and an open position;
the output end of the second driving part (50) is connected with the air guide plate (40), and the second driving part (50) is used for driving the air guide plate (40) to rotate around a second rotation center (120) so as to conduct air guide operation;
in the process that the first driving part (10) drives the air deflector (40) to move from the closed position to the open position, an included angle formed by an extension line of a geometric center line of the first connecting piece (20) in the length direction and an extension line of a geometric center line of the second connecting piece (30) in the length direction is gradually increased.
2. The air deflection assembly of claim 1, wherein the first drive portion (10) drives the air deflection panel (40) to move from the closed position to the open position with a distance between the first center of rotation (110) and the second center of rotation (120) increasing.
3. The air deflection assembly of claim 1, wherein the first connector (20) comprises:
the first end of the first crank (21) is connected with the output end of the first driving part (10), the second end of the first crank (21) is connected with the second connecting piece (30), and the first rotating center (110) is the rotating center of the first crank (21).
4. The air deflection assembly according to claim 3, wherein an axis of the output end of the first driving portion (10) is disposed perpendicular to a geometric center line in a longitudinal direction of the first crank (21).
5. The air deflection assembly of claim 1, wherein the second connector (30) comprises:
the first end of the first rocker (31) is rotatably connected with the second end of the first connecting piece (20), the second driving part (50) is connected with the second end of the first rocker (31), the output end of the second driving part (50) is connected with the air deflector (40), and the second rotation center (120) is the rotation center of the output end of the second driving part (50).
