The invention adopts respective axial sealing matching of the water supply communication path and the back flush communication path, thereby eliminating the defect of circumferential friction damage in the prior art, having reliable two-path switching sealing performance and prolonging the effective service life. A two-position three-way valve is shown in figure 1 and comprises a three-way valve body 1 and a passage control mechanism 2 for two-position passage control, wherein the three-way valve body 1 comprises a water inlet pipe end 11, a water outlet pipe end 12 and a back-washing pipe end 13, a water supply communication passage 3 is arranged between the water inlet pipe end 11 and the water outlet pipe end 12, and a back-washing communication passage 4 is arranged between the water inlet pipe end 11 and the back-washing pipe end 13.
In the conventional passage control mechanism of the three-way valve body 1, the valve plug with switching displacement is adopted to perform switching sealing on the water supply communication passage 3 and the back flush communication passage 4, the valve plug, the water supply communication passage 3 and the back flush communication passage 4 are in peripheral radial matching sealing, and the displacement direction is in an axial direction, so that friction exists between the valve plug and the wall surface of the passage, the sealing performance of the on-off passage is influenced by abrasion generated by the friction, and leakage exists in both water supply and back flush.
In order to solve the problem, in the present embodiment, a vertical communication cavity 5 communicated with the water inlet pipe end 11 is formed between the water supply communication channel 3 and the backwashing communication channel 4, and the channel control mechanism 2 includes a pressure control chamber 6 arranged at the top of the water supply communication channel and an interlocking drive rod shaft 7 positioned in the vertical communication cavity.

During back flushing, the linkage driving rod shaft 7 descends through pressure regulation control, the water supply matching plug 72 is pressed down to be separated from the back flushing communication path 4, the back flushing matching plug 71 is pressed down to be in sealing fit with the water supply communication path 3, and a back flushing flow path of the back flushing pipe end 13 sequentially passing through the back flushing communication path 4, the vertical communication cavity 5 and the water inlet pipe end 11 is formed.
The water supply communication path 3 and the back flush communication path 4 are positioned at two ends of the vertical communication cavity 5, and the axial butt sealing between the back flush matching plug 71 and the water supply communication path 3 and the axial butt sealing between the water supply matching plug 72 and the back flush communication path 4 can be realized through the linkage driving rod shaft 7, so that the traditional plug body friction is eliminated, and the effective service life is prolonged.
It should be noted that the pressure control channel 60 can be started by back flushing with pipeline pressure or an external pressure source, and is provided with an electromagnetic valve for programmable control and timing flushing and pollution discharge.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the recoil fit plug 71 and the water supply fit plug 72 are both annular plug bodies 70, the sealing end surfaces of the annular plug bodies 70 are provided with annular cavity grooves 700, and the two ends of the vertical communication cavity 5 are respectively provided with fit ring protrusions 50 for fitting with the annular cavity grooves 700. In one embodiment, an elastic portion 9 for forcing the linkage drive rod shaft to displace away from the backwash communication path is provided between the linkage drive rod shaft 7 and the backwash communication path.

In one embodiment, one end of the back-washing communication path of the three-way valve body 1 is provided with a back-washing pipe seat 20 which is detachably matched, and the elastic part is arranged between the back-washing pipe seat and the water supply matching plug. A sealing ring is arranged between the back washing pipe seat and the three-way valve body.
The assembly requirement is met through the back flush pipe seat 20, and the elastic part and the plug body are easy to carry through.
In one embodiment, the three-way valve body 1 is provided with a sealing cover body 30 for forming the pressure control chamber 6, the pressure control diaphragm is limited and arranged between the sealing cover body and the three-way valve body, and the pressure control channel is positioned at the top of the sealing cover body. The pressure control diaphragm and other parts are easily assembled through the sealing cover body 30, and the forming difficulty is reduced.
